I love the loving "uncle" look Vedder has in his eyes when he looks at Ms. Cornell. Also the way she listens and takes in what he says. And her laugh is so sweet :) I wish both of them the best.
OMG, I was just saying that to a friend of mine, the pure joy exuding form Eddie at what a beautiful intelligent woman that Toni has grown into is so written all over his face. I'm totally guessing here, but I think with Chris being so close to both Toni and Lilly, and them being so much like Chris is certain ways, and facial expressions, it makes Eddie feel like he's talking with his good friend again, when he gets to chat with either of the girls.
I met him once in St. Louis at the amphitheater, that all cities have, was still on the job in EMS back then and worked secondary job doing EMS at the concerts, good money and you kind of get to see a free concert. I think it was LalaPalooza, one of the guys that worked there and hung out a bunch in the EMS office cause we had AC, was a promoter and knew I loved Pearl Jam, He goes, Hey, there's Eddie! I'm like, shut up, he goes, right there moron, and there he was, not back stage, or in VIP, just walking around the crowd, out by the concession area, hardly anybody stopped him either, because I don't they really thought he'd be just walking around. He did have his classic brownish green denim jacket on that he always wore with the cargo shorts and black boots. I'd like to say that I had a wonderful chat with him about world views and philosophies, hell, I'd like to tell you I shook his hand and said big fan even. Instead, a grown ass man, literally being paid at that second to help injured people and possibly save a life, almost fainted like a teen girl at a Beatles concert back in the day. So instead of fainting, I just froze. The promoter guy goes, I knew he was a fan, but damn, be careful this guy might stalk ya. Eddie was so nice, he's like, gotta run, thanks for having or back at these concerts, it's nice to know you guys are around. That was 25yrs or ago, and I still kick myself...lol. He is definitely a down to earth man of the people type guy. Sorry, I rambled, hadn't thought of that in years, and just popped in my head reading the comments, I figured what better place to share an Eddie story than among the fans that love him. ✌️❤️️

Maybe the largest family of music with so many bands close as brothers, as everyone else outside was competing for the top spot, these bands were just happy playing music..
She is grown up now as beautiful as her mother is still to this day ,she resembles Chris nice smile voice of Chris probably , I hope to hear follow a singing career maybe
I think he's still cute. Such an interesting face! He probably looks like a truck driver because many of his life long friends and contemporaries from the area probably are truck drivers. Eddie Vedder is such a humble man. That is so refreshing to me!
I'm so happy that, if she can't have her father here, she still has her Uncle Eddie. Shame her siblings seem cut off from the people who cared about their father most.
I saw Chris Cornell five times the first time was in 1999 on the Euphoria morning tour . Then I saw him three times with Audioslave . The last time I saw him was with Soundgarden at the Fillmore in Detroit the second to the last time they played there, I think it might have been 2014 I would have to look at my ticket stub. But Chris Cornell was absolutely a brilliant songwriter and guitar player most people don't give him credit for as good as guitar player as he was. His voice is so awesome.. Euphoria morning was definitely a personal type show with so much soul. Layne Staley was another vocal God absolutely brilliant... Chris and Layne are in my top five vocals of all time.. I seen Pearl Jam once in 1998 I think it was with Cheap Trick warming up for them. They put on an awesome show . I still have a sound garden buisness card from the late eighties that has Susan Silver's phone number on it. I cannot believe how much Lily looks like Chris that is totally awesome . I saw the Who in 1979 with Blackfoot warming them up and the last concert I went to was the Who in 2019 in Grand Rapids at the Van Andel Arena
first concert i ever attended was Soundgarden in Sacramento. it was such a powerful experience. Chris & Eddie did more than speak to my heart. in dark or vulnerable times, they spoke FOR my heart.
Lily looks just like young Chris.

Great book you are quoting
Lily you're going to be an awesome therapist if that's what you choose to do! Your Dad is so proud! I've lost several very close family members. I admit your strength and courage. Loved your Dad's music. You're a lovely young lady.
Lily ~ Is is so wonderful to see you and your beautiful smile! I love both of you so much!!! Thank you for these videos. Keep em coming. XO
Ed gives the longest answers to the shortest questions... : )
Wow, great conversation!!
Don't React, Respond! Which is now a titled song on PJ DM album
Maybe the largest family of music with so many bands close as brothers, as everyone else outside was competing for the top spot, these bands were just happy playing music..
Eddie Vedder. A beautiful soul.
Lily has the same beautiful smile as her father , and you can tell she has his beautiful spirit as well.
"Don't feel sorry, don't react, respond." - Eddie Vedder
Great line ay 👍🏻wisdom and knowledge from records , ain't that the truth 🔔☀️
RIP Kurt, Layne, Scott and Chris. Live and make music Eddie.
She is grown up now as beautiful as her mother is still to this day ,she resembles Chris nice smile voice of Chris probably , I hope to hear follow a singing career maybe
Omfg Eddie Veder looks like a damn truck driver!!! Lol still luv him but damn dude!!
I think he's still cute. Such an interesting face!
He probably looks like a truck driver because many of his life long friends and contemporaries from the area probably are truck drivers. Eddie Vedder is such a humble man. That is so refreshing to me!
Hottest, most intellectual Truck driver I have ever seen ❤️❤️❤️
What a wonderful women with such a great attitude, just like her Father. Gene is a real thing.
Very cool inter view.
She seems like a gem of a young lady, and this was a lovely interview mixing the intimate and universal.
Damn she's hot
PJs Jams got me through in my younger datys. Fuel !!!!!!!! To get through my crap home life
I'm so happy that, if she can't have her father here, she still has her Uncle Eddie.
Very moving and thoughtful conversation. Life ebbs and flows.... beautifully designed. Eddie and Lilly.... God bless your beautiful journey!!!
It would be great if you could put subtitles on the video, theres a lot of people like me trying to figure it out hardly 😹
What good, fine people. I love the end: "Can you please imagine!" Thank you both.
"Don't react. Respond."
wouterdep A gem right 👍🏻✨
Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved!
Great insightful interview , thanks for doing this.
This is so great. Inspiring for me at a very rough time in my life right now. Thanks Lily & Eddie❤️
Excellent content. Eddie is a good man. Great interview and awesome words of wisdom he imparted.
first concert i ever attended was Soundgarden in Sacramento. it was such a powerful experience. Chris & Eddie did more than speak to my heart. in dark or vulnerable times, they spoke FOR my heart.
