    The placement of the foot is actually very important and if you dont position your foot in a good position while sprinting, you might get injured

    When I got to the Isometrics part, I got so confused. THEY WERE THE EXACT PUNISHMENTS MY PARENTS GAVE ME WHEN I WAS YOUNG (5-11 years of age) and I can guarantee you this, I was always the fastest on the pitch!

    I can run 22.3 mph and the thing holding me back is mostly just strength at this point, I’m not saying that I run perfectly but I currently don’t think I want to change anything, will power is also a factor in game you gotta tell yourself that you are that fast

    I always thought i was as fast as bale. I did the 100m test and i got 11.32 seconds which is about 33 kmh i think. Bale has 36.9kmh. I tried again after training pogo jumps and sprinting and techniques for correct form. I got 9.89 seconds which is about 36.2kmh! Thank you

    I'm 11 years old and I was the fastest on my team but after a match that was gonna get me in the finals that match is when I got subbed in then I started feeling pain on my right shin and it was a shin splint so now I can run as fast as I used to

      Don't do hill sprints, just go to a football field and run(there are a few videos about it on yt), and yes do plyometrics it will make you faster and explosive which will help you change direction faster

    I dont have grass or any type of rough place to sprint, I usually run with slippers on small pebbles and rocks that are uneven so is good or alright if i run barefoot on it but ive tried it pains alot for 4 or more days, should i continue or not because i dont have a pitch, Thanks

    Hi can you help me i am stuck at no where . Here is my problem i wanna go pro i have potential everyone tells me . But i am scared of getting hurt my confidence shake a lot while making decisions in game or doing skills that i can easily do .i need to get the confidence but dont know how .     Speed wise I’d say I’m a 7 or 8 out of 10
    I think that’s partially because I’ve been the fastest on almost every team I e played on for a few years now, which doesn’t give me any real competition to get faster against, there also aren’t only one or two kids in the rest of my league that can keep up with or even beat me in a battle of speed
