If you didn't pre-order it before they released it, then it's too late. Now the dual-motor version costs 100k and when they released it was at least 80k. 80 also not so good but 100k just insane.

At least where I live the tax credit only applies to electric vehicles that are 80k or less. So the founders wouldn't apply to this credit.
$80K is just too much for many ppl. The RWD will be the largest seller. It will take longer but absolutely. Savvy buyers like myself can then justify in comparison. Come know RWD
no they can ramp to model Y numbers and more actually. limit probably batteries, till they get the next battery line up n running, bottle neck be a couple of black dudes how man handle the panels from point A to point B but that is up for change they just run out of money for that part of the project.

Not interested AT ALL. Nicely engineered and all but I have no need for a vehicle like that. It’s funny because I’m looking at the 2025 Model S Plaid and even though I don’t need a car that does 0-60 in 2 seconds I love everything else about it and I can’t say the same for the CT.
The beast speeds at 2.6 seconds and can haul a load home from Home Depot.
