The intensity this guy brings every competition is incredible
14:00 that edit was sick!
Yep... Very very nice
i am from Egypt and i am very proud of mohamed Ehab not only because he's a great lifter but also because he managed to reach that great level with persistence and self training without any help from our government which doesn't really care for any sports other than football, and now he's capable of beating world greatest lifters who receive attention and aid from their rich governments .. i am really proud of you Ehab!
He didn't get any funding from the government? Damn
@@samuelmassicotte9645 same as Indonesia, young athletes have to find their own paths and fundings
The same thing hapens in ecuador (neisi dajomes land), for central administration sport= footbal
Is this how the pyramids was built?
Yes
lmao
This is how they was built 💪🏾😂😏
Hahahaha yes
Absolutely
This video deserves an Emmy and Oscar nomination, thank you ATG
The edit was perfect
Thanks a lot,14:00
I got chills at the end. Both Lu and Mohammed's lifts were crazy plus the montages made them epic!!!!
at 0:37, the lifter snatching in background , he is lightning fast, WTF !
Thats Godelli
That’s so odd watching it lol
Because its light weight..... watch Clarence Kennedy with light weight....he's also lightening fast
@@kakkarod1 looks like 90 to me
@@turtless3794 lol.... lightweight according to them...😁

@@PeterJordanable Thanks!
@@allthingsgym Thanks for the great Video!!
sick edit on 14:00
Lu vs Mohammed comparision was amazing, Mohammed has a pretty higher hip position at hip extension
Ihab could do better, in my subjective opinion. looks like he could potentially do the pull better. seems like he cuts the pull a bit short
i dont think thats illusion or 'subjective'.. Lu has much longer torso/shorter legs, thus the more upright back and lower hip position
Alex it doesn’t matter, non sense comment
Alex really 1.65 cm , WTF thats crazy 1.65 and 80 kg fckkk
Ehab imo should jump a weight class
The quality, editing and production value of these videos is staggering. Amazing content. Thank you!
13:28 love the slo mo reaction from his coaches / team
13:35 here I was wishing for a side-by-side-comparison of them both (I didn't pay attention to the description at that point)... seconds later my wish was granted. Thank you, you are doing gyms work, Gregor.
I am doing weightlifting since 40 years and i promise i never saw a faster and more explosiv second lift move like his moving before!!!! NEVER!!!!!😳
Brilliant and perfect technique from both lifters. The way they they go up on their toes during the final pull, and then pull themselves under the bar is amazing. Thanx ATG. Cheers!
When these dudes snatching some gym guys max bench and squat togheter..
I immediately subscribed after i saw the high quality editing at the end..
Awesome video
Havent clicked on a video this quick before, something new, thanks for the video :)
Finished the video, really nice editing there high quality stuff
The speed under the bar is absolutely impressive.
Superb edit at the end! Major respect for these athletes 👊
8:53 I can hear Lu warming up
You know that Ehab has retired this week due to the ban on Egyptian weight lifting federation and he won't be able to compete in the Olympics.
We will miss a hell of an athlete.
Why did they ban it?
@@funnyvalentine867 because some other Egyptian lifters tested positive in a competition last year and our beloved Egyptian federation forget to appeal and pay the fees.
;( thats so sad. When i found out it ruined my day
@@Mostafakatary1 "forgot" lol people don't just forget those things 😆
@@Mostafakatary1 what a shame, thanks for the clarification
Sick editing !! Thank you for awesome vid
Quite amazing too see...my squat PR is their first warmup set
The slow motion is incredible to see. Holy moly what epic power and strength.
The flow of this vid is fantastic!
comparisons were really cool thank you
It’s just satisfying to watch him working out
Weightlifting looks so amazing in slow motion... 😮
Ehab gets under the bar so fukin fast holy shit. Incredible speed
Been waiting for this forever
WOW. thank you guys so much.
thanks for the slow mo, it's hard to appreciate technique at regular speed
AWESOME video editing!!!
Dude, this was badass...
Thank you
You know it's a good video when your palms sweat from watching it
Amazing both of them are just incredible athletes.
wow that's powerful absolutely loved this
Awesome video. Really cool to see the difference in execution by Lu and Ehab. Lu seems to have much better technique while Ehab is pure power. Shows there are lots of ways to get it done as proven by the elite of the elite in the world. Cheers.
agreed
Yeah, Lu has more quad strength as he seemed more upright during the first pull
@@takaokasuga2110long femur vs short femur
Two absolute snatch-monsters. Great competition.
His triceps are so big he’s literally growing wings
Fantastic video!
Amazing lifter and great technique!
Great video. It is so much beneficial for me to see the comparison between two world class weightlifters, especially the last slow-mo. Lu has longer torso and femur, his position is constantly more upright compared to Mohamed who uses more leverage since he has longer legs and shorter torso (also longer arms). You can see examples of extreme upright position from Asian weightlifters (such as Tian Tao's clean), while you can find more leverage usage from some European weightlifters. As a person who has Lu's body type, I need to be working on lower back and legs (front squats) a lot, otherwise my back and oblique muscles would get too much pressure. If you want to be better at weightlifting, you need to study your body type first and practice accordingly.
You can see he put everything into that last lift.. beast
Great video, awesome lifting.
Amazing edit and comparison
Lu had more explosion to get it up and faster but Mohamed seemed his body withstood the pressure and weight better. Incredible nonetheless, respect to these athletes
Un honor 😎 es ver esos videos ....
respect both of them
10:51 "help from god"
lumnir Did he really said that?
@@normaaliihminen722 yes

"نصر من الله"
Which is better translated as "victory from God" or "may God grant me victory"
Nasruminallah
Hippp drrraaaahhhhve ... guess he's been low bar squatting for a while ... amazing grind
So powerful these 2
He twists his feet during the starting pull, interesting. I wonder why he doesn’t just start at the feet position he twists to.
The feeling only players know
Maybe the subtle external rotation as his movement starts helps him feel like he's generating more force?
The external rotation of the femur is actually a function of the gluteus medius and (to a lesser extent gluteus maximus). Probably a mind-muscle connection queue he's found works for him in making sure they're firing maximally.
Love his technique.
3rd attempt its just wonderful! especcially the way he does it by extending till he sees the roof lol
I know this is the most obvious statement ever but, these guys are LITERALLY professionals with a barbell, everything about everything he just did was perfect
عااااااااااااش ربنا يوفقك يا كابتن محمد
Mohamed Ehab is a Beast
Lu making it look effortless
That's unfortunate the guy in the background at 2:53 wasn't able to successfully fly away like he was trying to do..
I just popped my back out watching
Mohamad is super awesome
I love the title!
