Ted Bundy was classified as a sexual psychopath. Meaning he had no empathy nor conscience for his sadistic sexual torture for his victims. He was charming and seem on the surface to be a great guy, but it wasn't a personality trait, only a means to an end; getting a victim. Psychopaths are actually anti-social beings.

You do realize there are a lot of mayors and city councils create laws and policies. That don’t charge certain crimes or count them as minor crimes. It isn’t the police that don’t want to stop crime it’s more likely the elected politician. It’s either done to make it look like crime is reduced or if to many of certain groups are perpetrators of the crimes. Then you defund the police and they don’t solve certain crimes like minor break ins, theft, prostitution and any crime valued under $1000. It costs to much to do the CSI stuff to investigate minor crimes.

As of today, Samuel Little technically IS the most "prolific" one in the United States... so the title of the video is technically accurate. Worldwide, however, the "most prolific" title would go to Harold Shipman.
("Evil" is a subjective term so there would be no way of determining who most deserves that title. 😉 Case in point: If we were to survey a group of people and ask them who they think is the "most evil" serial killer in history, i doubt very many people are going to have Harold Shipman at the top of that list, despite the fact that he's killed the highest # of people. )

What is most sad about this, is that there even exist humans that police don't really care as much if are murdered.
All human life should be valued the same.
    Regardless of social standing.

Sometimes, you gotta wonder -- did they (law enforcement) just leave him alone so that he could "clean up" the neighborhoods and city streets from all of the prostitutes. There are prostitutes in all big and small cities and they are a scourge, a blight that reflects on those cities and towns. It's quite possible that law enforcement did little to catch him because he was killing off all of these drug addicted prostitutes that they didn't want to see in their cities or in their towns?
I think, even now, that the murders of prostitutes are never put on the front burner, they will always get shoved aside until the public demands that something is done, but when does that ever happen? Even the public doesn't care if we lose the drug addict prostitute, some might even say "They knew the risks related to prostitution".
