Nice fix!
These TU models constantly have panel failures. I don't think I have seen one walk into our shop that wasn't a panel failure.

Great video! I noticed that the left side of my screen's colors are dull now. Am I covering too many pins with tape or is that ust the way it looks after the fix?

mine has that problem . i found the right pins and i thought that i fixed it .but when i turned tv off for a few hours the problem just got back
