If someone has an opinion, based on the truth or just plain propaganda they have a right to say or think
what they believe. Who are you to say that Durst isn´t an underdog according to your personal opinion of what
an underdog is? You base it on his wealth and the lawyer bases it on what the prosecutor thinks.
What I find interesting is that you have the nerve to write something as ignorant as that on a YT site.
Why do you think anyone is interested in what you think. You have nothing to do with the case in any way.
What kind of ego trip are you riding on? FYI: All public statements by a defense lawyer are for the benefit of
their client. That is what they are paid for. From the minute they are paid until a decision is handed down
and through any form of appeal. PERIOD. You appear to have little to no understanding of the lawyer-client relationship.

Susan gave a subtle hint to Robert that the police were going to question her to ask for more money from him, but that hint flew right over his head and he killed her for it. Susan's friends discussed that there were two versions of her. The last one was desperate and might have really went overboard and threaten Bob for more money. Had she just asked Robert for some support money, she still would have been alive. And Susan was known to have been a good manipulator for things she wanted.

Nice one! He's a complicated character alright. Back when he killed Kathy and covered it up with a little help from his friends he was just an evil, spoiled rich egotist. But I believe by the time he killed Susan or cut up that neighbor he was long mentally ill from tons of drugs, alcohol and the venom in himself. And when he made the Jinx or in the interview with the DA it was obvious he wants to tell it all. He wants to get it over with, spill it all out, finally. The letter to police, his demeanor in the Jinx, this interview, it is all proof he wants the applause as well as the punishment, he wants to get back at his own family by shocking them even more... before it is too late. And he is right, it is his only chance to become immortal. None of what else he was has ever been of any importance. Come on, the guy is almost dead! Why don|t they just negotiate. Give him the deal, let him plead guilty if he tells it all. Promise him a nice comfortable cell in a prison for the criminally insane. At least friends and family will then get the answers they deserve. Otherwise CA will take so long he will be dead before the trial is over.
