    It's literally working!! i do shoulder exercise 3 times every week and my shoulder posture looks more great than before

    💚 1 день: сделала один раз, чувствую расслабление
    💚 2 день: сделала утром и вечером, после работы прям ништяковые ощущения
    💚 3 день: сделала утром, отеки проходят быстрее
    💚 4 день: было немного тяжело делать, но я начала замечать изменения в зоне трапециевидных мышц
    💚 5 день: легко сделала
    💚 6 день: сделала. кстати!! вчера выпила баночку пива и два коктейля, на утро почти не было отёков, хотя раньше просыпалась как рыба-капля
    💚 7 день: сделала
    плечи стали более мягче, но мне кажется, что этот комплекс больше на утро, когда хочешь сделать хоть что-нибудь, но особо нет времени, вечером лучше добавить что-то более долгое

    Doing this for one week to see the result!! ( WITHOUT ANY DIET!)
    Day 1: it feels really good!
    Day 2: i did it easily but i sweat alot
    Day 3: DID!
    Day 4: it went great!
    Day 5: i was really nice
    Day 6: good!
    Day 7: i can se the results@
    STARTING ANOTHER WEEK FOR MORE!
    Day 1: A LITTLE DIFFICULTIES BUT GOOD
    Day 2: STARTED BUT DIDN'T DID IT ALL THE WAY!

    Day 1:I was really hungry but I finished and ate something overall it was easy the hunger got to me!(please remind me if you can I am very forgetful

    2年くらい首肩背中の凝りで悩んでいましたが、このトレーニングをした直後に鎖骨から肩にかけて真っ直ぐになっていてびっくりしましたし、翌朝は僧帽筋の盛り上がりも減っていて、肩が直角に近づいていて更に驚きました!健康のために続けて行きます!

    自分はめちゃくちゃ猫背で、最近結構肩こりが酷いし、首も痛かったのでこれやってみたら、すごい効果ありました!!
    一回やっただけで、次の日筋肉痛になっていて驚きました笑笑
    これからも続けていきたいです👍

    llevo dos dias haciendo el ejercicio, es muy relajante y les estare actualizando mis resultados.
    Día 3: se nota mucho que esa parte de mi cuerpo a mejorado, me gusta porque si haces bien el ejercicio y con frecuencia los resultados son rápidos, yo lo hago todas las mañanas.

    day 10: ✅ i can see my shoulders lift a bit. not too much difference tho
    day 11: ✅
    day 12: ❎ could only do four exercises
    day 13: ✅ extended every exercise by 10 secs
    day 14: ✅ did each exercise for 40 secs and will try to continue doing so
    day 15: ✅
    day 16: ✅
    day 17: ✅
    day 18: ✅
    day 19: ✅
    day 20: ✅ my shoulders are not yet 90° as per shown in the video but they have lifted a bit more. it doesn't fix your posture if you're wondering. after doing the steps, you will feel good and if you're consistent for weeks, you'll yourself feel like sitting in good posture which is a perk of this exercise. ill continue doing this exercise and see if i can rly get 90° shoulder through this!

      @@ssseronsie no. it's been 10+ days since I haven't done this excercise. if I were to be honest, it didn't give me any change. initially I had thought that there are actually changes but I might have been wrong then. bcs there's no change now.

    It's simple but really effective ❤ i feel good after stretch and my back and shoulder is be relax and straighter, slimmer for sure ( about early a month for the result) highly recommend this excercise and another clip form hinafit❤❤❤

    Starting from August 13,2024
    Day 1 :was struggling a bit while doing it but after completing it I'm feeling good🎉
    Day 2 : quite smellier with day 1 but its getting kinda easier
    Day 3 : tbh idk why I'm feeling so proud.. But maybe i'm getting more flexible with it

    I'll try this for one or two weeks^^ :
    Day 1 ✔️: My arms hurts so bad 😭
    Day 2 ❌: I was too busy
    Day 3 ✔️ : It hurts 😢
    Day 4 ✔️ : It hurts less, I would say it's even a little relaxing :)
    Day 5 ✔️ : Idk if It's because I'm tired and it's 3AM but it hurts 😭
    Day 6 ✔️ : It hurts a little
    Day 7 ✔️ : I feel relaxed for sleeping
    Day 8 ✔️ : Like Yesterday
    ⚠️It's been a long time since I did this so I'm starting again 🤧⚠️

    Day 1 : doing this shoulder workout every two days cuz im doing other work outs
    Day 2 : done it dosent hurt at all not even a single pain in my body and thats a good sign love you
    Day 3: im so tired and i need to sleep but i did it no matter so wish me luck

    Eu sou o comentário brasileiro que você procura! Bom, no meu 1° dia nao deu muita diferença, mas eu fiquei um pouco mais relaxada. No meu 2° dia comecou a dar mais efeito, eu fiquei relaxada claramente e esta ficando um pouco mais marcado.

    Day 1: felt relaxing
    Day 2 : my arms were paining a bit
    Day 3 : i skipped the day lmao
    Day 4 : i am still doing it
    Day 5 : my collarbones are bit visible

    For the body defining.... Height: 154cm... Weight:41kg
    I am not fat but my shoulders are always sore and they look round
    I'll do 1 set daily
    Day one: felt alot of burn and they hurt alot

    doing this for a month or at least two weeks!
    day 1- easy i did this before my workout , (i also saw results on the first day really small but my collarbone is showing a little bit more.
