Hello Phúc Mập

Why I sold my Sony and switched to Canon AGAIN!
Armando out here mentioning sony every time he tries to praise canon wether it's his twitter or his youtube channel 😂😂
Choosing C70 over the Sony A7SIII
You are a canon guy 😁
I upgraded from a 5D Mark III, and it’s incredible. Animal eye autofocus is incredible. Coupled with stabilization and dynamic range, this photo camera rocks. 12FPS mechanical with continuous eye autofocus makes this thing a BEAST.
"Stairway to Heaven" Pops up in the timeline of my life at incredible points. Love watching all your videos. Great team.
Gene: "20MP is enough in most cases".
Sponsoring by storage manufacturers: cancelled
Gene: I love the Canon colors so much
Also Gene: *completely changes the colors in almost every raw edit*
😅😅😅
I mean why wouldn't you?
We love you Potato 😍😄❤️
hands down the best camera I've ever used, perfect tool for a wedding photographer and the cost is so good comparing to the r5. I was very skeptical at first, but decided to give it a try and it didn't disappointed me, the only con I've found is that mirrorless will never be as fast for a wedding photojournalism as a dslr is, when I'm in a tight place like after the ceremony when I'm close to everyone and guests are hugging bride and groom and I need to turn quickly and capture different moments, 5dm4 is still faster, that is the only thing that is slow for me when it comes to AF, other than that it's the best camera for me.
Jeff Buckley's haunting rendition of Hallelujah is deeply emotional for me, and is by far my favourite song of all time, and always will be. It is incredible.
“Hello, this is social security service”
Gene: hi what’s wrong
*scammer hangs up*
Lmao 🤣
I had the exact same thing a while back, except it was "Microsoft Support".
It basically went:
Guy with extremely heavy foreign accent: "Hello, dis izz Microzosft Zupport, yu hafe be hacked by suspizius activity"
Me: *Feigning ignorance, putting on the melodrama hoping to screw with the guy* "OH NO! GOODNESS ME! WHAT CAN I DO?!"
Him: "Mhm... yes... yes..." *Hangs up*
Me: "Awww come on!"
Seeing those sunset photos you took in my home state (Iowa) has thinking I may be taking it for granted. 👏🏻
Bought an R6 a couple of months ago. Upgraded from my Rebel T3 to R6 as I’m almost exclusively still photography. Phenomenal still camera, you need to get up to Minnesota’s North Store in late September.
My favorite song:
Married Life - Michael Giacchino
(a.k.a The theme song of Up)
Fav song: "Africa" by Toto! Can't go wrong with that...
I should have picked this one! Such a good jam!
Those photos are definitely very impressive, I love the colors you were able to get in post by editing the raw images! My favorite song is probably PTSD by G Herbo!
I like that in the shot of the stranger, the last pic, the leaves kinda make the shape of a heart.
Fav. song: "Leaving on a (potato) jet plane".
Sam: “Gene you dropped something ..”
Gene: 😀 ...
Sam: “My JAW thats Amazing!”
That line just made my day 😂😂😂😂
This is really good. We would love to see more photography vlogs in future.. Love your videos.🥰

everytime I clicked potato video because I saw some awsome gear review from the title, but end end enjoy his talking style, scene, some fun stuffs and everything else except the gear, hahaha, I didn't even remember he was reviewing gears at the end of the video, I mean who cares about the gear anyways when watching him talking is way more fun.
We had a ‘real’ epic sky while we were at the Delicate Arch - Amazing
Happy Birthday...It's a stone cold classic.
Great camera for content creators that don't need 4k all the time. Upscale does the trick.
Favorite song right now is "Sad Machine" by Porter Robinson. Mostly because I miss the days where we could be in a huge crowd at a festival and this song always brings it back for me.

Fave song:
Make it with you.
by ben&ben
Favorite Song: “Round and Round” RATT
Epic 80’s pedal tone guitar riffage, sweet solo, cheesy lyrics. YES. I think I was like 5 when that song came out, but later in life I fell in love with hair metal, and I listen to that song at least once a week.
Favorite song: Mr. Bojangles by Sammy Davis Jr. It‘s an old classic but so stylish and moving! Fantastic to listen to in the evening with a wine or whiskey
Dope video!! I’m leaning more towards the R6 after this video.

Hey. I enjoyed today's video. I am a photographer based in New Jersey. I have been using the Canon Rebel t6 since 2018. I would love to be able to upgrade to the Canon r6. Also my favorite song is Don't Be Scared by Omargoshtv. I appreciate all that you do for us. Thanks for the content. Much love from New Jersey. ♥️
Favorite song: Hotel California.
I always played that song whenever I'm driving down in California. Hope to be back soon.
My favourite song: Savage Garden - to the moon and back, you can listen to it any time, such a relaxing song.
The Norwegian band Kaizers Orchestra has some great songs and without a doubt the best one is Hjerteknuser (even if you don't understand Norwegian it's great). "Hjerteknuser" in English means Heart Breaker. However that's not enough to make it my favourite, no matter how good they are. My favourite is an acoustic cover of Hjerteknuser and I'd like to explain what makes it so special.
On July 22nd, 2011 played this song at a summer camp on Utøya, dedicating the song to her boyfriend. A few hours later that day a terror attack took place in Oslo as well as on Utøya. A carbomb right outside the prime minister's office and then the terrorist traveled out to the island armedwith a rifle, shooting at teenagers trapped by the fjord for 72 minutes. She survived, but her boyfriend did not.
One year later there was a memorial on the island. Mostly speeches, but also one performance. Just like she did the year before, the girl performed Hjerteknuser, once more dedicating it to her boyfriend that died on the very same place a year earlier.
The song itself is about longing, waiting and loss whilst the melody is kindof romantic and melancholic, but they're a rock band so it's also quite upbeat. However when she played it, it was in the most vulnerable and beautiful way. Combined with the circumstances and her own story being related to the one told in the song, it all came together to an utterly heartbreaking experience. No song comes even close to how emotional it is, and I hope no song ever does
A little bit more about Utøya and the terror attack for those interested.
Utøya hasa long and rich history. The first time it ever had a political connection was in 1893 when the conservative politician Jens Bratlie bought it, he later became prime minister. In 1932 the Labour Union confederation bought it, and made it into a vscation colony for children and teens from working class homes. In the years to come it became a symbol of labour unions and socialism/social democracy. A frequent visitor in the second half of the 30s was Trotsky, who were hiding in exile in Norway. His most famous book was most likely written there.
During World War 2 most of Norway was nazified, including the labour unions and Utøya. Throughout the war it continued to operate as a vacation place for the working class, however now under nazi rule.
A few years after the nazis were chased out of the country, the island was reclaimed by the left and given as a gift to the youth wing of the Workers Party. In the next 60 years it became home to political activism, a place where politicians came to meet politically active teenagers and challenged by them, two other socialist parties started using it for summer camps and their activities, the climate movement moved in and the island became a symbol of the left.
-------------------------------------
Then 2011 came. July 22nd. The youth wing of the Workers Party has their summer camp at Utøya. Today a very special guest is visiting them, one of the most influential prime ministers in modern history and Norway's first female prime minister. Changes in the program made it so that her speech was pushed up, and she left the island before the news of a bomb in the Government Offices, her previous office, reached the camp.
A car blew up inbetween the four main office buildings of the government. The blast shattered all windows in about a four block radius. The terrorist's goal was to make the bomb so powerful that the buildings would collapse, but luckily that didn't happen. It was also in the middle of summer holidays, so most people weren't at work.
200 meters down the street is the offices of a radio station, and despite all windows in the building getting blown out, the journalists at work decided not to evacuate and instead tried to give a description of what they saw on the streets.
The terrorist's goals were to destroy the Workers Party, including both the current prime minister and as many future politicians as he could. He himself was operating alone and had convinced himself that a race war was about to break out and that he had tp try to stop immigration, he was essentially attempting an ethnic cleansing and saw leftwing politicians as the biggest threat to that. He was a nazi.
Unfortunately blowing up the government wasn't the only thing he had planned. Dressed as a cop and armed with a pistol and a semi-automatic rifle he drove out to Utøya. He convinced the ferryman to drive him over to the island, claiming the police sent him to protect the kids seing as how they're a part of the Worker's Party and are under attack.
Once over at the island he shoots and kills the ferryman. Then he kills the couple who works on the island all year around, maintaining the buildings. They have a child aged 11, and the terrorist decides not to kill him, despite the fact he killed his dad in front of him. For the next 72 minutes he walks around the island shooting anyone he sees. Some people were survived their injuries and played dead in order to survive, but he would go over to seemingly random dead bodies and shoot them even more for no apparent reason. A few tried to swim over to mainland but would get shot in the water and drown.
563 people were on the island and it takes about five minutes to walk across. I myself have been a nightguard at summer camps there, and it takes about a half hour to search the entire island thuroughly. They had to hide for more than an hour, more than 1 in 10 were killed.
Just for a minute, try to imagine the situation. You're 17 years old, average age for the participants. For more than an hour you're stuck ona small island with the man you saw murder several of the people you met the last week. There is no escape, only hiding until it's over.
The brutality of this terror attack is beyond horrific, it's unbelievable. He targeted children and teens specifically.
My sister is one of the survivors, but lost many friends. My mom also knew one of the eight people killed by the bomb. To put into perspective how this affected the country, the percentage of how many of the Norwegian population was killed that day is almost twice is high as that of the US population killed in 9/11. The entire country has some personal connection to the victims or the survivors.
Today the island has been reclaimed from the nazis once again and is still being used as a meeting place for politically active teens and an even stronger symbol of solidarity and socialism/social democracy than before. It truly is one of the most important places in Norway
Favourite song: Steve Jablonsky - Tessa
Yeah, I'm into calm stuff sometimes.
But it's fantastic!
Thanks for sharing!
Many Canon users have a similar behavioral pattern.
1. Read spec sheet, tunnel-vision for video stuff, get disappointed.
2. Use it once, let the spec-sheet disappointment take away their enjoyment.
3. Use it a bit more, start to like it.
4. A couple of years later, call it the most underrated camera ever.
Fav song: December 2 Chapter VII - Taken By Cars
keep coming up with thoughtful videos Gene
My favorite song is: heat waves, by glass animals! Btw, I love your detailed videos man!

Favorite song lately, “Besame” by Play-n-skillz, Daddy Yankee, Zion.
Great video! Still waiting for my R5. Can’t wait to take some photos!
Kinda fun that so many people just complain about how the new cameras aren't how they should be and all while I am still sitting here with my Sony A6000 lol. Anyways, Great and entertaining review as always, keep it up!
Honestly, I don't really have an all-time favorite song but my current favorite is probably "Legends Never Die" by Against the Current & League of Legends
I’m probably late, but fav song is:

I see you finally made it to San Pedro. Check out warehouse 1 next time you're in the area. It's a great location to film, I think you'll enjoy it.
