Doing this drill everyday for the next month hopefully I'll become perfect at it 1st week: I'm still no where near as quick or as precise as him but I'm improving 2nd week: I've made great improvements I'm really confident and comfortable while doing this drill and I'm able to keep my head up for most of the drill I got a lot of replies asking for week 3 and 4 but I ended up moving to other drills after I had done week 3. I felt really confortable with these dribbling patterns and it really helped me establish a base for my dribbling. All in all this workout is amazing and helped me elevate my dribbling greatly
@@Steven-yp3ls If you try to do it super quickly starting out, you’ll just keep kicking the ball about. Start off slow, and then choose any speed you want as long as you do it right.
Posting Progress Day 1 - Could not do any drills Day 2 - VERY choppy but could do the first two for short times Day 3 - Getting more comfortable but still struggling Day 4 - First two are getting easy, everything else is a challenge Day 5 - Doing every drill semi comfortably at medium speed Day 6 - Very comfortable with L drags and everything. V Drags are the most challenging Day 7 - Mostly same as Day 6 Day 8 - Hardest ones are normal V drag, sole rolls and polishing up the L drags. Outside of these it’s going great and I have gotten much better at juggling with this workout. For some reason, the ball has a different sensation on my foot. It feels like I have more control So far these drills have greatly improved my control and I am very happy and with my progress and excited to see where I can get within a month. I am trying to make my towns travel team. Good luck everybody and remember to train everyday!
been doing these for about three weeks combined with fitness training and I feel unstoppable, had quite a few comments saying that I was like a completely different player. Thank you so much!!
Im 18 years old and super bad at any type of sport but ill give a chance to football by trying this video. Going to do this everyday for a month starting from monday. Wish me luck
I’ve done these for 3 days and my strategy is to do two rounds of this at a nice slow, controlled pace so that I can focus on technique, and then on the third round I try to pick up the speed a bit that way I can push and test myself to see if I can go just that little bit faster. I’ll update some more by the end of my first week. I’m just gonna try to focus on consistency for now. Edit: this’ll be a check list. Every ✅ that I leave is a day where I at least did the 10 minute workout once. ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅ (let’s go, day 10 🥳) ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅ (let’s go, day 20 ‼️) ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅ (let’s go, day 30 😈) ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅ (let’s go, day 40 😳) ✅✅✅✅✅ (Update) WOW. I’m already noticing that I’m much more fluid than when I first started and I can go much faster on most of the moves than before. I’m actually very impressed. I have some games this weekend so I’ll see if I notice any changes in my dribbling during live in game scenarios. (Update) the first game was awful, it was cold as fuck and everyone on my team played like crap including me 😂 the second game I had a breakout performance. My coach said it was one of the best games he’s seen me play in a long time, and during practice this week I was much more confident with the ball at my feet and I didn’t lose possession very much except for a couple of cases where I got doubled or made a bad pass. Even one of my teammates said that I’ve made a lot of improvements over the last couple of weeks, so I guess it’s paying off! I’ll continue on with this and update when I notice any results or improvements. Update (2/14/22) I’ve been able to dribble straight through two or even three people at a time with much more ease and control than before. Even though I’ve completed this workout 13 days / 21 days, I still can see improvements. I’m gonna try to be more consistent than I was 3 weeks ago. I’ll be back soon! 2/24/22 update - yesterday during practice I felt like an absolute demigod. I never lost the ball while dribbling except for two, maybe three times, and I was pulling off moves wayyyy faster and more efficiently and I felt like the ball was glued to my foot whenever I’d dribble, my control was THAT good. I played it cool during practice but on the inside I was freaking tf out. DEFINITELY going to keep up with this cuz of how well it’s worked out for me. 2/27/22 update - I wanted to see if I consistently could play like how I said I did in my last update, and I did. I had two games this weekend. One was a futsal game in which I beat two guys on the dribble and drilled the ball in the back of the net, and today I played pickup Soccer outdoor for a few hours and made several nice plays where I beat guys 1 on 1, managed to scramble out of situations w multiple people trying to get the ball off me and play it to an open teammate, and scored 4 goals as well. The only problem is that I’m a defender, and going at it on both ends of the field is exhausting 😂😅 but overall, at this point, my ball control has VASTLY improved. This really does work if you put in the time. 3/28/22 update: had a game two days ago in Columbus and scored a goal to win 1-0 after I dribbled past two defenders and buried it in the back of the net. Admittedly I’ve slowed down on doing these since I have track AND soccer going on right now, but I still do it when I can 5/16/22 update: definitely fell off from doing this since I’m doing two sports at once, but both of my seasons are almost over so after summer gets here I’ll be able to make up for a lot of missed time. Still, even tho I haven’t been doing these much lately, I went to a pickup game yesterday and I still got it in my muscle memory, as I scored 4 goals. Also I’ve committed to Washington and Jefferson college 🥳 and yes I will be playing soccer there, so I’ll be putting in a lot of work this summer with the footwork training for sure! 6/14/22 update: just hit Day 40 and tbh I can’t really tell how much I’m improving cuz my season is slowing down so I’m getting less games in. There are some pickup games that I can go to but I gotta figure out the schedule for those but once I do I’ll let you guys know how I’m doing! 6/23/22 update: unfortunately I’m noticing a plateau in my improvements on the field and I think that’s because I’ve done this routine so many times, so with that being said, I will be switching to a new ball mastery video so that I can learn new things and continue to improve. Thank you everyone who supported me and good luck to those just trying this out!
For the people who are reading this comment, trust me, this guy makes it look easy. It is pretty challenging. I'm going to do this everyday and add some more.

Thanks for the video. I was stuck until I did the exercises as dance moves (1,2,3 - 1,2,3...1,2.-1,2) , I did them first with an imaginary ball and then with the real one. Despite the clumsiness, I am confident that I will be able to master them, if I keep practicing.
I thought they would be easy. I thought football would be easy. Aaaand I realised I sucked at it. But I'm gonna try. A LOT. This got me fired up like hell. To all the people who think it's hopeless, let's give it a shot. WE CAN DO THIS!

Dalbaip
Kayleen Bonete I’ve been into football for a really long time i even used to play but i stoped a long time ago now I’m getting back to it & It’s lowkey harder now that im older But Good luck!! Girl!! :)
Dribbling sessions can be a great way to develop touch as you can gain so many touched on the ball with different surfaces of the foot
Great workouts especially during these days.👏👏👏
Really appreciate your work bruhh... 💪
Thanks before i was the worst soccer player in the whole grade now I'm the best because i appreciate it
Wish I had the money to get MAESTRO 2.0😫😖,but oh well back to doing day one for 7 days. Doing these In the bedroom every day makes it so challenging but who doesn't love a challenge😎😆
Loved it, Michael. Thanks so much for this buddy. Love and happiness to you ❤️
Thanks for the video. I was stuck until I did the exercises as dance moves (1,2,3 - 1,2,3...1,2.-1,2) , I did them first with an imaginary ball and then with the real one. Despite the clumsiness, I am confident that I will be able to master them, if I keep practicing.
Not as easy as they look for a beginner. Thanks a lot .
Please make another training program. I would love shooting/finishing training program from you because your shooting is the best
Thanks for the drills!
Thanks Michael improving every week
You are the best my friend
Thanks bro. Just forwarded this video workout to kids I coach.
I love the activities. The Final Fantasy music is a little too hypnotizing for me. 😊
I thought they would be easy. I thought football would be easy. Aaaand I realised I sucked at it. But I'm gonna try. A LOT. This got me fired up like hell. To all the people who think it's hopeless, let's give it a shot. WE CAN DO THIS!
Yes that's the spirit!
Tried the drills today, but I they are hard really, this guy makes them look easy
Day 2: I look like a 5 year old doing this 😂😂😂
Next ballon dor 💪
Love the drills man. Thank you so much!👍
The moment I saw the new episode of your awesome podcast go out, I listened to it! Thank you so much for the videos and podcasts, they are really helping me a lot!☺👍👊

Will be doing this for the whole month and weekly reports
Day 1 so far seems challenging 😂 no where near as fast and losing the ball a bit. Am shit .
Cool workout⚽️⚽️
Thank you so much for your great video and it really helps me.
why you are so underrated?........Love you from Pakistan
Nice for this covid-19 . Great video.👍🏼
Day 1: I found it really hard to do all of the drills even though I was considered the most skillful player in my school.
Day 2: I found that I was getting more fluent in doing these and they were getting easier but they were still a bit hard.
Thanks so much Michael! your vids have helped me get really motivated to practice at home and now thanks to you i practice more individually than i ever had before:) Your content is unlike any other soccer youtubers and i love how you put so much time and energy into helping others. Is is better to focus on 1 thing like ball mastery for that day's training session and then focus on something totally new the next day, or is it better to put a little bit of everything into each days session
