  • 10-BALL: ROLAND GARCIA vs ALEX PAGULAYAN from the opening round of the 2022 International Open Big Foot 10-Ball Challenge.
This one looks like it will be a short one at the beginning, but neither of these players is willing to give up early. Pagulayan is entertaining, as always, and Garcia brings his A-Game for this one. You won't be disappointed.
Mark Wilson and John Schmidt called all of the action.

1:30:10 Are you seeing this shit? 10x5 table, like 8" to the 9 ball, and Garcia pumps that cue ball 4 rails to land perfect on the 10. It's almost sickening how hard the cue ball arcs as the top takes effect. Simple as it looks, I think that's one of the greatest shots I've ever seen.

Going into this match I thought it was gonna be 2 good players practicing their craft, But holy shit this has been a master class clinic. These guys are playing like the greatest 2 of all time. One of the greatest matches I’ve ever watched. Much respect for Roland and Alex

Good observation by Mark about Alex' grip hand being behind 90 degrees. I suspect his height is the reason for that.

You would think that with all the work that Chris Renfro does to support the game and tournaments that the commentators would stop calling his rack the magic rack and give him the advertisement he deserves. ACCU-RACK!!

Why they act like Alex is duck soup when hes down 4-1 lol...He beats him 2-1 or 3-2 and he wins 😅🤣😂

First saw Roland in Philippine pool games, a protege of Efren, to whom, we were told, he is related. Pretty neat to have seen his arc onto the international stage.

I watched Earl and Shane play on, they said, a ten foot table, but it looked bigger than this. I'm beginning to wonder if it wasn't a custom 11' or 12' now. Maybe just the difference in camera lenses, but they were playing safes left and right

20:26 that rack looks slightly off square to the end rail.

Top three ten ball match I’ve ever seen on RUclips. Wow! Really lucky to have this to watch to watch, so thank you Accu-Stats. You just don’t see this very often. These guys are playing top level gambling-style pool. It reminds me of watching big money games in Vegas, looking down into the pit. That’s the level you’re seeing here, meaning, you’re gazing upon two players that are bringing 5K race to 11 type of energy. It’s 3AM, and there are aliens from another planet moving, and making run outs in dead punch. Also, John Schmidt is the funniest guy to have in the booth. He’s so generous with his praise, it’s like he just started playing and he can’t believe what he’s seeing, “Oh, how’d he hit it, he cut the paint off of it!

man the first time i saw roland in PH when i was in college, we were playing pool for money every fuckin day, then one day a 2 man came and then asked if we could play them. My friend played him, we won. Roland was shooting so bad, then we upped the stakes, we won. In maybe 4 sets he then began playing really really good, his form changed. his bridge, everything began changing hahaha. Thats when we realized we got hustled HARD. Took all our money away hahaha. Then a week after we saw him on a fb post that he was part of Team PH. Cant forget that day hahaha.
