You do realize there are a lot of mayors and city councils create laws and policies. That don’t charge certain crimes or count them as minor crimes. It isn’t the police that don’t want to stop crime it’s more likely the elected politician. It’s either done to make it look like crime is reduced or if to many of certain groups are perpetrators of the crimes. Then you defund the police and they don’t solve certain crimes like minor break ins, theft, prostitution and any crime valued under $1000. It costs to much to do the CSI stuff to investigate minor crimes.
I'm in tears at how callously he described "picking a grape off the vine" how he knew these women were "unimportant" and that the police wouldn't work hard to solve the murders. The sparkle in his eye as he describes his killings is very unsettling. It's the kind of look one would get when recalling how they met their spouse to be, the day they became a parent or got married, etc. Or maybe reminiscing about fond memories of past loved ones. Personally I get this look when talking about my grandparents and how funny they were.

Out of curiosity, I had to google the number of (proven) victims on the list of serial killers. As of today, Samuel Little technically IS the most "prolific" one in the United States... so the title of the video is technically accurate. Worldwide, however, the "most prolific" title would go to Harold Shipman. ("Evil" is a subjective term so there would be no way of determining who most deserves that title. 😉 Case in point: If we were to survey a group of people and ask them who they think is the "most evil" serial killer in history, i doubt very many people are going to have Harold Shipman at the top of that list, despite the fact that he's killed the highest # of people. )
He LOVES being able to talk about it all freely. He kept it all to himself for a lifetime -- and all he really wanted to do was share with others how much fun he had....
This happens over and over with "serial killers". Once they have no chance of getting out of prison they start admitting to crimes they didn't commit to get free stuff from the detectives. Food, car rides, book deals, regular visits etc...why not? Especially when you are being treated like a celebrity for the first time in your life. Now I'm guilty because I watched this, the best course of action is to forget them, the best punishment.
Like he is even referring to these women like grapes...pluck me another grape...like it was that easy and he is laughing..ohhh dia Lord he is a psychopath, enjoying retelling it!!!!
Crazy how long he got away with it, with so many victims. Worst part is, it seems like he’s glad he finally got caught at an old age, so he can tell his stories now
The sad thing is is the only reason he stopped killing in 2005, is because he got way too old to keep doing it. He may be have not been caught since 2012 but he would’ve kept doing it all the way up until he got arrested had he just been healthy enough to keep on doing it. He knew he was way too old for him to overpower another woman in his 70s with his health problems
A killer so renowned, that so few have ever heard of him. Incredibly sad and wholly maddening, that one person may commit such abhorrent acts of evil, for so very long, unencumbered by any notions of morality and free from the clutches of law enforcement. 93 murders. Lord have mercy, not only on the family members left to morn, but on all those who've yet been given rest.
Since watching true crime, I have to say Samual Little seems to fascinate me alot more than others. Not for what he's done but how he can remember every detail like it was yesterday. No matter what I read or watch, I find myself wanting to know more.
Gary Ridgway (Green River Killer) was the same way. He was able to take the police to every one of his as yet undiscovered victims and could tell a story about each one.
I'm pretty sure he's number one. Most serial killers inflate their numbers without any proof. Little has been able to tell authorities where bodies are, and many have been identified by his paintings. 93 are confirmed. That far out distances many of the others.

It’s sickening how he’s so excited, nonchalant and proud to finally tell someone all of his sinister secrets he’s been hiding for almost 50 years. Men like this still exist!!! 😤😮💨
Sometimes, you gotta wonder -- did they (law enforcement) just leave him alone so that he could "clean up" the neighborhoods and city streets from all of the prostitutes. There are prostitutes in all big and small cities and they are a scourge, a blight that reflects on those cities and towns. It's quite possible that law enforcement did little to catch him because he was killing off all of these drug addicted prostitutes that they didn't want to see in their cities or in their towns? I think, even now, that the murders of prostitutes are never put on the front burner, they will always get shoved aside until the public demands that something is done, but when does that ever happen? Even the public doesn't care if we lose the drug addict prostitute, some might even say "They knew the risks related to prostitution".
He isn’t a “changed man” he is clearly mental and enjoys thinking about what he did and sees them as accomplishments. He said it arrouses him he is a lost soul. He is smiling because he feels like I did nothing but get satisfaction out of the situation. Shows not one bit of remorse.

I didn't know you could kill a person with your hands by squeezing their throat so they can't breathe. Luckily, I'm a well adjusted individual and would never harm a person with this information. Quite irresponsible of the video creators to allow such a thing to be broadcast, however.
How he can remember in detail the victims of his crimes is amazing. He must be a very clever man to be able to do that. Looking in his eyes reminds me of many people I have met, so what dose that tell me, ether I know many potential serial killers or that he looks like an ordinary Joe? That's incorrect. Their murders and disappearances are just harder to solve because it's usually a stranger that hurts them- stranger on stranger murders and drug related homicides have always been the hardest to solve.

I always wonder how every murderer is the most evil or most prolific
Until another one comes along with more bodies then the last.
😉 Case in point: If we were to survey a group of people and ask them who they think is the "most evil" serial killer in history, i doubt very many people are going to have Harold Shipman at the top of that list, despite the fact that he's killed the highest # of people. )

This happens over and over with "serial killers". Once they have no chance of getting out of prison they start admitting to crimes they didn't commit to get free stuff from the detectives. Food, car rides, book deals, regular visits etc...why not? Especially when you are being treated like a celebrity for the first time in your life.
Most prolific serial killer "caught", in history!

Absolutely... And there a lot more now that people have serial killers as their hero....
