I just moved from a house with a bosch 800 to a house with a Miele. The bosch was quieter, dried better, and had a better third rack. I’d go with a bosch any day.
I've been following these videos for the past year or so, and chose a stainless, pre-finished Miele dishwasher based on your content (disclaimer, Yale does not serve my area). I ordered my dishwasher in January, and received it at the beginning of May. I did not receive the pre-finished stainless dishwasher I ordered. It was panel ready. 😅 It was just disappointing, because (a) I'm sure someone else has been waiting plenty long for a panel ready model, and (b) it took several more weeks to dispatch a panel/handle kit. Anyway, it's all right now, but if someone had told me that's how the story was going to go, I wouldn't have believed it.
Do you recommend ZLine Monument Series Dishwashers? We are trying to decide between panel ready Kitchenaid (KDTM704LPA) and Panel Ready Line (DWMT-24). Any thoughts you have would be appreciated.
I ordered a Bosh and it was installed yesterday, Don;t like the way the door closes, though! It does not stay open part way, which is a pain when just adding a few items to the top or pulling something out. Installer said the panel is too light, needs to be at least 11 pounds. I don't know. Any idea how to adjust the door to let it prop open ?
