I always thought i was as fast as bale. I did the 100m test and i got 11.32 seconds which is about 33 kmh i think. Bale has 36.9kmh. I tried again after training pogo jumps and sprinting and techniques for correct form. I got 9.89 seconds which is about 36.2kmh! Thank you

Don't do hill sprints, just go to a football field and run(there are a few videos about it on yt), and yes do plyometrics it will make you faster and explosive which will help you change direction faster
