Only $8b is actually going to Ukraine, in order to keep their economy going. The rest goes to the MIC or US army. Once that $8b gets to Ukraine it will be whittled away bit by bit in the form of graft. Preston Stewart did a breakdown but only accounted for about $57b. Where the other £4b goes I have no idea.
