You did a great job on that truck, RK! Paint and body work are outstanding, and I'll bet Mike's wiring is a work of art! Bed and upholstery are cherry! Thanks for taking us along!
Thanks alot Mark!!☻
Road King sounds like a proud Papa.
As he should, good job to all who worked on it.
Thanks alot Steve!!☻
Beautiful Ol' Ford ! You did her up RIGHT! ...Newk from Kentucky
Thanks alot Newk!!☻
Great to see the old Ford back on the road. The bed floor looks great
Thanks alot Mike!!☻
This put a smile on my face. That truck's looking and sounding great. Everyone needs friends like Mike and the Dirtbike fam. When Mike's got some time we'd like to see more stuff on his channel!
Thanks Scott!! You're right about good friends, those guys weren't joy riding they were trouble shooting the Carb!!☻
BRAVO! Awesome journey and an awesome result. Kudos to you, too, for giving Mike the honor of the first run. Reminds me of Paul Jr. giving Vinny the first run on the Firebike. Thank you, both, for giving us a ride. My new nickname for Mike is "Mr. Wires".
Thanks Willy!! Yeah Mike deserved the first ride, without him it would still be sitting in the Driveway!!☻
That old Ferd is the real deal. One helluva job on the resto R.K.!
Thanks alot Matt!!☻
She is looking SWEET RK. to say what she looked like all that hat time ago when you started the project , and now look at her , a real head turner well done to the RK crew for getting her up and running.
Thank you Phil!! Yeah She has definitely come a long way!!☻
I'm so happy to see you both take the truck out for a spin!!!
Thanks Bud!!☻
After so many months of work it all comes down to the "shake down". Great work on this one! As you say, there is more work to do but I'm betting we will see this truck in car shows and being driven to swap meets very soon.
Thanks alot Wyatt!! It's definitely gonna be driven!!☻
Holy cow. I absolutely love it! Congratulations. Awesome truck!!!
Thanks alot Goose!!☻
She is a beauty! Sounds awesome! My son and I retried a 77 f100 nothing to the extent that you fellers did.. so I know how proud yall are feeling on a job VERY well done! Gooder than good stuff!! Love it and jelly over it!🤠👍
Thanks alot Vic!!☻
This is amazing after all this time. It looks great. My first thought was, there was a time when that size truck was all you needed. Now they are beasts but there really is no more hauling space. Nice job RoadKing et, al. You should be happy with that shakedown. Cheers.
Thanks alot Mike!!☻
Classic ild Ford pickup done right- no 22’s or lowered or a chevy 350 crammed up nder the hood… well done RK!! (and your assistants)
Agreed! She's beautifully done.
Thanks Tom!!☻
You and the fellows sure did a great job on the F100. It is something to be proud of for sure . 👍👍
Thanks alot Lloyd!!☻
Congratulations!!
It all turned out so beautifully. I love the bed, it is gorgeous. And the body work and paint... amazing. The interior as well.
I'm happy for you!
Thank you Tim!!☻
Nice to see the truck going for a drive. It is an eye catcher, the color looks amazing and the short bed really adds a lot. I'm sure there are problems pop up from time to time after you start driving it, but all in all I am sure you will have it where you will be enjoying it for many years to come. Great job RK !
Thanks alot LL!! We had a great Team behind us!!☻
Love them old trucks.
It's great to see the truck back on the road!
Yeah Buddy!!☻
Down the road on part 120. Congratulations.
Thanks alot Buddy!!☻
Excellent work, guys!
Thanks Wayne!!☻
Wow, quite the milestone, Roady. The truck looks great! You did a great job and Mike is a wonderful help and buddy. Dug the bike at the end too! All the best, Mart in England.
Thanks Mate!! We did have alotta help behind the scenes!!☻
Good job Mike and Road King. Next thing you should do id put a crate coyote or LS motor in it the it'll run as good as it looks. lol
Why would he want a Chrysler engine or a Chevy nothing wrong with a old ford engine
@@mrbriggs68 Coyote is not Chrysler its a new ford crate engine
@@nashguy207 ls is a chevy and without major suspension upgrade that old truck could not handle it
Thanks Bob!! If that engine blows maybe 428 Cobra Jet!!☻
A straight six would be nice! I've got a 223, out of my 60' F100, on an engine stand in my garage. It's getting three Holley 1904's on a custom intake and header. I also made a beautiful bracket assembly for mounting the ps, alt, and ac. Can't wait to finish it, someday.
Awesome shakedown! Great work! 👍
Thanks alot Cal!!☻
Truck looks and runs nice👍🏻
Thanks Bruce!!☻
I like it and it looks good on the road. The shack down went well and I would call that a success for sure.....CHEERS
Thank you Gator!!☻
Congratulations EJ! You got your project done before I got mine done. Sweet ride!
Thanks George!! You know they are never really done!!☻
Fantastic! Glad you got a drive in it by Thanksgiving! Smoking the tires is what my NJ friends would have done too. Scratching second gear seemed to be a thing with them also. Old girls like yours should be exempt from all that. Looks real nice, RK! Details now.
Thanks Dog!!☻
Looking good. That is a darn good shakedown run. Looks like everyone had a great time cruising around.
Thanks Pat!! Yeah it's a fun lil' Truck!!☻

Nice work Guys, love the paint job. Over in Ohio we had the 292 in at least one of the Country Squires, you could always hear the raw exhaust because in salt state Ohio exhaust systems lasted about two years on average LOL! 😀
The truck has turned out very nice! However, you always do very good work.
Thanks alot Joe!!☻

Nice to see that beauty finally on the road! So Mike got to drive it, Bill got to drive it, have YOU driven it yet? :)
Thanks Chris!! Yeah I drove it a couple hundred yards because Mike wanted a video to send to one of our friends!! They'll be plenty of time for me to drive it, those guys aren't around too much!!☻
So glad to see you and Mike are alive and well! Haven't seen much of either of you lately! Great looking truck!
Hope you both (and your families) had a great Thanksgiving!
Cheers from Nova Scotia 😊

@@805ROADKING did you ever get your onan completed and set up?
Mike got it running but we decided not to use it!! Instead I bought a new Westinghouse 4500 watt and he hook that up to my house@@jeffanthony5434
@@805ROADKING oh I see! I was looking for the updated video. Thank you for replying.
I love the videos you and Mike produce.
You guys are great!! 🙂
Road King wins again. The question is, can you add Vintage Air? Summer will be here before we know it.
Thanks Newman!! Yeah plenty of room for Vintage Air!! I think I would put power steering in first though!!☻
nice honda
Beautiful sir
Thank you Jonas!!☻
@@805ROADKING your welcome
nice
Thanks Rich!!☻
Yo &Mike good jod
Thanks Mel!!☻
Been a long Time Bill, the end is sight now
Yeah Buddy!!☻
Tell Mike hi for us, we haven't seen him on his channel lately...
you could put a holly efi on it, i seen Mike fit one to a generator
We did just change the Carb and put a Holley on it!! An EFI would be nice just not worth the cost for that Truck!!☻
Great job y’all did what state yall live in
truck is looking good but is there a lifter or loose rocker on it? might have to pull the motor for a dingle ball refresh over the winter!
God Bless
Thanks Chris!! It's 60 years old, it's suppose to sound like that!!☻
@@805ROADKING check out How to adjust valve lash on a Y Block Ford V8 by the Y-Block Guy. maybe she needs some lash.
I gotta pull my 66 383 the valve seals turned hard as rock and are crumbling and clogging up the pick up screen
Doesn't the parking brake work? I see something under the front right wheel.
It does now, all part of the Shake Down!!☻
