Christmas Morning French Toast Casserole
Christmas morning breakfast recipes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 sourdough bread loaf (cubed, sitout)
- 1 cup of eggnog
- 6 eggs
- Stick of butter
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Cinnamon
- Top with powder sugar + maple syrup
Grease a 9x13 dish. Cube sourdough and place in dish. Combine eggs, eggnog, butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Pour over sourdough, cover with tinfoil and refrigerate over night. The next morning bake at 350F for 30 minutes covered and 15 minute uncovered. Top with powdered sugar and maple syrup. Enjoy!
