I just googled “did jayme Closs get the reward money”, and according to The NY Times, which i hate quoting, she for sure got half, the article was from 2019. The reward was $50k, she got $25k that Hormel Foods donated to the reward fund. hormel foods owned the store where her parents, both murdered, worked. I buy lots of hormel products including Jeni-o turkeys, so I like that company even more after reading that.
Apparently the other $25k was put up by the f B l and they didn’t disclose whether they gave it to her or not, but there IS a possibility that they could/would give it to her, for her safe return, as per the terms of the reward, and has happened before... I inferred the last part, as they have a procedure for that specific circumstance... personally, I hope she got it

When you have a 911 call like that , it’s best to let the open line do the talking and send LE . Saying hello a few times with an active shooter / crime / unknown, can alert the intruder and cost a life . I mute the phone , and make sure phone faces down if an alert comes in your phone lights up 😲. Did LE ever go back that night to look at the cruiser cam ? Heartbreaking they lost their lives , and see had to watch her mom being murdered after hearing her father , and doing what he did to her . She kept herself together and build enough of trust for him to feel he could leave her alone . She said she knew the routine... she is very intelligent. That’s exactly what you do . I’m glad he didn’t have her restrained .

You were willing to die for your country, but yet you killed two innocent civilians to have their thirteen year old daughter? May God have mercy on your soul. Young Ms. Closs, you will be in my prayers. I truly believe this young man is so lost spiritually, he was possessed when he did this. Young lady you have courage, strength and you will inspire many ppl with your inner determination to live! The greatest respect and admiration going out to you. I have no clue of what to say about your abduction and loss. Keep your head up and have a wonderful life, that will be the best revenge. God’s blessings for your entire family. I don't know why people are hating on the officers, they literally didn't give up on this case, put up 50k $ as reward for finding Jayme, used so much resources, search parties, helicopters, dogs, they even put motion sensors to jayme's home, in case she'd return... so much for a girl who is not found, who's family is dead and not looking for her... I mean even though it's their job, but we all can appreciate them being good at their jobs, maybe it would only encourage the 1000s of police that do not care to get inspired... Plus this ain't coding, as if you will certainly get the right program with the right code... A lot of circumstances, a lot of factors, and tbh some luck decides whether the case be solved or not. Kudos for the girl showing so much bravery, but also to the police men who tried.
