I spent my youth on a bicycle and on skis, I am not scared of a lot and I have done stuff skiing, a lot on my knees and bottom too, but this is really something else. That bicycle is literally in freefall and corrected here and there without ever hindering the momentum more than necessary, besides brave, it's masterful.
the fogginess of the forest got me thinking of an idea. A found footage style horror film, from the perspective of a mountain bike rider, but they're not just riding for the sake of riding, they're trying to get away from something that is following them.
sounds like an interesting premise for a video game as well! maybe less horror and more psychological to match the vibe of the foggy forest better 🤔? something about a lack of control and direction to juxtapose the players position not only as the MC but also as an expert biker on a bike trail! (idk)
What a well put together place. Lots of varying terrain, turn types, jumps, drops. I can't believe how fast you were taking that 2nd run with those blind jumps. Looked like a lot of fun and adrenaline. Wonder what the soil is for it to be as grippy as you were saying when that wet. Looks like you'd simply slide all over the place.
the soil should be called "Brechsand" in germany, Its a type of sand that is produced by crushing or grinding larger particles of sandstone, quartzite, or other rock formations. Its really grippy in almost every condition and most of the flow and jumplines are build with it.
This is the first mountain biking video I've ever seen on YT and it's inspired me to try it out. Granted, I'll be doing beginniner hills/tracks, but this looks like so much fun!!
Whatever you do make sure to ride smooth and within your limits. Avoid unnecessary risk, early serious injury will demoralize. Don't even try any jumps until experienced people teach you in person. Rock on I was just ripping the black diamonds at my local mtb spot and I hadn't ridden in years!
@@manda_musings8459 I'm 300 lbs and I do it. Pedaling uphill sucks but ripping downhill is awesome. I don't even have much experience but it's all very approachable if you don't risk jumps. I don't do any jumping and it's still one of the most rewarding experiences I've found in life.

I am anxious and gripped the entire time! You have an amazing sense of control and yikes those speeds and it all so narrow! And the weather! I can't even I am still shaking!!
40 years ago I could do this. This video is so fun to watch, and scary looking at the same time. The lens makes everything look like you're riding a sharp peak. I can't explain it. This is very cool, though.
Those jumps starting around the 4 min mark are literally gnarly! I can possibly see negotiating them if you are familiar the course and have a somewhat idea of what is coming up, but first time through must be rough. Having the right speed, jump, anticipation, recovery and landing. I see myself sprawled out at just about each one! Forget the off trail rides like around 8:50. Man vs. Tree, tree wins every time!
It's not as hard as it looks. Just practice. Once you've done your first jump (a smaller one to start first mind at a slower speed) that breaks the fear in you, then you get hungry for more daring stuff. Slow steps to start with.
this looks insane man!! that had to be so much fun. i just know that if I was actually there, I’d probably end up being way too terrified to commit to any of those trails 😂 kudos for having the guts to do that 👍🏻

When asked about avoiding the trees, they typically say that when you do this frequently enough, you get really used to knowing where a trail should be and you get used to the timing of going through trees.
@@thebiggestpanda1 thank you for that insight! When I commented on this video, I wanted him to know how thrilling it was to watch, and how much I admired his skill, but I never thought I'd keep coming back here because people would be so kind and I just had to respond
A smile seized my face at 1:57 and remained there for the duration. Great video!! Thx a bunch! 😊
Wow, what an amazing area. The views look incredible.
Some impressive architecture going on with those tracks. Nice riding!
Wow that was exhilarating... thank you for recording these! This kind of thing is an artistry.
Wow! What an awesome bike park! The speed you ride that is incredible! I wasn’t even riding the trails, and I was still puckering. Great job!
Looks eerie out there

Greetings from Germany! Green Hill is hands down the best park in this area. Gravity Logic worked their magic, and got a lot out of a relatively small hill. I wouldn't dare hit the big features even on a dry day :-D Your skills in the wet are amazing!
Gravity Logic trailbuilding makes tons of sense, as I was gonna say the trails looked incredibly unique and well-made
One of the coolest and the most anxiety driven videos I’ve ever seen great stuff🔥🔥🔥
Your control on a bike is absolutely amazing I would’ve fell so many times lol
Even just watching gets me anxious lol! Love how brave you guys are
I’ve never missed mountain biking so much!! That park is amazing!!! I could watch this video over and over and still love it!
Your camera stays so stable. Great work. Thanks for showing me this park.
This is definitely for experienced downhill bike riders. You could get seriously hurt here but love watching it!😎🤘
It takes some serious skill and balls to go as fast as you did without knowing the terrain of those paths !
Sheer anxiety and exhilaration at the same time!
I feel that I need to relax just from watching this 😂… killer moves , speed, skill and smoothness made this so entertaining and I thank you for letting us experience this feeling of excitement with you!! 👍🏼 What an excellent find this was - Wicked cool 🤘🏻
I didn't know we have parks like this here in Germany, that's so cool! Loved this video, it just got recommended to me by the lovely random algorithm. Pretty nice video and sound quality, the camera angle is good.
This is the first time I’ve ever seen someone ride a bike this hard haha like I didn’t even know this existed in the world!! That was jaw-dropping!!! My best friend taught me how to ride a bike in college and I thought making it down our town’s singular steep road was impressive 🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
🙏🙏Blessings forever GOD loves y'all too forever tell everyone you know and don't know. Jesus loves y'all too forever. Teach everyone how to see and enjoy their blessings too forever
what you on about been riding trials in 80s on mountain bike
Every tree looks like impending doom
Riding with the speed you had @ a place you had never ridden before... Balls of Steel and the skill to match! Awesome stuff!!!
Amazing that even though I was only watching this, it felt like I was on that bike going down the tracks
That is certainly an Insane Bike Park
That looks like so much fun! Wish I could learn the skills, but at 62, I’ll just thank you for bringing me along. Thoroughly enjoy your skills!
love the fearlessness needed to ride like that 😀
I don't think I have the guts to do what is shown here.. but the decisiveness @ 3:43 "let's do that one" is very inspring!
Finally a rider who can actually finish trails!!! Don't get me wrong, I couldn't do it myself, but I've watched so many that were never finished, and alot that barely got started and they were over!! This vid was pretty deadly and enjoyable to watch. Thx!!💪🤘
My heart fell in any curve
That was both thrilling and terrifying at the same time! Thank you for sharing!
The shots are gorgeous with the mist :3 Thank you for taking us with you. This bike park looks amazing and the energy seemed super chill. This was asmr to me. :)))
How many different trails did you ride on this park? Looked sick.
That was insane... you're going at mad speeds blind ha ha ha. Well done!
Thanks! Was mad blind haha
watching this feels very therapeutic
That third one looked hella fun
I spent my youth on a bicycle and on skis, I am not scared of a lot and I have done stuff skiing, a lot on my knees and bottom too, but this is really something else.
That bicycle is literally in freefall and corrected here and there without ever hindering the momentum more than necessary, besides brave, it's masterful.
What a surreal looking adventure! Great riding! 👍
the fogginess of the forest got me thinking of an idea.
@@leetommerson639 you find it in portland too, and it is not grippy at all when it gets wet.
@@Necro-the-Pyro with gravel in it?
the soil should be called "Brechsand" in germany, Its a type of sand that is produced by crushing or grinding larger particles of sandstone, quartzite, or other rock formations. Its really grippy in almost every condition and most of the flow and jumplines are build with it.
@@schlemihlvonyeet4217 Thank you
@@Necro-the-Pyro Apparently the proper name is "Brechsand" and you're right, it's not clay at all.
How the hell can you go so fast on a trail with jumps, drops and berms that you’ve never ridden before ?😮 👍🏾
i know right specially those crazy tight curves and turns at high speeds
You use your back break.
@@reverentalexanderchezeley-6367I'd break my back....
Magic Hoarney Boaner Juice. That's how.
lol yes@@CuzKatieSaysSo
Those turns come out of nowhere. I'm blown away at how you're able to go so fast and not whipe-out. Very impressive!
Bike videos are some of the most thrilling to watch, and the way you handle this park with such ease is very impressive!
Me too! Looks so fun!! But my fat mom @$$ could never 😅
@@manda_musings8459 I'm 300 lbs and I do it. Pedaling uphill sucks but ripping downhill is awesome. I don't even have much experience but it's all very approachable if you don't risk jumps. I don't do any jumping and it's still one of the most rewarding experiences I've found in life.
@@Snarf_Le_Wombat dirt biking is like mountain biking just without having to pedal FYI
@@Necro-the-Pyro yeah Ive done it and owned a 1998 Kawasaki KX125 two stroke dirt bike but it was so clapped out I was tried of throwing money at it trying to fix it up to safe and reliable for trail riding. I just don't have the extra cash for a real motorcycle hobby on top of my Superjet stand up jet ski hobby.
the thickness of that fog, felt like you were either going to end up in a "Silent Hill" game or crash into the Slenderman...
This reminds me of those roller coaster, VHS’s I used to get. I can’t believe how fast you’re going. I’m glad you’re doing this! This needs to be a video game.
For real though; Never been much a fan of sport racing/stunt themed games outside of JSRF but a first-person biking sim like this would sell for sure, particularly in VR.
Isn't this what descenders is ?
That was super sick dude! Reminded me of the nature races on Excitebike 64. Perfect woods setting with the fog and such.
That was awesome and terrifying to watch 😂.
Man, this video is like my biggest nightmare ever.
Im afraid of heights,
It's so foggy I can barely see,
Its looks slippery due to rain,
You were going so fast,
The paths look so tight and precise,
It looks so cold it would be awful to get hurt
+ Im horrible at riding a bike :D
Got anxious during the while video lmao, kept imagining myself stumbling and falling the hill or hitting a tree.
Awesome video, very satisfying to see this perspective, you're really good.
I was so stressed watching this lol felt like it was going to crash myself
I not only pooped my pants but my brother's pants too.
This was definitely intense, but if you want some real pucker factor on a bike check out Danny Macaskill ruclips.net/video/xQ_IQS3VKjA/видео.htmlsi=HS0tQSp7XFi2bxo6
Wow this is crazy! The amount of speed you got at some of those tracks is phenomenal! This would be so much fun to do one day! This video was also just really relaxing to watch like asmr kind of video! Thank you!
thank you for this video . this is something; can could never do; thank you again.
Awesome video. In places, like watching a computer simulation of the most exciting roller coaster ever, except you were doing it for real!!! Amazing, well done and thank you.
*That is not a mountain trail that is a ROLLERCOASTER.*
Best spent 17 minutes of this evening! Thanks for sharing! Quite jealous at these jumping skills though. Bless.
Watching thinking these bikers are either crazy or brave. But by the end, I’d have to say SKILLED. Yikes. I was jumping and squealing like I was on there with you. Reminds me of one of those arcade/video games with the snow boards. Super cool to watch, I could never ❤
That's bonkers man!! Great skills, great video!! Thank you for sharing!!
Man this whole video just did something to my anxiety levels lol
As a skier, this footage is quite relaxing, super cool.
That was incredible my friend. Amazing ride I felt like I was with you a few times, I even ducked a couple of times, lol. Be safe bud. Thank you!
I WAS DUCKING TOO!!!
Bro this video made me anxious
yup. Duck.
This was incredibly fun to watch! Thank you for posting this footage!
I am living through you mate lol never in a million years but it looks sick af
Those jumps starting around the 4 min mark are literally gnarly! I can possibly see negotiating them if you are familiar the course and have a somewhat idea of what is coming up, but first time through must be rough. Having the right speed, jump, anticipation, recovery and landing. I see myself sprawled out at just about each one! Forget the off trail rides like around 8:50. Man vs. Tree, tree wins every time!
No they didn’t
It's not as hard as it looks. Just practice.
Once you've done your first jump (a smaller one to start first mind at a slower speed) that breaks the fear in you, then you get hungry for more daring stuff.
Slow steps to start with.
this looks insane man!! that had to be so much fun. i just know that if I was actually there, I’d probably end up being way too terrified to commit to any of those trails 😂 kudos for having the guts to do that 👍🏻
OMG I'm anxious as hell just watching this! Good on all of you who take chances, man. You're living life a whole lot fuller than me!!
Insane video 👏
Don't know how many times I would have flown off the bike trying something like this out.
My guy you are absolutely nuts on a bike! Keep up the awesome footage
いやツッコミたいところ多すぎて何からツッコめばいいんだこれ......
これだけの悪路で地面掴むタイヤもヤバいし何よりこの速度出せる主もヤバい......
My step sister and her husband did mountain bike riding competitively for years.. this kind of stuff. They were good at it, I know they won stuff. I went out on a mountain bike trail-ing with them a few times and I had lotsa spills lol. They were generous with their patience.. xo ^_^
Yes you have balls of steel I would only ride if I could learn the park and get familiar with the trails you good man👍👍👍❤️
huge balls
