Next video: 5 pros take on “The Swarm” in increasing quantity, starting at 5 and building by 5 until its 5v25. “Swarm” would be a mix of ranks. I just imagine pros going for a 5-man passing play against a 25-man defense 😂

It's crazy how something that seems simple, like having more people in one online game could actually turn out to be so complicated. Props to the people that made it happen, and props to you Sunless for making a sick video out of it 🔥
Sunless mentioned this, but my absolute favourite part of this was all the variety. The customization, with there being literal trillions of possible combinations, is of the things the game does best, and it always annoys me how utterly boring player's cars are for the sake of "looking clean" when there's so much potential for getting super creative. This was beautiful!
I just love how Sunless had the boost pickup accolade in the endscreen
theres no way it would run we were barely able to play without powerups haha

This could make for a really cool tournament idea.
First we have 32 people play in a 16 v 16 match. Everyone in the losing team is out. (Could do Bo3 every round if you want of course).
The remaining 16 play in a 8 v 8 match and repeat, the remaining 8 play 4 v 4 the remaining 4 play 2 v 2 and the final 2 duke it out in a 1 v 1.
Could you imagine having proximity chat in Rocket League for a gamemode like this 💀

My favorite part of this video was focusing on the swarm, then watching how everyone turns in unison when there's a big clearance like some kind of engine-powered hive mind.
a fun idea would be to do this with the same amount of players on a actual soccer/football team and see if teams try to use actual strategies and plays

Starting the games was always the hardest since we had to "start the match" before everyone got in, adding 10~people every 10 seconds or so otherwise the server died. And ye someone decided to score before all of us were in.
I honestly would love to participate in such chaos one day, it's incredible to see stuff like this happening

Your videos are incredibly good at negating physical pain. I'm not joking, I had terrible stomach pain and pain killers didn't help at all, so I turned on RUclips to put mind somewhere else and stumbled upon this video. It was so efficient that I can only describe the rest of the time before the arrival of the ambulance as "discomfort". It's something about your "flow" of narrative, it's so relaxing. Thank you for this video

What a menace to society
Strategies / plays I would have liked to have seen:
- Position assignments (offense, defense, etc)
- Demo assault charge; group of ~10-15 charge the net staying on the ground driving wheel to wheel to "clear out the goal"
- Focused group charges; small groups (or maybe the entire team?) follow one specific player
- Team boost charge; no one consumes any boost for a full minute or two, then suddenly everyone goes for the ball at once (aerial assault)
- Ceiling assault; group of cars drop from the ceiling and try to bump/demo anyone near opponents goal
Let me play next time i'll think of a few more. This was the craziest thing I'd ever seen, loved it.
Finally a game mode where I don't get roasted for missing an open net

Sunless please see this, you should do this again but each team has 3 pros trying to battle through all the madness to win, that would be so amazing to watch!
Some ideas for next time:
1. On top of the normal boost pads, have the drop shot boost where your boost increases slowly at all times
2. Have every player use their corresponding teams color with no decal. So every player will be blue or orange.
3. Do it with SSLs, Pros, and grand champs. It would be interesting to see how they would play this mode.
4. Make demos last longer before you respawn. demos lasting forever until a goal would swing to one teams favor too quickly, and this would give both teams a chance.
imagine how even more chaotic this would be with Rumble lol

I think it would be interesting if you applied this concept but made it 1 vs 25, but the solo player would get buffs like infinite boost or can’t be demoed. It would be like a rocket league boss battle.
I think this is a cool concept! Has there ever been a 11 v 11 before in rocket league? two teams actually playing with positions and goalies would be pretty cool. And maybe even out of bounds
