I really dont want to do this. I'm suspecting my oil leak is from improper amount of Hondabond during the resealing process. I just got done with a J37 swap into my Honda Ridgeline...and there's a leak coming from the oil pan likely started higher up. Could be either the oil pan or the oil pump. I'm crossing my fingers that it is the former. I seriously don't want to undo the timing belt and company.
God fucking damnit i just replaced my timing belt and crank seal thinking that was what was leaking, inside of timing cover still full of oil after this has got to be it
I love the comment" I just love working on this fucking thing" .
I'm finishing up the same project this week on the oil pump seal.
I love working on old Hondas always will

Where did you get the "kit", i.e., o-ring and front seal?
I got mine from rock auto, look for a oil pump seals, there should be two seals, make sure it has the one for oil filter adapter too.
Why did the last seal only last 20k?
So fixing the gasket is all it takes to get oil pressure back?
What's the point of putting up the video if you're not going to show step by step without cutting video out and coming back?
shame on him for putting "how to" in the title.
Yea. What an idiot.
