Brother Stan! Great react! IF Joe comes near you, let me know and I will pay for your tickets, man, he is THAT good in person! The persona he displays onstage is 180 from the everday man--such a cool guy, very humble, almost shy, but even he has said, when he gets on stage and plays he is another person...I have seen him 4 times, Never disappoints! Thanks man!
The concert was in tribute to Albert King, BB King and Freddie King. The guitar he is playing is a flying V and yes it's also a tribute guitar. Joe has an immense collection of guitars and guitar kit, he plays just about every sort of vintage guitar there is.
This was Albert's actual Flying V that Albert played through the '70's, I believe it was on loan to Joe for the tour, not sure who owned it at that time.
Yes, you’re late but welcome aboard the Joe train!! This is from the live album that introduced me to Joe and it’s my favourite song on the album. You can’t go wrong with any other song on this album. And yes it’s actually Albert King’s very own guitar that Joe's playing!
This is from his Three Kings tour, the music of Albert, B.B. and Freddy King, you might want to check out Hummingbird from this concert. Also worth looking into is the Muddy Wolf tour, the music of Muddy Waters and Howling Wolf.
Hey, great choice with Joe, but might I suggest that you double down next time and try one with Joe on guitar, and Beth Hart singing the best blues you’ve heard in a long time. ✌🏼😎🇺🇸 ruclips.net/video/nW3OrLHj0lQ/видео.htmlsi=S1KGLcVwxLX1CDw5
Look at the neck of the guitar Joe was playing, it is Albert King's guitar. Joe was absolutely paying tribute to Albert as he was one of Joes' hero's.
That is Albert King's guitar. Albert was left handed , that's why Albert King is upside down on the neck.

Steven Segall (the actor) a friend of Joe's lent him Albert's V for the 3 kingdom tour... per Joe.🌱💕

I got to meet the man who actually wrote the song, the late Jerry Beach. I got an autographed CD sleeve from him and his band!
He collects vintage guitars that was Albert Kings guitar.

Gary Moore does a Great version as well...
Albert's son by another mother was Stevie Ray Vaughan!!!!
