If you’re new to learning Crow pose, often you will rely on friction between the knee and tricep to hold the pose. This can be quite painful on the skin! As you become more proficient, you will rely less on friction, and more on using you core to create lightness. Engage Mula Bandha, draw your navel to the spine, and lift the hips up. Keep practicing and soon things will feel much lighter. xo, alo
