I think the Phillies are lucky obstruction was not called. If you look at other plays pulling the same or similar fake, the fielder never touches the runner. The infielder did put his mitt on the runner. Was it enough to prevent him from getting back safely, no. But that is not what the rule says. Just contact.
1:49 This play is actually a missed call, this play is Obstruction, the shortstop isnt allowed to touch trea turner without the ball because that could prevent the runner returning to the base
Notice how the shortstop pretends to make a tag but keeps his glove away from the runner? He only touched him after the runner was standing on the base. The rule for obstruction is, "when a fielder illegally hinders a baserunner running within the basepath". The shortstop clearly didn't hinder the runner from reaching 2nd base.
At 2:44 the second baseman tagged the runner with an empty glove. That runner was not tagged out at that time. The 2nd baseman had the ball in his throwing hand.

Florimon touching Treat Turner while not having the ball is obstructions and should have been awarded the bag or a return to 1st. These are the days without replay and these are the things that turned a game.

Didn't have to make the throw to third back then. And once that legal fake was made, the pitcher was just an infielder free to do anything with the ball.
