I wanna take a moment to appreciate Becky for her very consistent output of content. The woman gives us 30-60 minute videos every other day, and what she does in those videos is a lot of work by itself. It's very impressive and I wish you all that energy for as long as possible! I'm making Christmas cookie box for my friends this year and it was partly inspired by you. You bring a lot of good to this world, Becky :)
Agree. It is intentional and fresh. She gives us value for our views and likes.. not like some channels that give lazy content, when they pick up the camera and video what's happening that day....very good Becky
She’s awesome. Hard to find anything wrong with her and her cooking. That’s the difference between a “real legist” cook and one of those who throw stuff together randomly and they hope for the best. You can just tell that they are simply there to make a few bucks on their video. Becky loves what she does and she’s amazing at it. This girl’s the real thing…good job Becky and she’s always cooking for others. She’s a real blessing to her friends and family…
Dearest Becky, For 2025 can you experiment with a low carb higher protein series please. Your recipes are amazing. I know you would find some terrific low card, gluten free yummies. We love you, Texas Granny
I’ve been rewatching a bunch of your videos over the past few weeks. Truly feels like spending time with a friend, and I thank you for the comfort and calmness you provide!
I went back to the very beginning and started listening to you as I worked around the home. You are motivating and inspirational. Thank you for keeping it real just like you said, and you’re very first video introducing your channel.
In the last six weeks, my mom almost passed away, something terrible happened to someone I know and another friend of mine is being forced into hospice because the medical treatment she needs is so expensive that the hospital refuses to let her eat and now are not doing the treatments that she needs. I have been dissociated for a lot of the last six weeks & easy to tears. My mom is alive for another Christmas and hopefully more than this one. My friend who something terrible has happened still here with us. And my other friend; won't be here next Christmas. Becky's videos are so full of kindness and empathy and nurturing that they have been a balm for my soul. If we all could carry the kindness and love the Becky put into these videos and into her friends and family; the world could be whole.
I’m having such a good time watching you make all these different but similar casseroles! I love your low key attitude! I laughed out loud several times and you melted my heart when you mentioned that you’re dropping several of the final products off to your family members along with paper products to make it EASY! Look forward to viewing more of your forays into cooking.
Since I’m working Christmas Eve and often Boxing Day, too, I’ve started a new Christmas tradition. We have brunch on Christmas Day, for which I serve bacon & eggs, store bought mini pastries, plenty of fresh fruit (it’s summer here, so the choice is amazing), jams and yoghurt and a jug of some juice based cocktail. Doesn’t sound exciting, but it makes for a colourful spread and keeps us happy until dinner. Oh, and most importantly, it’s pretty low-stress, giving us more time to enjoy Christmas.
Retailer? I worked this kind of Christmas before retirement. The worst thing was falling asleep in the chair Christmas Eve evening, waking up and finding the rest of the family had gone out to a party and left me behind!! “You looked so tired we didn’t like to wake you”. 🤬. Christmas cooking took a big step back from earlier days. Same as you brunch then Steak and salads in the evening.
@ Ahh, yes, retail - the true killer of Christmas spirit. Luckily for me nobody here goes partying on Christmas Eve, but how “thoughtful” of your family to let you sleep. 😁
Becky, thank you for leaving the spinach on your forehead part in! I am about 40 or more years older than you, but I aspire to accomplish in the kitchen what you do BUT! I sometimes am like Lucille Ball . The other day i was making chicken salad for a large group, so not having the proper equipment I decided to beat my chicken into shred. Even covering the mixer with a cover chicken shot out everywhere! My dog was like he was at a carnival with the shooting range. It was hilarious! I thank you for being real!!!
I am laying in bed with a migraine...I love the sound of your voice. I lose my vision with migraines so I listen to you with the volume turned down. You explain everything so well. I can envision everything you do and with your calming voice it makes the hours I have to lay here so much more endurable, if that's a word...thank you so much❤❤❤
@ thank you so much for caring enough to comment. I heard about this several months ago and tried it. It didn’t help my migraines, but the years of having nerve pain shooting up my legs is gone! Many blessings to you and have a very special holiday season!
Maybe your insurance can pay her for the therapeutic sessions she provides! Teehee😂 hope that didn't offend! Not my intention.. I know migraines can be so horrible!
We have this on Christmas morning. Fried eggs, toast , potatoes, bacon, sausage and pork roll, pancakes and warm croissants , oj and coffee. We used to have breakfast casserole when my mom was the cook. Don’t know what we will have this year as I fractured my spine 3 weeks ago and still not able to get around very well yet. Won’t be baking the holiday cookies this year either. So sad about that. I usually make big trays and give them to family and friends. But thank god I’m getting a little better each day 🙏
I just discovered you a few weeks ago, and you're a breath of fresh air in a sea of RUclips snark. Thanks for being you- friendly and professional, genuine and kind. Merry Christmas, Becky and family!
How to tell I really enjoy your channel…I’ve watched all 35 minutes of egg casseroles when I’m actually allergic to eggs. You are just a joy to watch. Plus I’ve made a few things you’ve shared and we love them.
I was given 20 packages of hot dog rolls from someone who worked a corporate employyee picnic BBQ that were leftover. My family and I laughed when i was filling every spare inch of space in my freezers with them. Ive been using them for sweet and savory breakfast casseroles throughout the last few months!!
Christmas Morning: Bowl of clementines; Fresh Fruit Salad; Cheese board; Boiled eggs; Toasted Bagels, Cream Cheese with chopped chives; Smoked Salmon, various breads; Jam. To drink: water (flavouring avail, such as lemon slices); Coffee and tea. And my fave 'cocktail': mix cranberry juice (sugar free) with orange juice and pour into a glass (to half full) then top with sugar free gingerale or ginger beer. For those with a sweet tooth - I always have a tier platter with cookies, fruit cake, mince meat tarts.
As an Austrian, we celebrate Christmas Eve/holy night. We eat a great cream soup, normally chestnut oder celeriac, and then salmon and beef tartar and great bread and champagne/bubble. In the morning we have a simple coffee and then start cooking for the usual huge family lunch an Christmas Day, so we have a roast or Ragout or some meat with great sides like potatoes and greens and salad, and of course a soup before. There is no such thing as a casserole over here for breakfasts, but i will try one of these for a next brunch.
You inspired me to start canning again like I used to do with my dad when he was alive. Then I bought the electric pressure canner you use. I never would have done that and hubby says its already paid for itself! I can so much, I give away jams, jellies, salsas, your cranberry sauce and corn relish to all by pool buddies and sisters. We have a heated community pool and enjoy year round exercising. The ones that have gardens give us all the abundance of summer, and others of us supply canned and baked goods. One never knows what they will receive if they go to the pool, even in December. Last week, I got a fantastic ripe cantalope from a farmer. Retired life in south Texas is good. Thanks for all of you inspiration. Everyone appreciates your hard work.
I live in Poland, our main celebration is on Christmas Eve- it is the big feast we havein the evening. It consists of lots of starters like different salads (cooked vegetables and eggs), fish (herring, cod and carp) followed by beetroot soup and off course pierogi. So for the Christmas Day breakfast we have all the yummy leftovers from the night before. My family’s favorite are fried pierogi!!! (The night before we eat boiled ones and the morning after we reheat them by frying them- soooo good!)
Yea! Pierogi! Yummmy. My favorite is how my grandmother made them with potatoes and cream cheese filling (the cream cheese gave the potatoes a slight tang) and she made onion-butter that she lightly fried them in after they were boiled briefly to cook the pastry. Pierogis are awesome this way and I make them this way too. I have never had beetroot soup but I really think it is a great healthy food, so I will look for a recipe and give it a go. 😊
As a young woman I was very like you.I still love to cook, entertain, garden and share recipes and ideas.Your home and garden are as amazing as you are.For me I am delighted to watch you create food with such organization and inherent knowledge of ingredients. Over the 77 years of my life many traditions have evolved but Christmas morning is usually a sweet bread,Stolen, Monkey bread,Cinnamon rolls and now I make English tea cake cooked in brioche pans ,glazed with icing sugar mixed with lemon and orange juice.Merry Christmas to you and your family.
I am a brand new subscriber!! You are absolutely wonderful! You speak slow enough so I can keep up and write down the recipe you are professional and I love the way you look right into the camera right at me. I love your presentation! You are relaxed explain things well and you are definitely a trained Chef! Thank you!
Those look amazing. We didn't have a fancy breakfast. Mom fixed bacon, eggs, grits, and toast. But she started the tradition of fresh squeezed orange juice. It was so good and it takes a lot of oranges to make enough even for a small family
At our house we have leftover rice pudding with cinnamon sugar and milk for breakfast! It’s the Norwegian dessert on Christmas Eve, so we always make extra for Christmas morning.
Croissants were my 2020 project. I made an attempt every week and it took 7 weeks before I was happy with the results. One tip I found helpful was to mix a couple of tablespoons of flour in with the butter. It makes it more flexible so it doesn’t shatter as you’re folding the dough. Bon chance!
My 1st time on your channel and I have to say…you are simply amazing!!!! You made making 5 casseroles so easy. And you’re up, showered, make up on, and house is clean. Now the casseroles…every one of them look sooooooo delicious!! Thank you so much. I don’t know how you pulled that off 😊
Hi Becky and Friends! I made 3 (Croissant French Toast, overnight breakfast and Renee's Christmas Casseroles) out of the 5 casseroles rhis year for Christmas. All 3 were a hit! I learned that communication in the kitchen is key. I look forward to making rhe other 2 for New Years breakfast! Thank you Becky for always pouring and inspiring me/us to try doing things I would normally not try to do. You make the hard look super easy! I pray you and your family had a Merry Christmas and wishing you all a blessed and Happy New Year!
Becky, you are truly inspiring. Thank you for all of your videos and inspiration you give to us. I made a 3 layer cake for a birthday today and said, it may not look like it came from a bakery, but it certainly was made with lots of ❤.
Our family is from Eastern Europe and we make Potica (poppyseed roll and nut rolls) for the major holidays. I will make them Christmas Eve night and that is what we will have Christmas morning. Although I will say, the French toast with the croissants looked really good too!!
We do tamales every Christmas ! I think you’d love making them too! Perfect freezer meal that lasts months, individually wrapped and you can fill them with so many different things!
Tamales don’t last on freezer for months, trust me, I’ve tried. They just ”evaporate in thin air in few days/weeks” 😂 They are so delicious! I had never even heard about them before I met my Tejano husband. I’m from Finland. I could eat tamales all day every day ❤
Hi Becky! For our family tradition on Christmas morning, we make overnight STICKY BUNS. It comes together so easily using frozen dinner rolls, pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter and traditional (not instant) dry butterscotch pudding mix, they rise overnight and in the morning they only take about 30 minutes to bake in a bundt pan. When golden you invert on to a platter and this amazing caramel sauce (the STICKY PART) is all over and they are TERRIFIC! Love your channel and NEVER MISS an upload!
@@les9058 Hi! You simply sprinkle the cook & serve dry pudding mix over the rolls dry, when it bakes with the butter & sugar melts, it turns into a beautiful & delicious caramel sauce. You really need to try it! ❤️
It is so good to see a young woman who knows her way around the kitchen. I taught my two daughters how to cook, which is rare in today’s world. I see so many young people who practically live off of fast food.
Becky, you are a well-oiled MACHINE, woman. So motivating and inspiring. I just love you and the content you bring to the world. May God Bless you now and always!! ❤❤❤ The Bowers Family
I want to be Becky when I grow up! You are such a breath of fresh air, thank YOU for being you and taking the time out of your life to share with us. ❤
These all sound delicious! My family always has a casserole for breakfast on Christmas morning (as well as cinnamon rolls!) The one I’ve made for years has the same custard (with mustard powder) plus the addition of a bit of nutmeg and some fresh thyme. I cube up some pre cooked ham, and cubed sourdough, I use all gruyere cheese and we also add caramelized onions. It is absolutely delicious and I highly suggest!
We in Aussie have ham and eggs for Xmas brecky with fruit, I am going to surprise with the French Toast Croissant Casserole this year! Thankyou so much for so many inspirational cooking ideas Becky, live your Chanel and bless you and your family!
I have tried so many of your recipes, as well as canning and sauces, etc. I just love everything you make! You are a joy to watch. And I love how your dogs are always in the background “watching” 😊
Here in Brazil, the “big” day is actually Christmas Eve, we exchange gift at midnight. Everyone is up until very very late, including the kids, the next day, people are eating things from the day before that is left, kids playing with their gifts, and the party starts again. 😅
You are very organized, efficient and personable! Great work in the kitchen! Happy that I discovered you! Can’t believe that you are wearing a sweater near that hot oven!
Hey Becky, just wanted to remind you that cooking the veggies in the sausage or bacon fat makes it no longer vegetarian, just something to keep in mind if serving others.
What a blessed life you have,a beautiful home, family close to you, gardening skills, and being able to afford to make all these lovely casseroles! After shopping for Christmas recipes yesterday I was reminded that I forgot to get foil wrap, which I ran out of a few days ago!
My favorite Becky videos are the ones where she creates beautiful and delicious recipes. Family is coming into town this year and I will definitely be trying one of these recipes. Thanks Becky!
Enjoy your time with your family! If you need another recipe, try Becky’s MIL’s chicken and rice casserole … it’s so delicious, that I’ve made it into our weekly supper rotation. Oh, and if you can, use the white wine, like Becky uses … It adds a depth of flavour to the dish.
Hello from Lacey WA. I've been cooking for 30-ish years for my family, worked in bakeries for 13 years, and I am still learning new things from your videos, love them! Thank you so much, your videos are appreciated.
We do ableskievers. A Scandinavian tradition on my mom's side. They're like little pancakes balls essentially, but there's a cavity in the middle that we fill with jelly, sausage and cheese or lemon and powdered sugar. Whatever ya like. They're not easy but worth the effort! So tasty!
The french toast casserole is amazing! I make it very regularly throughout the year! Plus,,,,, add dollops of cream cheese on top of the bread before you pour custard on top.... Incredible!!!!!
Growing up we never had any traditional morning food however when I had my own kids I made it a tradition to have cinnamon rolls. We’ve been doing it every year now for about 15 years.
We never did either but when I was a young teen we got new neighbors who really did it up for Christmas morning. Not to be outdone my mother started making our favorites. Irish bacon, Canadian bacon, ham, eggs, cheeses, rolls, etc. When I had a family I always made a big family breakfast. .
We always have Belgium waffles on Christmas morning. I also set up a bar with Dried Beef gravy (savory) and also variety of fruits, whipped cream and syrups so everyone can pick what they want.
They ALL look so delicious. I would make these in muffin pans for my family for portion control and easy eating. We play around with music and dancing holiday mornings when opening presents 😊
Becky! You are a force in the kitchen! Two things: In my family we have country ham and homemade biscuits for both Christmas and New Year's breakfast. Tradition goes back to days when my dad gave my sister and me a country ham from his smokehouse each year. When he found out, after years, that I usually shared some of the ham with friends, he stopped! Still I get the chance to tell the story of this tradition to my people, as I serve a platter of store-bought country ham and my melt-in-your-mouth biscuits.! Second, after watching your video in the middle of last night, I was inspired and put together an individual casserole with what I had in the fridge: free range eggs, medium cheddar, half-and-half, and homemade bread (rustic). Puffed up perfectly. But I forgot the mustard. And I forgot the spray the casserole dish! So so good. Today is my 8th day to be 🧊-bound here in Alabama. Becky, Keep Cooking.
Wow! Several great options! I always make 5 lbs of bacon, 5 pkgs Pillsbury cinnamon rolls, the sausage breakfast casserole on the Jimmy Dean sausage package, fresh fruit. And of course, Bloody marys and Mimosas!
I've been subscribed to your channel for a couple years and used to love binge watch your videos. My mom started going in and out of the hospital back in March and I was spending all my free time going to visit her. She passed away in June and I haven't yet gotten back to watching your videos. This is my return. I can't wait to watch all the videos that I missed! I have missed you Becky!
OMGosh how you so nonchalantly added “yes, I have spinach on my forehead…lol” literally made me LOL, I scared my dog (Shelby), made her yip and jump down. Becky, how you make everything look so easy, yet with such beautiful results is why you are so loved by so many of us. Merry Christmas to you and yours and may He bless you all in 2024 and years to come. As an aside: I saw that Gruyère/Cheddar cheese in Trader Joe’s and now wish I would have grabbed it. Soooooo, I’m headed back to Trader Joe’s because I forgot lemon curd (you have to try Trader Joe’s lemon curd, Becky. It’s better than my own homemade from my Meyer lemon trees) anyway, so we’ll be getting a few packages of that cheese, one for this recipe and some for the freezer (I’m thinking Mac and cheese too). Oh, also try the caramelized onion cheddar cheese at Trader Joe’s too (excellent on a charcuterie board). We have specific things we go there for if we can’t find them at Tom’s Farms in Lake Elsinore SoCal. If you ever make it here to SoCal, don’t forget to visit Tom’s Farms in Lake Elsinore, and the many specialty food shops here in Temecula SoCal.
Thank you so much for sharing those wonderful recipes with us. I plan to make the French Toast Casserole and the Breakfast Sausage Casserole for the upcoming holidays! All of your videos are wonderful to watch! You are so inspiring and a wonderful teacher! Thank you!
Wow Becky, all of these casseroles look amazing. We have traditionally done either cinnamon rolls or a cinnamon pull apart for the sweet part of a holiday breakfast. Either a savory casserole to go with the sweet or eggs and bacon etc. I think the savory casseroles you did today all look amazing! Thank you for such a timely video as so many are planning their holiday meals.
Becky you are such an inspiration. I’m a young mom of two under two and I started watching you when I was pregnant with my first. You are most definitely the women across the room.💗
Becky, in all the years of watching I think I have written one other time. I ‘m so glad I learned about taking good care of my teeth from you, and then that baby and all he brought, your new home and that magnificent yard you put in (garden) we all dreamed of having one of them. God continue to bless you and your family. Merry Christmas. I love your Dad’s devotional book. Jesus is a very Big part of our lives (been married 53 years) ♥️
Becky, I absolutely LOVE your channel and videos! Such a joy and inspiration to watch! I'm from Denmark, and we celebrate Christmas on the 24'th and there isn't anything in particular for the next morning, as we open gifts and feast the day and night of the 24'th :) On Christmas eve, there is a traditional dinner in my house with at roasted duck, white potatoes and brown (actually candied/caramel'ish) potatoes, gravy and pickled red cabbage. For desert we eat something called 'ris alamande' - which is a vanilla flavored rice porridge based dessert. It's made with a rice porridge, and then you cool that off - add chopped almonds, and fluffy whipped cream folded into it. It is beautiful, airy and delicious! It's served with either hot or cold cherry sauce. Then there is a tradition where you put one whole almond in - and there is a little gift for the person who randomly gets the almond :) In my family it was always a tradition to eat the leftovers of the desert for breakfast - because usually you are too full from dinner and excitement from the gift giving and getting, so the next morning you really appreciate the 'ris alamande'!! SO GOOD! and the rice porridge is very popular throughout the month for lunch or dinner, served hot with a lump of butter and some cinnamon sugar on top (but that's not my favorite') I'm going to try a few of the recipes from this video - might become a new tradition! Love and Christmas greetings from little Denmark!
We started a family tradition when my kids were young. I would make a large bowl of trifle for xmas day, it was the one time a year I would make it. The first year I made it my kids were up early wanting to unwrap their pressies and to try the trifle. After about five minutes of begging to try it I gave in and gave them a bowl of it and that was breakfast. From that day on I have made trifle for xmas and it has become our breakfast. The kids are adults now with their own family but still the tradition continues whether I go to their place or they come to mine.
I just made something very similar to the croissant casserole except I used stale bread, added raisins and cinnamon. It was bread pudding pudding that I eat as a dessert, it's a childhood favorite.
My thoughts exactly- one of my favourite puddings, I’ve also seen it done with brioche. On our cruise at the beginning of the year any of the leftover sweet breads from breakfast ( chocolate, orange, cinnamon etc. ) were turned into bread and butter pudding for a pudding choice in the buffet in the evening- heaven 😀😋
Sweet little girl You are a force of nature. The amount of work you do, must be illegal. I enjoy every single one of your videos. Congratulations! With ❤ A grandma From Canada
She is so "real" with her cooking and presentations - really appreciate her practicality of no need to dirty another pan, just serve this from the skillet. Can't wait to try her MIL's casserole with mild green chili.
Christmas growing up we had French Canadian Meat Pie. (Tourtiere) a savoury pork/ beef pie! We looked forward to it. Once I had my little family I made pancakes as that’s what my boys liked. Now my hubby and I are usually getting the big meal prep done. We have coffee. lol. Sometimes oatmeal, pancakes.
I have to thank Becky, we started a vegetable garden in July and my husband got me chickens also in July. I’m getting fresh eggs as of Dec 8th and fresh veggies. Can’t wait for spring so I can start some fruit
I always made a coffee cake Christmas morning. My son made it a new tradition when he had kids to come to my house for breakfast Christmas morning. Wow, the families multipled until it became biscuits and gravy for a large crew.
Being vegetarian, I would not be able to eat your veggies casserole bc of the sausage grease, but love the idea. I would just use a neutral oil. Love your vids I watch everyday.💙💙
@@michaelk3797The recipe is vegetarian - she was just using what she had and, as she’s not vegetarian, it’s perfectly acceptable for her to use the sausage grease.
Broccoli, cheese, potato, egg casserole, bacon, sausage links, cinnamon rolls, and fruit coffee cake. Fresh fruit too. Been watching for several months now... so happy i found your channel. Fun and inspiring to hang with you.
I've been making Christmas Morning Wifesaver forever. You've given me some new ones to try and I'll definitely make the cinnamon croissant recipe, and one of the others. Something for everyone, my grandchildren are really fussy eaters. Thank you so much Becky, you are inspiring and entertaining!
The Secret to de-picky eaters is to REALLY enjoy what they don't it Makes em curious, and wanting some sooner than later... That and a variety of things with things they do....
I am gluten-free. dairy-free, low-sodium, and typically avoid pork - and I still watched this video! Becky's style is so calming and refreshing, And you never know, I might get some ideas I can adapt to my dietary needs. Thank you, Becky!
Our traditional Christmas breakfast growing up was (and still is) quiche Lorraine and bacon roll ups. The bacon roll ups are always a hit and are a wonderful hors doeurve anytime! Sandwich bread you like-we use sourdough or wheat Herbed cream cheese Bacon Tooth picks Use a rolling pin (or a tall drinking glass to substitute) And roll out thin each bread slice. Spread the softened, herb cream cheese on each slice, roll up in a log and cut in half. Cover each roll with 1/2 slice bacon, securing with tooth pick. At this point you can freeze them in zip top bags and pull out what you want. Bake on cookie sheet in single layer at 375F until golden brown on edges and bacon cooked to your crispness. Enjoy!
Our Christmas breakfast casserole: Buy pillsburry croissant rolls but just unroll the dough and press in the bottom of casserole dish. Swiss cheese slices on top of that. Jimmy dean spicy sausage browned. A pinch or two of brown sugar over the sausage. Crack 8-12 eggs (I’d like to try a custard- we normally just do a lot of eggs). And whisk in shredded cheddar and pour over the top of sausage. Bake 350 till set.
I always make quiche and partially bake it the day before. That way I can quick bake it Christmas morning but it still tastes fresh baked! We will also have sourdough cinnamon rolls, bacon, and sausage.
We generally have cinnamon rolls and bacon on Christmas morning. this year, however, I will be making sweet breakfast casserole you made. It reminds me of bread pudding. Thank you for so many great ideas. I think the savory options would be great for later in the day as well and I think I will try your mom in law’s option. YUM
You are a recent discovery for me, and I am so glad I found you. I love that you forge right ahead with whatever you're trying out. That's the spirit! I have to say, I'm decades older than you and find myself wondering if I *ever* was so industrious! You are so capable, your recipes are fantastic, and it's a joy to spend time with your videos. Just please be sure you take some time for yourself once in a while. Thanks so much for sharing your talents and sweet nature with all of us! 🥰
So our tradition for christmas morninh is and has always been biscuits and gravy (with spicy sausage) and dutch apple pie with vanilla ice cream. Cinnamon rolls sound like a great idea though :) Thank you for another amazing video, and I hope that you and your family have a wonderful Christmas.
Wow, thank you! Have fun making those boxes!
I agree! Thank you Becky! ❤️❤️
Amen
Agree. It is intentional and fresh. She gives us value for our views and likes.. not like some channels that give lazy content, when they pick up the camera and video what's happening that day....very good Becky
Becky, it just warms my heart to see how sweet you are towards your family members. I wish I could have that in my life.
Luv her organization presentation and cleanliness. Doesn't touch her hair, face, or "cackle"!
I don't think I've ever touched my "cackle"... I hope not, anyway.
I love her wife-eyed delight when she tastes her wonderful food. ❤
Dearest Becky,
For 2025 can you experiment with a low carb higher protein series please. Your recipes are amazing. I know you would find some terrific low card, gluten free yummies.
We love you,
Texas Granny
I’ve been rewatching a bunch of your videos over the past few weeks. Truly feels like spending time with a friend, and I thank you for the comfort and calmness you provide!
Aw thank you!

If we all could carry the kindness and love the Becky put into these videos and into her friends and family; the world could be whole.

Relaxing until a loud ad comes on, Right?
Try magnesium and see which one helps with those migraines. Hoping it helps.
@ thank you so much for caring enough to comment. I heard about this several months ago and tried it. It didn’t help my migraines, but the years of having nerve pain shooting up my legs is gone! Many blessings to you and have a very special holiday season!
Do you actually WASH your mushrooms?
But thank god I’m getting a little better each day 🙏
I hope you heal quickly and completely.
I just discovered you a few weeks ago, and you're a breath of fresh air in a sea of RUclips snark. Thanks for being you- friendly and professional, genuine and kind.
Merry Christmas, Becky and family!
You are so welcome! Thanks so much for watching!!
@@AcreHomesteadShe's always a breath of fresh air. I'm really to start seedlings!
You’ve got ALOT of catching up to do. All of Becky’s videos are informative and pretty dang great. Enjoy.
@@AcreHomesteadCould you freeze the French toast one ?
My mother used to call these dishes "Christmas morning wife savers". I was just looking up some to consider making for tomorrow morning Thank you!
Your Mom called it right! 👍
I agree! Your mother was right!
Love it!
How to tell I really enjoy your channel…I’ve watched all 35 minutes of egg casseroles when I’m actually allergic to eggs. You are just a joy to watch. Plus I’ve made a few things you’ve shared and we love them.
Right❤ But she would just be a good human to chill and hang out with and put in the kitchen.. A zero drama type of human
I'm also allergic to eggs and was wondering how I can adapt these recipes. 😂
@@brianadixon8995 plant based eggs would work for some of them
Maybe replace them with Chia seeds for the custard
I’m gluten free, but here I am watching all these recipes with bread 😂
I am addicted to you. If I was younger, I'd do things differently. Just started gardening in my late 50's. Love your channel!
Me too.
I was given 20 packages of hot dog rolls from someone who worked a corporate employyee picnic BBQ that were leftover. My family and I laughed when i was filling every spare inch of space in my freezers with them. Ive been using them for sweet and savory breakfast casseroles throughout the last few months!!
My pup comes running when I call out "clean up crew I need you!" LOL They like to help in the kitchen too!
My grandson started eating solids and now he’s my dog’s favorite person. 😂
Both commentaries so sweet
I want to come to your home for Christmas Morning!!! WOW!
Holy cow, that sounds amazing but so much. I tend to not eat in preparation for Christmas lunch 😂😅
@@SeanTheDiscoNinja We only have 2 meals - breakfast/brunch and dinner late afternoon. People snack as they go.
Wow sounds amazing!!
I admire how gracious you are when corrected...so much respect for that quality in a person ❤️
Way to go! Love next day left Over.... Often better too! 👍
Yea! Pierogi!
Aw... It's rich you just need cute 2-4 oz juice glasses for everyone... Less sugar and Oranges to squeeze! 💯
Bon chance!
Wow thanks for the tip!
Great tip!

Great job! That is amazing!
Our family is from Eastern Europe and we make Potica (poppyseed roll and nut rolls) for the major holidays. I will make them Christmas Eve night and that is what we will have Christmas morning. Although I will say, the French toast with the croissants looked really good too!!
Why not both?!? 👍
Congratulations on your new niece/nephew!!! You are so thoughtful to bring your sister in law two casseroles! I just love watching your videos.
We do tamales every Christmas ! I think you’d love making them too! Perfect freezer meal that lasts months, individually wrapped and you can fill them with so many different things!
Absolutely makes ALL that prep work worth it!
Tamales don’t last on freezer for months, trust me, I’ve tried. They just ”evaporate in thin air in few days/weeks” 😂
They are so delicious! I had never even heard about them before I met my Tejano husband. I’m from Finland. I could eat tamales all day every day ❤
@@River_X2_ did you freeze them cooked or raw? I’ve done it raw in the husks 🤔
I am a huge breakfast person. I will definitely be trying these recipes. Thanks Becky!
This is exactly what we make as well. Kids and grandkids love it!
Kelly, How do you do that pudding mix, in the rolls with everything else to make it sticky????
@@les9058 I can’t speak for Kelly but her recipe sounds exactly what I use. Just look up Paula Deans Ultimate Coffee Cake
@@les9058 Hi! You simply sprinkle the cook & serve dry pudding mix over the rolls dry, when it bakes with the butter & sugar melts, it turns into a beautiful & delicious caramel sauce. You really need to try it! ❤️
Yay... a Becky video! Now I can have something to watch while I'm making dinner for tonight :) Hope everyone is having a good day!

It is so good to see a young woman who knows her way around the kitchen. I taught my two daughters how to cook, which is rare in today’s world. I see so many young people who practically live off of fast food.

Becky you are the best teacher.Your commentary while preparing is excellent.Precise concise amazing.

Great casseroles, Becky! Thank you for making life a little bit easier for your sister-in-law at an overwhelming time. We all appreciate you. 🌸
We in Aussie have ham and eggs for Xmas brecky with fruit, I am going to surprise with the French Toast Croissant Casserole this year! Thankyou so much for so many inspirational cooking ideas Becky, live your Chanel and bless you and your family!

On a personal note a huge compliment to you , so happy and shiny personality. I enjoyed your recipes.
Your Christmas routine sounds wonderful, nothing like being with family on this wonderful blessed occasion….
Making the French toast casserole this morning! Your ginger maple cookies made me a hero this Christmas season! Thank you for all you do.
Hey Becky, just wanted to remind you that cooking the veggies in the sausage or bacon fat makes it no longer vegetarian, just something to keep in mind if serving others.
Exactly!
I thought the same as a vegetarian but I assumed she was cooking this for meat eaters.
Was thinking the same thing.

That is awesome!
I love how purposeful and organized your kitchen is. The pull out drawers with onions is so cool.
Becky I wish I was your neighbour! Your knowledge on gardening and canning would be so helpful
I made a French Toast casserole many years ago. Thanks to you, I had a sweet memory to smile about
We do ableskievers. A Scandinavian tradition on my mom's side. They're like little pancakes balls essentially, but there's a cavity in the middle that we fill with jelly, sausage and cheese or lemon and powdered sugar. Whatever ya like. They're not easy but worth the effort! So tasty!
Omg! You are correct! Those are so hard to make!
Sounds like ine a good thing to teach the kids so you have help!
Your videos are always a treat. My mother and I watch them together and she just loves your smile. God bless you all.
The french toast casserole is amazing! I make it very regularly throughout the year! Plus,,,,, add dollops of cream cheese on top of the bread before you pour custard on top.... Incredible!!!!!
I have never made french toast with a custard before!
I absolutely love it when I get to be early to a let's cook with Becky video😂 Especially when I was just looking for new breakfast recipes!
Hope you enjoy!
Adding that French toast to my breakfast Christmas morning!
Watching her work was so impressive. 5 casserole at once! She may be my new favorite
They ALL look so delicious. I would make these in muffin pans for my family for portion control and easy eating. We play around with music and dancing holiday mornings when opening presents 😊
Ooh yes, and freeze them for make-ahead breakfasts! I so need a silicone muffin pan.
Great idea
Becky! You are a force in the kitchen! Two things:
In my family we have country ham and homemade biscuits for both Christmas and New Year's breakfast.
Thank you!
I always make scrabbled eggs and sausage white gravy and biscuits for Christmas breakfast. And a good ole pot of coffee and cinnamon rolls.
Becky I love the way you just show even mistakes that you make. But you make them turn out wonderful.

Sweet little girl
You are a force of nature. The amount of work you do, must be illegal. I enjoy every single one of your videos. Congratulations! With ❤ A grandma From Canada
Hey Becky! Hope you’re having an amazing day. Thanks so much for all the great videos!

I make that French toast casserole but use a loaf of brioche bread - and drizzle maple syrup over top! Delish!
She is so "real" with her cooking and presentations - really appreciate her practicality of no need to dirty another pan, just serve this from the skillet. Can't wait to try her MIL's casserole with mild green chili.

May God keep blessing you with abundance of food to share it with your loved ones. Love your videos.

I was thinking the same thing when I saw that. How is sausage grease and bits vegetarian?
I’m sure she will be the one eating it so not a big deal.
But it helps it taste better 😜
She’s just trying a recipe. She’s not vegetarian. So as she can eat bacon- and it makes it taste better she’s adding it in.
@@michaelk3797The recipe is vegetarian - she was just using what she had and, as she’s not vegetarian, it’s perfectly acceptable for her to use the sausage grease.

Sandwich bread you like-we use sourdough or wheat
Herbed cream cheese
Bacon
Tooth picks
Use a rolling pin (or a tall drinking glass to substitute)
And roll out thin each bread slice. Enjoy!
Thanks Irish for recipe, from grandma Katie in Oregon
I wanted to thank you. I have never learned to cook and you make it easy. Thank you for teaching us!!
Our Christmas breakfast casserole:
Buy pillsburry croissant rolls but just unroll the dough and press in the bottom of casserole dish.
Becky is my favorite online creator. I showed my mom her videos and now mom is talking about Beck all the time too....

I've often pictured her in her own food show. Her voice is perfect. and she is very thorough in her explanation.
YUM
