Looks good, I personally would have put the rubber pad on the passenger side carpet as well because you guys are going to bring dirt and mud in when you go to shows.

Nice job RK. Look up a technique called "skyvering". It will make them border joins even less noticeable and is a good quick and easy way to join piping too. All you need is a sharp knife. cheers
