Just got my introductory set today. Never played tabletop warhammer nor have i ever painted a mini in my life! 😅 but so far im having fun painting my marines in the style of Black Templars.
@@thelucariamonarchs4889 it's worth the money as it gives you a start at building two very decent Armies. I did eventually buy both of the larger starter sets and now have two 1000-point armies without enhancements. I'm very happy with my choice in buying all three starter sets.
i have been wanting to get into minis for years. i think the judgement has put me off it the whole time but im finally over it as i really couldn’t care what people think of me. this looks like so much fun and great value to start im going to order mine now. thanks for the video :)
what I don't like is that the rules on it are waaay too simple, however, on google I find rules waaay too complex, is there something kinda Combat commander europe rules that you can use to play with these 16 miniatures?
There are tons of ups and downs, the space marine board game has more content with over 20 miniatures, and the map is hard cardboard much better than the paper map in the introductory. The problem is ive heard a lot of people complaining about the rules saying they suck ass because there is almost no way for titus to win most scenarios againts all the tiranids. I would go for this box because it has more than just one space marine. However...since the space marine board game is sold on target and they have constant board game sales chances are you will find it with a big discount. Bur for game experience i would go for this box.
I personally bought glue even though the models are push fit. It’s good to have it later down the line when buying more minis because not all of them are push fit.

Don't you need glue to hold the miniatures together?
These are push fits. No glue needed
