That’s not theoretical at all. I have both VHS tapes and Dvd’s that allow me to see into my own past while even hearing the sounds and words from the past as well!
I mean a level of technology that doesn’t currently exist? Not sure about that. We see the basics of the chronovisor all the time. Ever hear of EVP?? Electronic voice phenomena? That’s the basics of where the project began. They just required an antenna capable enough to capture cosmic radiation and background. It’s almost like having someone hit a sledgehammer at one end of a block and your standing at the other end of the block you hear the sound after the hammer hits because sound travels at a certain speed. The fundamentals of that is that it’s always existing even after you hear it. It’s just constantly moving tho you can no longer hear the sound it gets trapped in the background cosmic radiation and is just waiting fir someone to plug n play. The science definitely exists and supports this device. The fact that he knew that it would way back then is proof enough for me that it exists. The real reason it was shelved was because imagine being able to look into any situation you want to look at. Hear and see what was spoken and transpired even after it was done. Imagine the level of cause when we say listen to the government or world leaders in private. Or go back and listen to other events. Yeah the world would crumble lol pretty fast. Elites would be hung from telephone poles faster then you could even imagine. The chronoviser can be real because if a structure can have residual / imprint in the walls and that moment where something happen that was so powerful that it created imprints in the walls where it plays back over and over at the same time it had happen in the past the chronoviser is real. There is no way a machine that size can be a time machine. You know how much energy would be required to open the portal? You would need a device the size of a city
Well it depends on the type of energy used to propel the device. If you consider witnesses like Bob Lazar that worked on crashes UFOs, the device that powered them was tiny. Yet powerful enough to create a space-time bubble around the ship that allowed them to go amazing speeds and take 90 degree turns. There's also a lot of recent people coming forward that says this technology was reverse engineered to create zero point devices that could power something like this. But they can't monetize it so it's been shelved.

There is a way to look into the past. Think about when you're looking at a mirror. You're seeing the reflection of light off the mirror. Well I look at it like this,they say the technology is way beyond our present day capabilities. Yet we have the technology to video tape or record things as they occur and rewind them and play it back at our own discretion. Now I understand that this is far from being able to go back in time and bring forth images of historic moments but I honestly believe everything and anything is possible eventually. We just haven't as of yet, "supposedly" figured out how to do this yet! The powers that be say that it defies the laws of physics. Yet every couple of years we find that our ideas on a given subject or what we held as "facts" turns out to be either incomplete or outright wrong. So as for what scientist say is "fact" either within or outside of our understanding of laws of physics is held in my mind very loosely. In other words we are finding out new things all the time that are not new in all reality it's just new to us.

I think if top minds were able to make that thing so long ago, considering how fast technology is advancing, today an above average college student would be able to replicate it. Let alone adult scientists. I dont doubt they couldve paid Wernher Von Braun some sweet Vatican cash/gold to consult on it. That wouldve been easy to arrange. As far as visions that highly devout Christians see i think there are things passed down in our DNA from ancestors that can be unlocked in various ways. The best mathematicians I know (who are very good as far as contemporary math goes) are nowhere close to Einstein and Fermi like at all. Tau is probably the best mathematician currently, but compared to the mathematicians from the past, not nearly as innovative, creative, or knowledgable.
In essence, modern science and math have pretty much stagnated and there just aren’t nearly as many great minds anymore.
