Too many of these plays look like me playing The Show
Here
Trash
Nah man, not me. There’s not enough swinging at curveballs that bounce 5 feet in front of the plate.
facts
Some here
I’m just here to see a manager pull his ace in game 6 of the World Series throwing a shut out
Omg I saw that (even though I wanted the dodgers to win)
For real
Cannot believe Cash took Snell out. That was ridiculous
A 1 hitter even
@@la5082 but muh 3rd time around
Manny cutting off the throw will always be the greatest moment in baseball history
Not sure why but that scenario makes me cry laughing 😂
i will never not laugh at the manny cutoff
To be fair Johnny Damon's arm was trash.
not even in the top 10000000000000000000000000000000, clearly ur a yankees fan
@@salvatormundi6790bro same here holy shit it's funny looking
never seen the clip of kinsler accidentally stealing 3rd, that's funny as hell
for reals! I swear, in most of these sports, during a live ball/play, just start walking when everyone else is running and people will think the play is dead and then just take off! lol
Now that’s a ‘0000% IQ’ title right there
only reason I clicked on the video was to read these kinda comments lol
I'm pretty sure the video title is supposed to say 0% iq because a lot of these clips are players forgetting how many outs there are. I thought the title was a typo too
@@bruhchongles1579 his point is IQ is not expressed as a percentage
lmao
@@scottbash7117 I think using something like "0000" which is not even a real integer is even stupider.
3:45 when you accidentally press X on MLB the show
😭😭😂😂😂 oh my god
Especially when you switch back and forth between RTS, and Franchise mode. I dont get why they change the button layout for it, just keep it the same, I get I'm on the field but damn.
Somebody made the same joke 4 months ago, damn😐
I was thinking the same damn thing!! 😂
The best thing about effing up a play while playing for Baltimore is that you play for Baltimore so there probably isn't anyone better to take your spot.
That’s a great point
LOL
amazing how quickly people forget they were in the ALCS only 7 years ago, after sweeping 3 straight Cy Young pitchers
There the best team in baseball wym?
facts
5:23 "who's gonna take it?! NOBODY!"
1:59 that is an absurd pitch count for the 5th inning
Yeah somethin like that
Good catch, damn... :O
Looks like me in mlb the show when I pitch on hall of fame
Back in the day before pitchers got "specialized" (SP, Long relief, short relief, 8th or 9th inning guy, set-up guy, closer) clubs would have 4 or 5 starters and unless the game was very close or in the balance, it was their game, period! I was an Angel fan when we had Nolan and they left that poor guy out there in blow-outs, pitching 160-180 pitches. I don't know how he lasted 20 years doing that!
Manny intercepting that throw literally always gets me
use a dictionary, drunkard
It's so emasculating. Does he date Damon's wife too?
First one is an accidental 9000% IQ moment. Shorten up for a bunt, make the other team pull in, intentionally miss, runner gets third.
"Intentional"
It’s intentional. It’s called a push bunt. 1 out , batter sacrifice to move the runner from 2nd to 3rd but purposely missed as he didn’t need to make the sacrifice after all bc 3rd was wide open for a steal attempt
Short should have been there to cover in the case of runners on 1 and 2
the 0 iq part is the fielders not covering
@@SouthPlaya he just missed the bunt. He was 100% trying to.
1:15 That guy keeping cool and jogging was brilliant
It's funny how perspective matters so much. I just watched a video called "baseball 1,000,000 IQ plays". They were the exact same types of plays except that one focused on the guy taking the extra base because no one covered. This one focused on the guy who didn't cover. 1 guess 1 man's 0 IQ play is another man's 1,000,000 IQ play and you can't have 1 without the other. If someone never takes the extra base then no one is an idiot for not covering. And if someone doesn't forget to cover the base then the other man wouldn't get to be the genius for taking it
It really is all perspective, funny how that works out. The one screwing up is being dumb while the one taking advantage of it is normal vs the one screwing up is normal and the one taking advantage of that is genius
Some of these are true 0 IQ plays. Like 7:01 when he makes the laziest pickoff throw of all time only to get called for a balk on it lmao
4:15 When you hit the wrong button combo to throw to a base on the controller.
This happened to me once, I was so mad
This is referring to 9innings right
@@sportstronomy781 oh it’s happened to me many times
3:45
I am rather impressed by the age of some of these clips. That takes dedication.
some of them are at least 3 centuries old
The irony of saying 0% IQ lol
People always seem to forget just how important baserunning is. Some games you spend more time on the base paths than at the plate. Gotta remain aware until you’re in the dugout.
I saw the Braves and was like “Oh cool I get to see a highlight”, nah we’ve been boneheads for a while 🙄😂
Lol
@@tylerm1159 it’s an evil world we live in
Same here I am a Braves fan

At least make sure your grammar is accurate before you school somebody on intelligence.
Lol
Cespedes just trotting to home looking at Jones in disbelief is one of my favorite bean brain moves.
Nothing better than watching Sean Casey run.
Still never understood why Manny cut off that throw 😂😂
Johnny Damon had the worst arm in the history of baseball. Manny being Manny thought "anything to try to save the run."
@@97Senator Between Manny and thinking, you can usually pick only 1. The dude likes his weed
Just wanna say that I absofrigginlutely love how Ichiro starts running to 1st as he's swinging at the ball...he's such a fast runner already and doing what he does gives him even more of an edge making it ridonkulously hard to throw him out
Forgetting how many outs there are is pure baseball. Yeah, it's a dumb move. But stuff like this is what makes baseball so unique among other pro sports. Mistakes are so easily apparent to literally everyone watching, immediately. And that human element, among so many others, is what makes baseball so great. This human element should never change.
The word of God is true praise God praying for everyone everyday God bless you all
No thank you

Praise God man. TURN TO CHRIST!!!!
No.
I feel like we're missing a few of those plays where the outfielder tosses the ball into the stands
What an amazing play at 3:30. Really shows both the spectrums of playing the ball to the end and giving up on the play.
2:34 Man, that runner got so lucky. It's like his boneheaded mistake actually protected him.
It's a great one. The catcher was wanting to throw him out, but the third baseman was out in La La Land himself.
Ian kinsler is usually on the top of his game
The catcher was expecting him to sprint back to second or something as well. Catcher looks like he was lagging up the baseline like in a video game xD
What a great sport
The fact that major league baseball players don't know the infield fly rule is hilarious and pathetic at the same time
My dad taught me before every pitch look at the situation and know exactly what you’re going to do if you get a grounder or if you catch a fly. Not that I never made any mistakes, but it’s definitely a good habit so you’re not making decisions in the moment.
6:55 Defense got away with obstruction. You see the runner pointing to the umpire and the umpire signaling safe (i.e., no obstruction), but you can clearly see the runner had to pull up a bit to avoid a fielder who didn't have the ball.
The ump even gave the safe signal when it happened.
So they still can still turn a double play with obstruction? That is beyond silly.
@@SgvSth Immediate dead ball (due to a play being made on the runner obstructed on), runners on 2B and 3B (nullify the act of obstruction--runner was attempting to get to third, and the other runner was already on his way to second).
You call that having to pull up? He reached out to try to touch the fielder because he knew that was his only chance of being safe
euhomme, Nonsense. The runner went out of his way and tried to get an obstruction call, but the umpire didn't fall for it.
Time to update this with Will Craig.
Lol the dude on the thumbnail saying quiet just struck out against the Cubs just now losing 2-1 with the Carnivals😂😂😂😂
Baseball is probably the most intellectual game out there. If you're not constantly thinking 2 or 3 steps ahead, you're in trouble. That's why infielders always put up 1 or 2 fingers after making an out, just to remind everyone of how many outs there are.
As a European, this video made me realize I know much less about baseball than I thought I knew
The first clip, in my opinion, is just an example of smart runner-batter tactics. Notice the batter showed bunt before the pitch came. This pulled the third baseman into bunt defense and out of base coverage, allowing the runner to steal. By showing bunt before the pitch, the batter forced the third baseman to choose between giving up a bunt up the third base foul line or giving the runner third on the steal.
Some real gems in this anthology.
amazing camera work on that Mike Moustakas double play
7 - 3 out. Never gonna see that again
Moral of the story, always remember the out count.
As much as I know about baseball and grew up playing the sport, I don't know much about the in-field fly rule
This is why Puig saddly isnt in the league anymore, he just forgot such simple stuff
Lol what are you talking about the puig clips were over 6 years ago
@@controlhogger8 but he never changed, he was always doing this kind of shit, he was never completely reliable
These rundown really do look like me playing the show also
What a title, four zeroes and a percent sign for IQ.
I'm never going to understand how they come up with the titles for these vids
cause it got us to watch it
@@cjohnston6829 I just watched because it's baseball idek what the title is trying to say
@@sneersh9107 Same
2:50 Why is he even running at all? It's not like he could advance if the catch isn't made. Unless it takes an incredible bounce back into play, that is.
Imagine how many errors teams would have if they recorded errors on the offense.
Need a part 2 with the 2021 Pittsburgh Pirates failing to touch 1st base
Or I guess its part 3 now
Wow.
May God, Jesus Christ, and The Holy Spirit bless us all in Jesus Christ mighty name❤️
Thanks for sticking with the replays. Great editing! I can't watch vids were they end it and go on to the next clip!
Johnny Damon looks like he doesn’t know how to throw a baseball...
BALTIMORE DOWN! 7-0
1:49 Homer? I gotta say, you're a much better Baseball commentator than a nuclear plant worker.
1:42 RIP Jose Fernandez a great man and even better player
Yeah what a great man, he was drinking and doing coke on a boat and crashed into rocks killing himself and two other people.
@@fngaming5064 people tend to glorify the dead, it's ridiculous. He was doing that blowcaine and other people paid for it.
Great edit on the pujols clip... had to watch it three times to figure out what happened. Allow for context man.
1:56 even though the runner on third stopped when he was running home they would have had a run in not if he stopped running
6:53 isn’t that technically out of the baseline
The players should never be penalized for the umpires' incompetence to make a timely and accurate call of the reality on the diamond, out-loud and unambiguous. About a third of these situations.
After I have a bad game I watch videos like this 😂 makes me feel less stupid
I was in mlb the show and I thought they were 2 outs with bases loaded. There was only 1 out. I caught it in in center field then ran to the bathroom to take a dump. All three on base tagged up and won (it was bottom 9th and the score was 5 to 3) I WAS SO MAD!
They all came over just to watch the ball fall to the ground. LOL! 🤣
It's like trying to figure out all the controls of a video game, you get flustered under pressure.
The first play I use ALL THE TIME coaching my son, fake bunt with a guy on second. Works 95% of the time.
3:54 dude said “Iaannn” like his dad would in a little league gane
Hot take: Kinsler made a good play. He saved a run that would have been otherwise been scored if he made the out at first. No way he turns 2
this is more like forgetting how many outs there are
That's where Brady learned how to forget in what down your attack is 😂
Having read the title as 10000% IQ moments I was very concerned at the average player IQ level.
Is anyone gonna tell this man that IQ's dont work in percents?
What's the joke? I don't see anything funny or potentially funny.
@@johncuthbertson425 possibly, or this is one of those channels from another country and use Google translate to make titles.
@@bradylisle1810 Or they don't care about what people from Reddit think and are just meming.
The human element of the game is so important. Take nothing for granted. That's why it frustrates me that intentional walks don't exist anymore. A wild pitch on intentional walk has ended games before.
There are a lot of Angels highlights here
I’ve decided I will NEVER understand what a Balk is. Never made sense when explained, and I’ll never retain it
Lyla’s world they said Balk not ball
The first one wasn’t 3rd’s fault, in that case when there is a runner on 1 and 2, 3 should charge and short should be covering 3
Ah yes, 0 thousand
2:35 1 Million IQ play :D !!!!
Puig is in like 1/2 of these😂
For the first clip I thought the batter was running to third instead of first.
Watching these lineups in 2021 is nostalgic
Can't wait to see half of these in the high IQ plays video for the players on the opposing teams. Like the 2nd baseman at 3:07 recognizing the running going, and sprinting over to first to call for the tag up out.
Every the show game ever
Forgot that Josh Hamilton was an Angel
If you calculate IQ with percentages, you have a '0000% IQ'
Don't blame the creator, he scored a 95 on the IQ test
That's near perfect
No?
No hay razon por que incluyeron ese video. Quicieran hacer doble play en home? No es razon. Hasta los comentadores dicen que no es manera para el corredor de jugar ese play. Que diablos querian?
I love seeing guys like Sean Casey run. He can stop at first base in a shorter distance than guys like Hamilton or Altuve can stop in when sliding into home.
that makes no sense drunkard
3:46 threw 4:10 is me in MLB The show 20
I umpired about 2,500 games in amateur softball and baseball over 30 years. The vast majority of these games were played on diamonds that had no scoreboards. I don't recall a single instance of a player forgetting how many outs there were. Yet, in MLB, with the ballparks full of huge scoreboards, it happens several times a season. There's no excuse for it.
Being an Arizona fan is pure pain. We outsmart 1 team and it still ends badly for us
Alternate title: Professionals can't keep track of how many outs there are or don't understand the simple mechanics of the game they're paid to play. Because that's what 99% of these are.
The MLB and other baseball and music my two true loves. I can't go a week without watching a few games and I can't go a day without listening to my favorite bands like Delta Parole.
Okay?
The Pirates rundown blunder from last week should be the headliner on this list now.
I still cant believe the Reds infield that all came to the mound during the infield fly is real
70000th view boys
That’s why you have to love Jose Fernandez. He made a dumb play but didn’t get upset. Cuz he just wanted to have fun and have a great life. And he got that taken away from him. RIP
Well he got his life taken away cause he was having the wrong kind of fun.
If he would have survived, he would have been imprisoned for murder. Or at least manslaughter and reckless endangerment.
I don’t understand how players don’t know what out it is. Look at the damn 100 foot board in left center😭
Its all fun and games.....
Until you see your team on this
As a giants fan we gave you a lot more content this year
Sean Casey is STILL the only guy I've ever seen make out on a base hit to left!
The rare, perhaps, the only 7-3 force out ever witnessed.
That balk was hilarious
This is why human being is attractive
🤣I mean Manny🤣🤣 went all out to cut the throw off it’s too funny, he diving n on his knees to make that bizarre relay, I loved it tho it’s too funny
