10 months ago when i start doing this workout my juggling record was under 40 ! And now after 10 months my juggling record is 2204 ! And my footwork are lot sharper than 10 months ago. Thank you mate . this one really helps me 🙌💎

Greetings from San Diego. My daughter plays club and they have videos online they suggested all club kids follow. Took a couple of minutes to see they are no where near as good as yours. We have just been watching yours and working out in the backyard. Daily gains are occurring, especially with ball control. Excited to see others reactions when they see how far she has come during this "time off". Thanks a bunch!

@fernando ortiz you must have never played before if you did not know football is basically 90 minutes of cardio. All your training should be like this at least. If anything, this workout is very low intensity. Would be much more cardio if he was doing brazilian boxes or the like
