It amazes me that cooks on youtube don't use an egg cup to be sure that each egg is not rotten before putting it straight into the bowl It just takes ONCE !!!
I've been cooking and baking for over 25 years and never once have I encountered a rotten egg. Once I do, I'll start adding that extra step and extra bowl.
