    Newly subbed D1 player here, your videos and more notably your entire channel is structured really well. Honestly, I'm grateful for your channel. Your vids have made me re analyze myself and foundation. Sparking a love for the game again that had previously gone stale. I really appreciate how meticulous and in depth you take the time to break fundamentals down on almost a molecular level. I'm excited to learn more and watch more of your content.

Your style reminds me of myself, because I too try to be incredibly thorough when I teach someone how to do something. Just because you teach someone the steps on how to do something, doesn't mean they understand what they're doing. Keep up the good work!

    I've done this unintentionally, and you can read the opponents that are lower ranks like plat when they're approaching the ball, you have like 1 sec to make this judgement call, if they speed flip on a corner kick off for example, you wanna hit the ball on the side they're flipping to, I've done this many times against my plat friends and this works so much

    I think we need to establish what a "win" is. It's pretty common for one to believe that anything sent into your opponent's end is a win. I disagree except in 1s. I consider a win any ball/puck that goes to my teammate first. So a kickoff that goes into my defensive end (and not into the goal) is a win..(except in 1s) and anything that moves into the offensive end I consider a loss as it gives the control over to my opponents.

    • @PlusheesRl
      @PlusheesRl Год назад

      Not if your teammate cheats up. It's much more consistent to try to get better and win every kickoff than to intentionally lose every kickoff

    • @benroehrich5412
      @benroehrich5412 Год назад

      @@PlusheesRl wow...a year later lol. If the opponent has the same idea then it's again a stalemate in which you have to hope you come out with possession. Possession is the win for me, so I'll just keep deflecting to my side of mid field and let my teammate(s) take possession on the wall.

    • @PlusheesRl
      @PlusheesRl Год назад

      @@benroehrich5412 unless you spanish having the ball on your side at a consistent position and speed is unattainable and your teammate will have to guess where the ball is going to be. And if you spanish every time it is very easily counterable
