I just don't get it. All these songs just sound sleepy. It's like the rebirth of shitty grunge rock. Don't like it. It's just there. There is nothing memorable about this song. It doesn't make me want to go and listen to it again. Sorry but this misses the mark.
Tates Barber I WAS SITTING HERE GOING MAN WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT THIS SONG THEN I READ YOUR COMMENT AND WAS WOW,I CANT BEAT THAT IT DESCRIBES EXACTLY HOW I FEEL! I'M STICKING WITH THE NEW qUEENSRYCHE I THINK SO MUCH BETTER.
Tates Barber This song is a carbon copy of the rest of his lame solo shit. No talent music sung in monotone. Fucking ridiculously bad.
larry bryant I think you will change your mind..
Mmmm nah doubt it man!
larry bryant I agree, Queensryche's stuff is 100 times better than this lame shit.
Operation: Mindcrime (I hate the fact that now I have to add "the original 1988 CD") was and forever will be regarded as one of the finest moments in rock/metal music history. It was transcending. It was controversial, it pushed limits in every aspect. This here? This was done 20 years ago by bands like Nirvana, Tool, and Our Lady Peace (sigh...). This is generic alt-rock. I realize many die-hard fans will buy it and convince themselves it's great because it has "Operation: Mindcrime" written on the cover. It's sort of like, getting reunited with your highschool sweetheart, 30 years later. Today she's 48, obese, covered in tattoos of former lovers, a chain-smoker, and has 3 kids by 4 different fathers. ;) But... to some, the love you felt for her 30 years ago, is enough to look past it all. It's the same here. Some will praise this only because of how much they love Geoff's work in the mid/late 80s. And for that, I suppose I commend them. Imagine for example, Bon Jovi calling their latest CD "Slippery when wet 2". Maybe not the best comparison, but you get my point. This just isn't right. These guys know this music wouldn't appeal to anyone by any other name, so, a last ditch effort to attract some attention, is to borrow from past greatness and refer to this as Operation: Mindcrime.
PJ ski Operation Mindcrime is the BAND name not the album name. So your analogy of Slippery When Wet 2 does not apply
+Kent Bartley Well aware of that, Kent. Hence the "...maybe not the best comparison" bit. If it makes you feel better, I should have used the word "analogy" instead of "comparison". Props however, for being here- clearly you still have, or- at some point in your life had, an appreciation for truly fine music.
PJ ski It's called "The Key"...wow what a wasted Rant.
+ringle41 Really? I had no idea (sarcasm)...... any other useless response you'd like to submit? This is why I made a reference to borrowing from past greatness (the legendary album from '88) by calling this new work "Operation: Mindcrime" (now, a band). The points remain valid. Feel free to respond to the general position of the comment, rather than relegating yourself to the general RUclips peasantry by stating the obvious.
+Kent Bartley Operation Mindcrime being the name of the band is pretty pathetic.
This is great - great vocals, great lyrics. Really good lyrics.
+Rick McGhee So shoot me, I reply to myself - this video is better than I thought. This is deep! Great contrasting between, what one wants to do to start over, while the others live in their own worlds - make themselves to be more important than they are. Burn everything - create a better version of man, interesting.
+Rick McGhee
I got to admit , this is excellent!
+Rick McGhee
EXCELLENT INTERPRETATION
Kelly Gray's guitar work is just insane, reminds me a lot of Chris DeGarmo. Sure many fans write off GT as a has-been, but question to these wiseguys is A) Can you survive in the music biz even a year, let alone 33 YEARS? B) Can you tour the world over 12 times and sell out venues the world over time and again? C) Can you ever achieve a gold/silver/platinum selling album in your lifetime? And D) do yall have the gumption, fortitude and stamina to adapt to the discipline/rigors/military regimen of a world tour? Answering NO would render your arguments NULL & VOID. Its easy to be an armchair critic without having been in the shoes of a great musician. Never mind the QR spilt, there were 2 sides to their story and lastly the TRUTH, which 99% of us fans will never know. HOWEVER, fact o the matter is, GT and and friends have persisted time and again in the face of critics that know only how to blow their horn. Sure there is the signature "Monotone" as some call it, but that is GT's style of singing this particular kind of track, the same tone was there with certain QR songs as well......did not see anyone whining then. Great riffs, chorus and the video is oddly insane in a good way, I guess its trying to show the mindset of the protagonist "Jamie" who was the centerpiece of the O:M concept. As +Psycho Dad News put it "This is more grunge like rock in the style of Alice in Chains." a befitting comparison. It will be interesting to see the O:M concept over the trilogy of albums, right now it's too soon to give an unbiased viewpoint! All the more interesting to see if O:M as a band last longer than the trilogy - then they can rightfully stick it to LaTorre and QR. I for one was shocked to hear the story behind the breakup......nevermind what goes around will eventually come around. It may just be that in another 7-10 years the old friends may bury the hatchet as life is too short to be frikkin miserable. Sure we as fans can praise past glories of QR, but what matters is that greatness of GT outshine for years to come with his work. Only a musician who diversifies his talent wins........or end up like Slash & co, who have lost their credibility outside of GNR, despite making what they term as ROCK N ROLL. Sure it's always the frontman who gets the flak if the band gets kaput, but in the end its the vocalist who is still standing where the others fade into oblivion and obscurity! FACT. Also, I wonder who the dude is at the 1:15 mark of the video. Laugh all ye want but time will tell who has the last laugh, be it O:M or QR!~
Great song...I'm happy...Geoff is back
great song, great video, outstanding performance by Geoff! "E-v-e-r--y-t-h-i-n-g!" ;)
GRUNGE! Please Geoff, leave grunge and back to Metal/Progressive...
actually grunge and rock of the 80s aren't to far from each other. grunge is just more raw and toned down is all. tends to show more feeling than normal rock. I find that after the grunge scene many 80s bands have been struggling to make a comeback. even today, the influence from grunge is everywhere so its still hard for 80s bands to appeal to a mass audience. I prefer grunge now and days but a bit of 80s rock never hurts.
They are radically different. Nirvana, Queensryche. Two very different sound and genres
Yes I know. But the heavy sound and progressive sound is not that hard to change to a more grunge sound.
+Bryan Moon
Are you kidding???? or you're a complet ignorant!
Andy Traffer No I'm a music instructor, and I assure you, I know a lot more about music than you. I'm sorry I'm not kidding!
Interesting how some people on here feel they need to berate anything Geoff does. These people seem to just wait and watch Blabbermouth to put up a story on Geoff and then the same sickening trash talking. Same old comments about how Geoff can't sing, how great Queensryche is now, and how lame Geoff is. Seriously? Do you have nothing better to do that trash talk a guy you don't know? Oh, and I love the song! Great job Geoff.
Amen 🤘
Yeah.you..
So right Geoff Tate is Queensryche. Still has a golden 5 octaves voice. And his new album kicks ass.
" Hail " to Geoff Tate, best singer and songwriter of this time 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Sounds like something from Hear In the Now Frontier/Q2K
People have all these expectations about what Geoff should be doing. I like this track, it's melodic it got stuck in my head and he can still carry a tune with the best of them so whatever.
Great song, lyrics and KICKASS video !! I look forward to this album !!
Funny how the haters follow GT more than the people that like him......Hey we get it you think he can't sing etc.. etcc.....go away please and listen to the new Queensryche that trys so hard to sound like 1980s maiden and ryche.....a little boring...I'm not 18 anymore.
GREAT VIDEO!!!! SG
Haunting and Beautiful... Very Geoff Tate....another great song.. the vibe is sorta gonna get close to you meets anybody listening as far as feel with sabbath mixed in.. and very NOW feeling.. very intense..dramatic.. perfect,, Moyer sorta feels like Chris as far as chemistry and Tichy LOL .. yes,,, by the end I hear a little of the feel of Best I Can. I liked the retro acidy solo by Kelly.. very pleasant, odd on Scott not playing at all? a clue? LOL
The Road to the Promised Land is a long one.. shall we continue?.
Buck Norris You're really stretching with those comparisons. I don't h ear Best I Can in there at all. By comparing you're insulting Best I Can, which is a fantastic song. Also I'm not getting a vibe like Anybody Listening either. This is more grunge like rock in the style of Alice in Chains.
+Buck Norris Your a fucking idiot. All that hyperbole for a generic post-grunge wannabe Foo Fighters hackjob from Geoff "Lyricist/Arranger Only" Tate. 'Best I Can' may have been typical AOR back in 1990, but it was a trillion times better than this garbage.
You and Oven Mitts should bake a cake together...expecting him to do a real guitar solo was obviously expecting too much. Maybe you could help him find a place to live while your at it...I heard the homeless shelters are full right now...LOL
Buck Norris
You say that, but you keep comparing Arrow Of Time to Iron Maiden...so your guilty of exactly what your saying I'm doing. Fuck off hypocrite.
comparing? its a COMPLETE LIFTING..if Im Maiden Im actually annoyed..
Buck Norris
Lol Arrow Of TIme didn't sound anything like Maiden to begin with. Like everything else, you just grasp at straws because you are afraid for Geoff...comedy gold at its finest, HAHAHA. :D
Bad ass song! Sort of an Alice in Chains melancholic vibe to it and great video idea to have the band rocking out in a limo. Beats the hell out of the typical metal band in a shitty building/warehouse video we all have to endure.
A bit boring. There is no more metal in his guts. A weak rehash of the past. His range is gone, too bad.
I fully support Geoff and crew all the way!!
Excellent. Most so-called "alt-rock" was lost on me even before it was tagged as "alt-rock". I always appreciated the cerebral soul delivery of Geoff Tate however. Then, in the MTV era, and now it has a place in my music collection. Video is beautifully satirical too. Yes, burn it.
I don't feel that all the songs have to sound the same as qr nor do I want them too, people have the same opinion But if they don't like it don't watch you don't have to leave a dim whit comments about how you don't like it.
Nice tribute to Alice In Chains I guess....now if only Tate would shut up so we could hear the actual song.
Why would anyone want to be famous, a rock star or otherwise, here in this age of "social media?" The comments section has turned into a battleground with most of the negativity coming from people who have never picked up an instrument, written a song, played in front of an audience or have done anything creative in their lives unless you consider bitching to be creative and most people don't. Where's your music uploaded?
this song is one of 38 songs or so in the trilogy..so its just part of the story.. I like it, and look forward to the next song..I love the vibe, and thats part of setting the mood of painting the audio picture.. one girl here called Geoffs songs "creations" and I like that description..
+Buck Norris The only thing Geoff is "creating" here is a tribute to Breaking Benjamin and Limp Bizkit. AKA Post-grunge boredommmmmm
+Ragna Rok shut up you fucking douchebag.. Tate was around long before those bands... Chris loves grunge moron and hates the metal sound.. it was part of why he left..we know you want "QOTR sung by a dog whistle if possible"
Buck Norris lol Chris loves metal. It's Geoff who hates it. You just make assumptions and lie when it suits you. "I was there in 1983" - HAHAHAHA!!!!!
Ragna Rok you are simply a lying scumbag moron.. who do you think you are fooling? the deaf?..Chris hates metal. period. hes spoken on this ,, educate yourself loser..
Buck Norris He's also spoken on and said he enjoyed the 2013 self-titled, so I guess your poor little mind just got blown.
sounds good... stupid haircut/dye job...
Fucking AAA.....Now I am once again excited about new Geoff Tate music.
"When I fell from grace, I never realised how DEEP was the flood around me..."
Geoff is and always will be light years better than the wannabe currently fronting his old band.
Scott Oring actually he is a great singer also.
3rd great song I've heard from the album. Can't wait. Awesome job Mr. Tate.
Classic...Perfect song!
I like it!
That guitar solo leaves something to be desired. Choppy and slow sounds more like a robot trying to shake off a swarming bee.
Tates Barber at first I thought so too, but then, I think the contrast is good.
I agree his solos are erratic and often don't fit the song...
+Rick McGhee I agree, sounds good.
+Tates Barber That's funny, because I love the solo. I like the song, and the main solo is one of my favorite parts of the song. Just goes to show that we all hear music differently, and that music is completely subjective.
Instead of Operation Mindcrime Geoff should've been more honest and named his band Q2K. So I'll refer to this band as Q2K. Better than the last track though.
+JudasDioBlackSabbathPriest Well though man. But Q2K has much more cool songs than this anyway.
+Lucas Nery this is way better then q2k
Sick reverse guitar solo! The song is great overall. Some Q2K and K&T vibes for sure, but it still doesn't sound like a rehash of any of that stuff. Very cool concept for the video too. It's a much better cheap video than just a band playing.
Agree brother.
FireReaverX The solo isn't very good.
+FireReaverX If you think this is GREAT you are really giving the song too much credit.
Agree, is a great song.
+Tates Barber
With a name like Tates Barber why even post on here knowing you're such a hater that you actually created a yt profile JUST TO BASH the guy?
Tate is the better man, congrats on your new band and album,it is the best thing out I have heard in ages, bought it and love it!!!!!
+TheEvil ClownMan I agree... OMC is great and so is Tate
Somewhow it reminds me at the albumcover "Lovedrive" from Scorpions. ;-)
+Schwarzwolf
Without the energy.
Yep
Ugg.. Operation Soundcrime. This is why he's out and La torre is in.

If I changed the world
Would it turn out the same?
What if I could choose a different point of view?
Is it real, these moments we steal?
A snapshot in a frame, time lost in decay
Give me gasoline. I'll burn everything
I'll make it rain like fire in hell
What if you changed your mind
And opened your eyes?
Would you breakdown?
Would you tear down?
Would you loose the disguise?
Yes it's real. It's something we feel
Some how we've lost our way
Time out. Time out, replay
It's "The Reckoning"
Give me gasoline
I'll burn everything
I'll burn it all down
What if we started over
With a brand new plan?
Take the fish out of water
Re-create a better version of man
Yes it's real. It's what we feel
It's time to find a better way
Time out. Time out, replay
It's "The Reckoning"
Give me gasoline
I'll burn everything
I'll burn
Boring and very sad song. :-(
This is terrible. Just awful. Weak grunge production, slow to mid-tempo songs, spoken "singing" by a once great singer, and…another Geoff Tate rap in The Stranger. At least Reinventing the Future is ok but I liked it better when it was called The Mission. What's that sound? That's the sound of Geoff playing Operation Mindcrime in its entirety at state fairs for the rest of his pitiful career. A-boo.
Sorry Geoff, you are still way out of touch...not just with your fans but with musical concepts in general. This is absolute garbage...the last single actually kind of catchy...this...garbage. I understand this is a concept album, but generally those are supposed to feel fresh and new in some way, maybe even offer us some perspective on reality or tell a brilliant story that challenges what we think and know...I just don't see that kind of inspiration in your music any longer. I'll listen to your CD's but I can't guarantee more than one spin.
Perfect for a sleep deprived, depressed fan of old QR.. Finally found sleep. Sadly that wasn’t what I was looking for.
Rÿche is better without Tate. This video/song has the impression that someone has some expensive toys to play with but doesn't have musical gut to put out a decent song. I haven't taken a listen to tate's last album as "qr", but this song sucks. It's too bluesy and the vocals sound washed up, non powerful.
Horrible music. :(
Didn't he use to have the ability to sing?
***** Na man, I thrust not blow. But give me enough money...
Steven Lornie So do you have a kick ass band that you sing for? No?! Then shut the fuck up ass face because he can sing a helluva lot better than you!
Chimi Changa um... how would you know anything about me? Better yet, what gives you the right to criticize my opinion? This guy had a stunning voice back in the day and on the two songs I have heard, it absolutely gone. So save your energy, no one likes raging fan boys. They're too easy to wind up.
Steven Lornie What gives me the right? The same thing that gives you the right to criticize Tate's voice...its a public forum dick weed. Say stupid crap be prepared to get feedback jack!
Youre right i dont know you...so upload a video of you singing so we can hear that you have the right to say anything about a professional singer's vocals. Geoff sings as good now as back then...what does he have to do scream every fucking line so you think hitting high notes is the only thing that makes a singer good. Robert Plant cant hit the high notes anymore but he is still a damn good singer even if his music sucks donkey dicks!
Chimi Changa Man the maturity is running high here. It wouldn't be so bad had I said he sounded like shit, but the guys voice is clearly not there. How can anyone defend that?!
Fan boy RAGE!!!!
BORING and repetitive!
I thinking hes dissing freaks like lady ga gag!! its entertaining.......and implying he dont care for his new band hes looking away in disgust! love it
Sounds like something off of Hear in the Now Frontier or Q2K. The only difference is that Geoff talks through his songs now instead of singing.
this is disappointing compared to the other video reinventing the future. might have to cancel my preorder.
Just heard the new Queensryche single today. Their new lead is just a Geoff Tate tribute singer.
I wonder if Kelly Gray also shoots his rifle while wearing oven mitts too...
I love this fucking song.. sorta like Falling Down meets Gonna Get Close to You
+Buck Norris Sort sounds like shit to me
+Buck Norris great song.
I like it.
I'm trying to get used to Geoff's "look". He looks like a car salesman. Lol. I'm not trolling, it's just I'm still hooked on the rocker look from back in the day. I still like his music, albeit this song doesn't live up to what I feel this group of musicians are capable of. They have some phenomenal talent.
And his guitarist looks Amish.
Nothing special, but a HUGE improvement over the Tateryche material. Oven mitts is still disgustingly sloppy though.
+Wolfgang Ervin OK Dave Smith...
This album is gonna be the best of 2015. I'm sure of it!
Thord What the hell are you smoking?
***** That's my opinion. I don't care if it knocks YOUR socks off or not. I sure think it will knock my socks off at least. Comparing to other albums i heard this year. And Queensrÿche's new uninspired song shouldnt even be mentioned.
***** Yeah, and thats what i've liked about Queensrÿche. I think it's always been something new, creative that's interesting to listen to. It's not all about Tate's vocal range. But what's left of Queensrÿche, i think have become boring and stopped creating. Seems like they wanna copy how they sounded long time ago. I really don't understand what all hate is about though. Cant only be the music and vocal range.
Thord There's already dozens of albums in 2015, metal or otherwise, that blow The Key out of the water. Condition Human will be yet another one to add to the list.
That being said, the only "alternative rock" sounding album that I can stand with Tate on it is Tribe...and he sounded tired even back then.
Thord Anything would seem a masterpiece when compared to this one song. In the case of Queensryche, the self-titled album was not much of a big deal but aeons ahead compared to what was released post-Promised Land. I am curios to see if the gang won't play it safe and deliver something more challenging. I do not think people hate Tate and his new band, but I think people are tired of being disappointed. I had some hope that this guy might pull it through with other musicians and by taking his time to compose and record this one, but this song makes me think FU wasn't the last chapter that documents the downfall of this past great musician and frontman. In the end, Tate just surfs on his 80s and 90s reputation.
just keeps getting better
Fucking addictive...
I love it video!
good song can't. wait till the cd is out yea mothertruckers
very good
I like it better than the last effort....I'm kinda feelin it....
I quite like it. Completely different than Re-Inventing The Future. More in the direction 'Ryche took after Promised Land with Hear In The Now Frontier and Q2K. Which were hard to swallow, still I not liking those two albums very much. But somehow this song works for me.
So, two very fine songs, makes me hungry for a new album...
Gostei muito da musica!!!
Music is supposed to be a journey. Queensryche music in particular has always been a melodious, harmonious masterpiece. This is none of that. This goes nowhere musically.
Now maybe Tate fans will get it...
This is the reason the Queensryche name was pulled through the mud for the last 18+ years. Crash and burn lol... this is the second flop of a video rushed out in order to prove himself relevant. Karma works in amazing ways, in this instant, its for the whole world to see... sigh...
Watching Tate fans lose their grip and slide down the cliff into the great abyss and the realization their hero was in fact, after all, a flop...
Geoff seems to be straining a little. He still sounds like David Bowie or Bono with a cold. What happened to the powerhouse operatic voice I grew up listening to? In "Reinventing The Future" I heard glimpses of that powerful voice. I do think he sounds a lot better here than he did on the last couple of Queensryche albums he sang on. I really hate having anything negative to say about Geoff. he was my idol growing up. The band has that very sloppy Grunge sound. it looks and sounds like it should have come out in about. 1995. I don't hate this, but I'm certainly not going to run out and buy it.
Tate just needs to quit smoking and his range will dramatically improve. He can be as good as he ever was if he makes some minor adjustments. Even Rob Halford had to take singing lessons in his 50's to get his range back. Tate needs to take better care of his talents. He is still impressive but talent only goes so far. Needs to use his diaphragm more and get healthy. The cigarettes and booze are slowly robbing him of his voice.
Very Q2K sounding, which should be no surprise with Kelly Gray in the band.
WOW, I understand the point of video and lyrics and judging by some of the haters and complainers many of you should be inside that limo too,,,,catch my drift !!!
Great Job guys keep it up, we should burn it !!!!
Meh.
Operation Earcrime...
+DoobieDarrin operation rogain..
Weird theyd call a song burn, not saying they shouldn't but it's making a bit of a statement, and the purple filter? Is that symbolic?
He only burned himself at the end of the video..burned like his career
+Jim Kyr like your mom..I feel so badly
How you dare talk to your dad like that..
Now,go make a bubble with your boogers!
+Jim Kyr did you fellate Ed Bass today?..
Cool as song and video.
I was going to buy this album after hearing Reinventing the Future. I like that song. Then I heard this song....this is the same type of garbage that Tate has been pushing on us since Q2K.
Sounds like something off Dokken's Shadowedlife. That's not a good thing.
OK, the name "Operation: Mindcrime" isn't quite... fair. There's not much connection between the new band and Queensrÿche's masterpiece. This is not Queensrÿche.
On the other hand, it's great. I'm not trying to convince myself it's great because I love Geoff's work in the 80s and 90s, I simply like it. It's not that good, it's just different. Different band, different genre. Tate's voice has declined since that days, but it's still there and I love it. And the music it's great as well. For me, this album is the best Geoff's work of this millennium.
I don't like it because of history. I like it because of music.
Did Chris Holmes from WASP direct this video?
+vladlashing he was involved
Man this is one terrible song! I see Kelly Gray is still a crappy guitar player, his solo is pure garbage. Geoff is still trying to be creative but he goes all crazy about it. He takes it to extremes and it gets downright weird. His music now is so bad, I feel sorry for him really. He is singing with no passion or emotion, not at all like he used in the 80's and 90's. It's like he has a huge mortgage and has no choice but to keep working to pay it off but he really doesn't like his job. His vocals are just terrible, he's singing like conversational and the guitars are all detuned. He can't do it anymore. What a contrast to the new version of Queensryche with Todd, they seem to be reborn with new passion and they are making some good stuff and Todd sings with passion at least.
+Gary Busy hes far better that Wiltings , who still to this day cant do Chris's parts.. fuck off jack ass, this is a great song
+Gary Busy fuck you douchebag
+Duck Norris Sorry man, its one persons opinion man. It's obvious that Geoff means the world to you but it's just one person's opinion. You don't have to get all hurt. I'm sorry that you are upset that Queensryche finally sounds like QR and not some Nue Metal band like this crap. Sorry man, read the reviews, it's pretty bad in regards to Tate. One band is playing in casinos and little gigs and the real QR is playing in arenas with Scorpions. That about says it all. One is at #27 on the billboard charts and the other is nowhere to be found. QR sales are pretty strong and Tater is tottering down. He is irrelevant man, again all you have to do is read all the reviews, they are all bad.
Gary Busy Gary.. the only one who is irrelevant is you and Im telling you from real info who these scumbags are. Tate is the only class . LOL.. Clownsryche got paid 6 grand a show to open they got the gig because there are desperate for any money..and Clonedition has dropped to off the charts completely
Interesting
Geoff and ex members of another bands , very plane sound like tjis track. Remember The last album wirh De Garmo but the difference is hear and now frontier is a interesting for the 1997's sound looking for the guys. Sorry my english is basic.
I dig it
I think Geoff's new stuff is decent. The problem I have is him naming his band after Queensryche's best album. Let go of the past.
+Mr. Schneider Queensryches best is Rage.
Paul Kruger Love Rage and Warning, but IMO OM is their epic release. I miss the Ryche is the 80's! 😢
Every time I listen to either the new QR or Tate's stuff I come away underwhelmed. Nothing exciting about either of them.I'll just continue to listen to the old QR and remember how it used to be.
How do you go from a song as solid as re-inventing the future to this? Re-inventing was so Mindcrime like and this song is so, If I were King which was awful. I was hoping for a homerun album but maybe not.
Sounds v. so so, to not say other word. The clip is totally nonsense, crap.
Yeah that´s it, Re-Inventing the Future is probably the only worthy track on the album.
I thought Reinventing the Future was pretty average, but I actually quite like this song. It doesn't sound like it's low-tier metal, but rather it's taken out those elements and comfortably slotted itself into a grunge sound.
So many out there willing to post negative bulls**t when none of you could produce a tune near the level of this. I agree something heavier should have been the next release...but if it is now up to the artist when and how their work is put out for all to see then maybe there is more reason behind this than any of you understand. This is a concept piece...has anyone looked into story line or theme?? Quit b***hing and keep listening.
Jesus F. Christ, what a shit. I like both old Queensryche albums and Geoff vocals. Keep on going.
Musics Good Video Sucks I Think You Could Have Done Better...Come On Boys...
great video, but i just wanna shout out to @cxaxexa on instagram, i know its random but shes a great person, you guys should really follow her
Still REALLY love the first tune they released, this one complete opposite for me. This is the style I found beyond blah for Tate.
Have anyone here reinvented themselves after a breakup? We are aged now and still are ourselves deep down, but try to fit the world now and start dating again. LOL. I am one that tries to see from his eyes and why he did this, I am not him. I try to see from all eyes. It is proper to the spirit of the music in the first place
Geoff 3 version is out all he is doing is touring operation mindcrime what happened to touring the 3 CDs.
so far operation mindcrime sounds decent it's more Q2K, Tribe and some Dedicated to Chaos feel to it to me. it's not bad but should be better
Sounds a bit boring, however may fit into the big picture if album has more lively numbers.
The volume on the vocals is low, Geoff's voice is getting buried by the rest of the song.
Pretty good song but not the direction I want Geoff to go into . Reinventing the future was awesome.
I don't care what anyone says,it's not anything unless all original members are together..
i was hoping it was gonna sound like child of fire so much for getting my hopes up.
Reinventing The Future is a good song but this one is pretty boring really.
Am I the only one who was hoping for something like Queen of the Reich?
