Totally agree so far (still 5 bosses to go). It took me ages to kill this guy in the secondary (in the main mission it was hard but not that much). To be honest at level 27 I didn't really know what I was doing and had to try lots of different things before I got A agility so I could evade him properly. On the other hand warrior of the east, which is pretty high on the list, I killed him on second try because that time I knew what I was doing and the guy is just too slow.
19:21 Actually, Nue's weak spot is not his head, but his glowing stomach. He do one attack that reaveals it, and when you hit him, you do a massive damage. I found, that he is hard, but in my opinion Hinne-Enma is way harder than him.

Year late but.....block. It took me like a year to realize most of the things in this game aren't as scary as they seem and can be blocked atleast once, in the centipedes case blocking its pincer triggers either a stun or a long wind up attack I cant remember. Either way, you get loads of time to wail on it so you literally just tank its pincer, laugh and wail on it.
@@ethandonnelly1973 this. Most boss are easily beatable when you learn to focus on blocking then attacking. It pisses me off to be so defensive but thats the game.
@@emmanuelmondesir1314 Emmanuel Mondesir Honestly it annoys me for people to dislike defensive play so much. Dunno about you but most consider it cowardly, But Its far from it. Combat is a about proper defense. IRL or in games, disliking that aspect is typically a fundamental problem with their view of fights. And you don't have to turtle to achieve what I'm talking about, which is counterattacks. Once you learn the queues of each enemy you can just block before impact and then unblock to attack. I learnt that through single sword use, learning perfect blocks for the Tempest stagger. Made me get pretty good at on time blocking in to counter attacks

Spider is easily one of the easiest bosses for me. Just run around it and hit her ass. If she attacks head on, just roll in her direction like we did in Onryoki. And just hit her ass. You will be fine.
So strange, as I beat him first try, but plenty of the 'easier' bosses had me crying in frustration and summoning in help after getting stomped over and over.
@@freakyzed8467 basically rookie crushers. a lot of the hardest bosses are either early game or late game (dlc as well) or optional, but damn if some of them are like gatekeepers to the rest of the game
I can't kill him I am not able to take even half his health. When he transforms he demolishes me with 2 hits and that's it. I tried it like 20 times but I rage quit.
Just hit him, maybe twice if you're ballsy, then dodge to the side, rinse and repeat. Also get the ninjutsu that makes it so enemies cant throw projectiles, makes it so he cant hit you with the balls in the second stage
First phase is easy - just approach, dodge behind to left or right, 2-3 strikes, then dodge backwards away from him. If you've unlocked Ki pulse while dodging, it's even better. When done well, shouldn't need a single elixir - or one at most. Second phase is a bit less clean. Just run left or right when he throws the balls, keep your distance, and strike when it's convenient (especially when he does the thing where he kinda flails and then falls on the floor). Your biggest enemy is trying to force more hits than you should (usually two hits, then get out). Always dodge backwards when done attacking, so he doesn't sweep you. If you're ballsy, you can also actually run up on him when he's picking up the balls to throw, for some attacks - then just dodge the throw. I've never played any of the Soulsborne games before Nioh, and I managed to get this boss locked down pretty well, so you can do it too. Save your rage and resignation for the NEXT boss, which is a royal pain in the ass. :D Don't bother wasting an Ochoko cup on him - area is too confined, his health increases, and it turns the fight into a bit of a clusterfuck.
Actually it's the face. Hitting the face while he does his lazer beam attack staggers him. But the chest/sides are the safest area to attack since most of his attacks couldn't reach it.
As far as #3 Tachibana Muneshige goes, his "rematch" on the sub mission was hard as hell, the hardest fight up to that point at least for me. Nue took a lot of tries but that was mostly because of my lack of patience, and Hino-Enma was not hard once you learned all her patterns and kunai'd that bitch while she was flying in the air Edit: The Tachibana Munishige rematch was the Warrior of the West Sub mission, I saw some mention in the comments how hard it was...I legit raged at that boss and I never do that in single player games....I feel a little validated now :)
you can cheese that by headshotting him before he notices you, then you can just run to the beginning of the bridge and the walls keep him from even getting to you :P
SueThaWoodThoo wow I wish I knew this haha, I took about 20minutes on nue, but on this dude I took 2 hours LOL idk why I struggled this much but man was it frustrating
I forget his name but you know that Warrior of the West guy? The real one you fight in a sub mission? Yeah, I had to cheese him to win. I regret nothing.
Ironically, i cheesed most of the bosses with sloth and shit but i beat the warrior of the west guy fair and square as soon as the mission became available . Fuck that guy , i would have cheesed him if i knew about them when i was fighting him
I cheesed and tried to defeat him for like 20 tries. Got frustrated and finally used my guardian spirit 3 times (I had a lot of spirit stones) to kill him.
Funny story with Itsuna Mitsunari. I actually got extremely lost on that mission and came across the boss room almost by accident, I got into the fight and was thinking to myself 'If I die, I'm almost certainly gonna lose all my souls, so its probably better if I just try to beat the boss in one go." By SHEER LUCK I was able to because my living weapons kept charging off of the amrita that he dropped as I melted through his HP with dual swords. Then I let out a noise that I can only describe as a dead person gasping awake in a morgue as all the stress and panic left my body.
You can break Onryoki's horns when he lies on the ground, instantly depleting his chi. You also shouldn't use the bonfires to light up your weapon when fighting Umi-Bozu. Keep them on and they'll instantly kill the small enemies than spawn during the fight.
The difficulty of boss fights varies depending on the individual's play style. In the video, he said multiple times "in my opinion". This list was fairly accurate from a broad standpoint but obviously different people will have different opinions. I personally thought Nue was not too bad because every one of his attacks could be telegraphed and had an opening while he ranked the white tiger as fairly easy; I found that boss frustrating. Similarily I found Gasha Dokuro hard because I couldn't figure out how to do damage to him at first. Obvi ice witch is one of the hardest bosses most people should agree.
I beat most bosses on my first try except for those somewhat gimmicky bosses like Gasha Dokuro. It took me over 13minutes to kill Umi-Bozu and never realized he was weak to fire. Later I found out he can be killed in seconds with fire guardian spirits summons.
Yuki is an absolute joke if you use fire-arms or bows. The problem with doing lists like these is that you become progressively stronger in these games. Gain access to better gear, new skills and abilities, etc... So I can understand why Onryuki would be high up on that list as he's literally the first real boss of the game. I personally had no trouble with White Tiger and proceeded to trounce all over him. That doesn't mean i'm better. I just possibly had a different playstyle from Albino, and I KNOW I had better gear.
Yuki-Onna is one of my most fun bosses to fight, but also one of my easiest. She can do literally nothing to me and her AI so so easy to abuse. You can root her in place for minutes at a time by forcing her into doing certain attacks one after the other.
Dear Nioh devs: It doesn’t make for a very sad “I must kill my friend who sacrificed himself to evil Powers” moment if said friend can kill me in two swings repeatedly, no matter how much somber music you put with it.
i know its three years late, but nue becomes a lot easier when you figure out that you need to hit him when his stomach is glowing to deplete his ki instantly
Eh, I kind of agree. Nue is more of a damage sponge I think. Kitty has a little more openings than him too and his weakness is easier to get too, where as Nue's is under him and only reveals it every now and then. But I could see why he'd have problems with Nue, but he's for sure not the hardest in the game.
that was such a rude awakening after beating Orochi/main game. I spent so long retrying that fight that my PS4 stopped rendering all projectiles, magic, and particles. So I had to guess where and when all the ice shards, lightning bolts, and earth attacks were firing lol
All the post game content was such a rude awakening. Like "hey have you beaten this game? Here's the obligatory needlessly hard mode and then the more obligatory impossibly hard mode. Also, since combat is tailored for 1v1, here's a lot of post missions against multiple enemies."
Suggested level on missions is meaningless. That fight was pretty easy if you killed Oda first because she's slow as hell and he dashes at you so it's easy to split them up to avoid being overwhelmed.
How i understand your pain in the ass when boss kill you :( Shit story when you die at the same moment than boss life is all most out :D Yuki-Onna btw was my easiest boss. 35sec and she go out from my party :D
Actually found it easier to do it the other way around, especially if you can kill her ki quickly. Let him dash around after you, circle back to her and hit her with a skill, let kara jishi work wonders while you rinse repeat. She has less health than oda, so its quickly over. When oda is alone the fight is already over. Tried killing oda first like ten times. Then killed yuki first and it took only two tries this way.
Nue is initially frustrating as hell, but once you figure him out he's pretty easy to beat without taking damage - he basically becomes a "free" boss later on imo. The key thing to remember is that all his moves are super telegraphed, making safe spacing relatively easy. His mouth beam is the only tricky part - but also the best opening to dish out loads of damage. Just dodge towards his right armpit ASAP when he winds up (his right = our left) and attack his chest to immediately stagger him and get in a few chain hits (you have to hit his chest for it to work, not his head). Stick to a safe 3-4 rounds of attacks and back away before lightning starts. Then everything else is easily avoided by keeping your distance and staying moving!
Dude, just hit Nue’s right Side whenever he does the sweeping beam. All of his swipes Miss and move you with him, and any of his lighting attacks are easy enough to see that you can just circle back into his side and keep wailing on him. Admittedly the double bolt is tricky but that can easily be spotted too.
Umi Bozu ranks way harder for me, he is always insanely tanky even using fire damage and he can randomly use the wave motion cannon without charging it up.
@@zoisantonopoulos7999 just main 1 stance but for 3 weapons (sword, dual sword, and spear for me) and cycle through them as applicable. 18:39 I am 4 years late but for Nue he was very difficult for me as I search up many guides and it help but not enough. As Nue destroyed almost all the structures there was one that wasn’t breaking and I go under it and Nue couldn’t get me or destroyed the ceiling. I was shooting him using my safest weapon attacks and he was almost dead and I was running out of Elixirs as I didn’t want to keep attacking with weapons. Then I got my back up plan. Rocks…I started using rocks over and over and that’s the weapon that takes out Nue🤣and till this day I am always going to have 50 rocks on me just in case this happens again…so far it never did😅I am at the Ishida Mitsunari boss now.
So I'm noticing a pair of themes in the comments, A). He said MAIN missions not side missions Muneshige is a joke in the main mission but in his personal mission he will make you eat your controller in rage, same as Tadakatsu, and 2). this is HIS list of his times with the bosses, HE had a hard time with Nue, some people didn't, I beat the Hino-Enma in two tries and same with lady No only because I got caught in her spear throw/shard shot first time
That rock is a god send, makes me think the game designers put it in specifically to help us out if we weren't brave/insane enough to take him on in open ground
Muneshige + Tadakatsu is the hardest boss fight imo. I died to the duo 150+ times before finally taking them down. Yuki-onna + Nobunaga is a close second. Died 100+ times. Solo boss tho, Ishida Mitsunari is the one I struggled the most with. His windslash attack at 13:05 has little to no counterplay because it can't be blocked and I never managed to dodge it either, not to mention how annoying the wind debuff is.
personaly i found the Yuki Onna Nobuana fight harder because for the Muneshige Tadaktsu fight I just slowed Muneshige and whaled on tadaktu with a life steal talisman, but for the other fight when you need to kill Nobuna first because Yukis second phase is painful and so is the insta kill spear throw attack which killed me when fight Nobuna about 10 times.
Dude those duo fights... And I agree Ishida was the most 'wtf' boss for me. I remember I only beat it because I had the Guardian Spirit that revives you, so as I was just putting my controller away I came back with a living weapon and finished him. such a relief
The biggest problem with Mitsunari are his grab attacks which have no startup time and are extremely fast and hard to dodge. The Yuki/Oda fight is easy, she's slow as hell and he dashes, split em up and kill oda first. Maybe it's just my build but everyone says they had trouble with Yuki-onna and she literally can deal zero damage to me. Even on way of the demon I can face-tank every attack she has with absolutely no worries.
I tried that fucker a good 10 times then gave it a rest for like 6 months lol 'cause I forgot then I played it again today and finally beat him in around 10-15 tries he's definitely the hardest boss for me so far
For nue you run to his right side, (your left) and stand behind his front leg. Especially when he does poison spew or lightning breath. It's not his face that is weak, it's actually his belly when it's glowing. Back away quick after your attack to dodge his spin. Then close in again. If you go to far back you trigger a lighting strike or his spinning roll. As long as you don't stand still these won't hit you. He's really not that hard once you figure out his pattern.
you're supposed to fight gasha in living weapon? I just stubbed his toe than used the dualsword windwhirl sashimi maker to shave his head of. He got that fresh AF fade now.
Tachibana muneshige also appears in side mission right after the 4th main mission, and that side mission boss fight is literally the hardest boss battle of nioh, died atleast 100 times or more, but that is night mare, his main mission boss battle is very easy though because you have those 2 pillars to block most of his fast attacks, but in side mission, all you have is tall grasses, meaning nowhere to hide
You can hide at the rock on left side area when face him firstly on battle. I realized this when fought muneshige and tadakatsu together in side mission.
The hardest boss for me was probably hino emma, she kicked my ass 65 times and i couledent do it, then much later i restarted the game and after 73 deaths i beat her, every other boss wasnt to bad. Otherwise i would mostly agree with list and anyone who says hes ripping off demodcracy, hes cleary not because albino makes good content
Bloodborn Fan 13 Were you playing too defensively? Did you not have any elixir? I'm guilty of both of these things and died twice. What caught you off guard?
Any enemy that takes to the sky gets absolutely fucking demolished by throwing weapons. Shurikens are super fast, just wait till shes in the air, flick the shiriken at her then run in for loads of free hits basically. The Saika boss has the same weakness. If his feet arent touching the ground a thrown weapon will bring him crashing down.
I had the reverse. Onryuki more than 50+ deaths. Batgirl around 2 tries got lucky and realized i shud dodge towards her not o the side on her dive attacks. Picked up the game after not playing any games for a while so i had to get good and the first boss made me realize my reaction time and patience both got lower since my early gamer days
This really shows how much play style effects difficulty in Nioh. I always focus my armor choices on toughness, which makes it much harder for my guard to break. Something like giant toad would be on the way easier end of the spectrum for me because I can just tank all of his hits, but I could see how he’d be a nightmare for a player that doesn’t block much.
Onryoki - over 5 hours of trying. Always getting killed by spin Nue - 2 hours. Yuki Onna - 20 hours, I was close to uninstall. Gamabunta - over 20 hours. All human bosses - less than 20 minutes
I had the most trouble in the sub mission Warrior of the West : Tachibana Muneshige. Id say it took me 40 attempts with the spear, and a ton of dodging.
For real. What i did was play super patient with my axe, trying to break his guard with a high stance strong attack, and getting as many grapples in as possible. Rip all the elixirs tho
@@TyphloSai the rock at the left side helps too. I ran out of healing so I just kept him around that rock to make him waste his Ki and grapple him. Though when I played the mission on way of the strong, I beat the ever living shit out of him with my unlimited living weapon build. Poor guy couldn't even attempt to attack me once lol.
You can tell Nue is the boss that fucks people up when you look at achievement stats. I just love how universally praised this game is when only something like 20% of PS4 players got to level 10. I mean I love it, but I also used and abused the shit out of the sloth spell... so there's that.
AnimeCrazeTV アニメ I didn't. I don't have to say "Imo" in every sentence I make. Imo the areas are easy. The bosses are about as hard or probably harder than Bloodborne for me though.
To cheese all human bosses you just need to equip bull Guardian and use Guardian summon talismans. It looks like this : use Guardian talisman -> human boss is stunned -> do finisher -> repeat untill he dies
I think my tactic for Nue was using the dual swords. I used the skill were you sprint and do rapid slashes. Just ran past the side of it doing damage then rinse and repeat 😂
The strategy to defeating Nue is to hide inside that little hut on the right side of the map after getting nue to destroy the walls, you can hit him safely without getting hit at all and I beat him on like my 4th try with this strategy
Nah just run straight up to him and use a guardian talisman then attack him at the same time with a water sword, that should bluster him. From there it's all fun

Wotw was Hands down the hardest. Nue was easy for me i just hid under the roof temple thing on the side where the lightning couldn't get me. On wotw i had to get my game face on, stand up 1ft away from the tv and side step irl like i was really in the game.
Your lack of Ki-Pulsing probably makes a lot of bosses harder than they should be. Ki pulse is like so helpful
Praise mid stance sword dash ki pulsing. I live the mid stance
I know right? I can’t even imagine not using it at this point, it’s too useful
I think it's the starting area, tower of London, to be blame. That area is just not a good tutorial area.
@@Avghistorian77 you know a game is hard when you have to UNLOCK the actual tutorial
@@x6173 Exactly, and the tutorial they give you at the start teaches things like: Always be in mid-stance, never change, and don't use ki pulses because they didn't have ki-pulses in the tower of london.
"It's over Great Centipede! I have the High Ground!"
*laugh in poison while crawling above*
Year late but.....block.
It took me like a year to realize most of the things in this game aren't as scary as they seem and can be blocked atleast once, in the centipedes case blocking its pincer triggers either a stun or a long wind up attack I cant remember. Either way, you get loads of time to wail on it so you literally just tank its pincer, laugh and wail on it.
I have the poison immunity jutsu!
Am i the only one that for some reason struggled with umi-bozu for like 5 hours (like 60 attempts ranging from 15 seconds to 15 minutes each) no i dea why i struggled SO MUCH
me too, his second phase is just unfair
Use a fire guardian spirit and use living weapon or a guardian spirit talisman on him. He dies in about 10 seconds that way.
I did I kept falling in the water. I'm stuck on the spider boss. I've tried 20 times
I kept falling really
Spider is easily one of the easiest bosses for me. Just run around it and hit her ass. If she attacks head on, just roll in her direction like we did in Onryoki. And just hit her ass. You will be fine.
I absolutely agree with the Nue ranking. No boss had me almost smashing the controller more than he did. He is a brutal early boss.
I died to Hino Enma around 120 times. I beat nue first try
I beat him first try lol
It took me less tries to beat Nue than the Onryoki
Spamjim 0211 5 attempts for onryoki and 2 for nue
15 for Onryoki and 7 for Nue, but I think the death total is a bit iffy thanks to “Greater Demon Hunting” and “The Demon of Mount Hiei”.
10-20 tries on Onryoki, >5 on Nue, but White Tiger really raped me plenty, even with sloth ;_;
legit 37 tries on onryoki, first attempt i killed nue
I beat Onryoky first try. Hino-Enma, Umi-Bozu and Nue all kicked my ass countless times though.
Wait, you think Onryoki is the 5th easiest boss?
Oh, I am fuuuuuuuucked.
Gamer Ray Don't play it like souls, be aggressive, side dodge
TheAsianPlaysGames well thats how most people play dark souls now so all in all, still fucked
Don't bother wasting an Ochoko cup on him - area is too confined, his health increases, and it turns the fight into a bit of a clusterfuck.
Nioh is tough for me, but I am loving it. This vid is hilarious, but on-point accurate and crazy clever too. Best Nioh vid, no contest
Nue's weakspot is his chest dude. not his face.
his weakspot is his very predictable moveset.
Actually it's the face. Hitting the face while he does his lazer beam attack staggers him. But the chest/sides are the safest area to attack since most of his attacks couldn't reach it.
its the stomach hit his stomach at the right spot any time it glows instant ki loss for nue resulting in a very simple boss fight
It's both.
Actually I think every enemy's weak spots inclues the head, even if it doesn't have the yellow glowing stuff on it.
Ron Hopping incorrect. He crits on the side of his face as well.
I subbed to you when you did the same style of video for the Bloodborne bosses. This video is just as good, keep up the great work!
Tom Hackett yep did the same
As far as #3 Tachibana Muneshige goes, his "rematch" on the sub mission was hard as hell, the hardest fight up to that point at least for me. Nue took a lot of tries but that was mostly because of my lack of patience, and Hino-Enma was not hard once you learned all her patterns and kunai'd that bitch while she was flying in the air
Edit: The Tachibana Munishige rematch was the Warrior of the West Sub mission, I saw some mention in the comments how hard it was...I legit raged at that boss and I never do that in single player games....I feel a little validated now :)
Wtf? I struggled more on that sub mission on the bridge with the one enemy with a giant axe than I did with nue lol
you can cheese that by headshotting him before he notices you, then you can just run to the beginning of the bridge and the walls keep him from even getting to you :P
SueThaWoodThoo wow I wish I knew this haha, I took about 20minutes on nue, but on this dude I took 2 hours LOL idk why I struggled this much but man was it frustrating

She was harder back in the beta. Her shockwaves would 100% paralyzed when hit.
AZIZ same, that fucking bitch is the worst boss fight I've had the pleasure of beating ever!
I actually beat her without taking any damage. One of the easier bosses Imo, Nue was more difficult
Did you fight the advanced hino- emma in that later mission at the bathhouse, like Jesus I needed to use like 3 anti paralysis needles man.
I forget his name but you know that Warrior of the West guy? The real one you fight in a sub mission? Yeah, I had to cheese him to win. I regret nothing.
hoo damn he killed me the most in this game other than yuki onna
Ironically, i cheesed most of the bosses with sloth and shit but i beat the warrior of the west guy fair and square as soon as the mission became available . Fuck that guy , i would have cheesed him if i knew about them when i was fighting him
Weak
I cheesed and tried to defeat him for like 20 tries. Got frustrated and finally used my guardian spirit 3 times (I had a lot of spirit stones) to kill him.
Yesterday I beat the warrior of the west without cheese or talismans at level 43. It took me about 40-ish tries
I didn’t know John Mulaney plays Nioh
That GameStop joke was ahead of it’s time
Umi-bozu gets absolutely murdered by a few hyotokko masks
Funny story with Itsuna Mitsunari. I actually got extremely lost on that mission and came across the boss room almost by accident, I got into the fight and was thinking to myself 'If I die, I'm almost certainly gonna lose all my souls, so its probably better if I just try to beat the boss in one go." By SHEER LUCK I was able to because my living weapons kept charging off of the amrita that he dropped as I melted through his HP with dual swords. Then I let out a noise that I can only describe as a dead person gasping awake in a morgue as all the stress and panic left my body.
Lol @ the kelley bit. 'who's your archnemesis? *in a very valley girl voice* teehee Kelly
You can break Onryoki's horns when he lies on the ground, instantly depleting his chi.
You also shouldn't use the bonfires to light up your weapon when fighting Umi-Bozu. Keep them on and they'll instantly kill the small enemies than spawn during the fight.
I didn’t know that!
Good tip, also the firebreathing masks absolutely DESTROY this boss.
"This is my son, Volkswagen...we usually just call him 'the people's car'."
Later I found out he can be killed in seconds with fire guardian spirits summons.
dcore147 I think the tiger is the hardest boss in the game and yukki-onna one of the easiest tbh
I disagree! Ice witch was easy, one of the easiest. But it's like you say, it all depends on who is playing.
With great centipede if you block his pincers, he'll start a different animation where he tries to poison or paralyze you.
Hilarious and informative, you earned yourself another subscriber my man.
Dear Nioh devs:
It doesn’t make for a very sad “I must kill my friend who sacrificed himself to evil Powers” moment if said friend can kill me in two swings repeatedly, no matter how much somber music you put with it.

totally agree with NUE. killed me minimum 50 times in the game. the next one was munashage duel side quest.
Nue is really easy once you figure the pattern. Twilight cat was much harder

Not a single boss but the battle that killed me the most was Nobunaga + Yuki
that was such a rude awakening after beating Orochi/main game. I spent so long retrying that fight that my PS4 stopped rendering all projectiles, magic, and particles. So I had to guess where and when all the ice shards, lightning bolts, and earth attacks were firing lol
Easy
All the post game content was such a rude awakening. Like "hey have you beaten this game? Here's the obligatory needlessly hard mode and then the more obligatory impossibly hard mode. Also, since combat is tailored for 1v1, here's a lot of post missions against multiple enemies."

For Nue, all you have to do is throw kunai when it starts to shoot the lightning beam. It will hit his head and stun him.
11:35 OMG! He explained that boss fight PERFECTLY!!!
The hardest is Yuki-onna + Oda Nobunaga. And playing it 30 levels under, i died like 20 times
It's a pretty hard fight I found.
there are plenty of cheeses you can do with magic and buffs/debuffs making them both super easy to kill and later on farm divine gear.
It’s funny how as soon as he says “there are no invincibility frames” he dodges an attack with an invincibility frame lol
There are none
@@miceatah9359 that's plainly wrong. Just find an Archer and allow him to shoot at you and Dodge directly through the arrow and you will see
Nue is initially frustrating as hell, but once you figure him out he's pretty easy to beat without taking damage - he basically becomes a "free" boss later on imo.
*gets to okatsu*
Ok, I think I spoiled enough bosses for today.
Lmao
Dude, just hit Nue’s right Side whenever he does the sweeping beam. All of his swipes Miss and move you with him, and any of his lighting attacks are easy enough to see that you can just circle back into his side and keep wailing on him. Admittedly the double bolt is tricky but that can easily be spotted too.

I accidentally clicked this video, and don't know much about Nioh, but now I have to play. This video was great.
So I'm noticing a pair of themes in the comments, A). He said MAIN missions not side missions Muneshige is a joke in the main mission but in his personal mission he will make you eat your controller in rage, same as Tadakatsu, and 2). this is HIS list of his times with the bosses, HE had a hard time with Nue, some people didn't, I beat the Hino-Enma in two tries and same with lady No only because I got caught in her spear throw/shard shot first time
Muneshige was super hard with all his charge moves, until i discovered a rock at the left side and played with him around it.
That rock is a god send, makes me think the game designers put it in specifically to help us out if we weren't brave/insane enough to take him on in open ground
Pitou Mean Go with spear medium, you can hit him and cancel almost ALL moves, use earth element If you can
It is weird how Honda Tadakatsu is one of the easiest bosses but in history, he is the strongest japanese samurai in his time
dacbiet The side mission where you fight Tadakatsu and Muneshige really shows how powerful Honda really is.
Thank you. Not for the video but for the humor. Also I need to repaly this and finish it this time. Cheers
It's not Kelly it's anime Voldemort
Them : hey who's your archnemesis ?
Us : heheh..KeLLieYyy
Tachibana muneshige also appears in side mission right after the 4th main mission, and that side mission boss fight is literally the hardest boss battle of nioh, died atleast 100 times or more, but that is night mare, his main mission boss battle is very easy though because you have those 2 pillars to block most of his fast attacks, but in side mission, all you have is tall grasses, meaning nowhere to hide
Yeah, he kicked my face in
You can hide at the rock on left side area when face him firstly on battle. I realized this when fought muneshige and tadakatsu together in side mission.
Would love to see where Masamune Date would rank on here in an updated list that has dlc content included
Let’s be real: he would probably be ranked lower than Yukimura, Shigezane, or Hayabusa.
The dlc would dominate the top 5 imo
The hardest boss for me was probably hino emma, she kicked my ass 65 times and i couledent do it, then much later i restarted the game and after 73 deaths i beat her, every other boss wasnt to bad. Otherwise i would mostly agree with list and anyone who says hes ripping off demodcracy, hes cleary not because albino makes good content
Bloodborn Fan 13 Were you playing too defensively? Did you not have any elixir? I'm guilty of both of these things and died twice. What caught you off guard?
Casual
Any enemy that takes to the sky gets absolutely fucking demolished by throwing weapons. Shurikens are super fast, just wait till shes in the air, flick the shiriken at her then run in for loads of free hits basically.
The Saika boss has the same weakness. If his feet arent touching the ground a thrown weapon will bring him crashing down.
I had the reverse. Onryuki more than 50+ deaths. Batgirl around 2 tries got lucky and realized i shud dodge towards her not o the side on her dive attacks. Picked up the game after not playing any games for a while so i had to get good and the first boss made me realize my reaction time and patience both got lower since my early gamer days
throw kunais at her face while she's airborne and laugh your ass off off this fight
He's actually not difficult even if you don't block. Just stick close, circle round, and be careful of the jumping spear attack.
nue was easy as fuck no joke
metal gear kenny I agree it took me 1 try... and I would say attack his stomach not his face
1st try for me easy as pie .....i was overlevelled though lel.Not watching this because of spoilers :)
Hakurei Oni probably I think it all depends on play style
metal gear kenny yeah he was, I did a no damage run on him, super easy boss
If you're ultra conservative nue is a joke
all bosses ranked hardest to damn near impossible
And then when you finally braved them all, you discover side quests .. and commit sudoku out of the game in despair
At least what i did

Onryoki - over 5 hours of trying. Always getting killed by spin
Nue - 2 hours.
Yuki Onna - 20 hours, I was close to uninstall.
Gamabunta - over 20 hours.
All human bosses - less than 20 minutes
Witek Garwacki totally relateable!!!!
I had the most trouble in the sub mission Warrior of the West : Tachibana Muneshige. Id say it took me 40 attempts with the spear, and a ton of dodging.
Yeah. He is so aggressive and beats your ass constantly. Took me 10-15 tries to beat him.
@@noman1122 never even thought to use the rock 💀 so much pain could have been avoided
@@TyphloSai the rock also helps when you fight him AND the general 2v1. That fight is even harder.
You can tell Nue is the boss that fucks people up when you look at achievement stats. I just love how universally praised this game is when only something like 20% of PS4 players got to level 10. I mean I love it, but I also used and abused the shit out of the sloth spell... so there's that.
Same
Wow Kev, that certainly didn't take too long
The areas ARE disappointingly easy. Only challenge is the boss.
Just as a pointer, you probably shouldn't project your personal opinion as fact
AnimeCrazeTV アニメ I didn't. I don't have to say "Imo" in every sentence I make. Imo the areas are easy. The bosses are about as hard or probably harder than Bloodborne for me though.
I enjoyed getting my ass whooped by Hino Enma for 2 hours straight
To cheese all human bosses you just need to equip bull Guardian and use Guardian summon talismans. It looks like this : use Guardian talisman -> human boss is stunned -> do finisher -> repeat untill he dies
Yuki onna was the bane of my existence
I killed her second try lol
Same idk why I found her so difficult
I think my tactic for Nue was using the dual swords. I used the skill were you sprint and do rapid slashes. Just ran past the side of it doing damage then rinse and repeat 😂
The obsidian samurai just got his own show on netflix. Yasuke
man the jokes. put up more of a fight than jesus, chainchomps, team ninja u didnt hear that aahaha earned my sub for sure!
The frog is the easy of the bosses.
Shoot him in the eye when he gets the pipe out, you kill him in less than nothing
You mean the toad?

The strategy to defeating Nue is to hide inside that little hut on the right side of the map after getting nue to destroy the walls, you can hit him safely without getting hit at all and I beat him on like my 4th try with this strategy
Nah just run straight up to him and use a guardian talisman then attack him at the same time with a water sword, that should bluster him. From there it's all fun
