Oh I thought that was really cool actually. I’ve never seen that before. Really opens things up, especially if you work from home and use it partially of fully as a studio expansive office or workshop. I’m sure you could probably get some retractable electric shades other type of covering if you’d like.

I love the barndominium house she is beautiful. How much do it cost a lot of space no need to remodel a lot of land .that's what I need

Hi, I really like this plan layout. We have a 45' motor home and would need 14' X 14" door for clearance. Do you think it is possible to create a plan that could accommodate that plus room for 2 cars and some lawn equipment while keeping the nice clean look on the facade?
Absolutely- I’ll work on a version for that next.
Nice. What would you charge to modify that plan, for example, make it high wind rated for Florida and turn the right side garage into living space... i.e. office and guest suite?
Hey Brad, for plan modifications I charge $50/hour. I am not familiar with wind rating codes, but when the plans are purchased they include the CAD files which you can take to your local architect to have modified to suffice those and any other needed codes. Totally my idea - would use one side as the "basement" that we have now - office; guest room; media room/pool table/etc. Love that idea! Great plan!

Wow microwave so high up.
I have this "triple oven" setup in my personal house, and (me being 5'-6") I can tell you it's not bad at all. I much prefer this location vs. in the island or under the counter.
It's pretty, but not very practical.
