But a serving of watermelon has so little carbohydrate that its glycemic load is only 5. 100 gms of orange glycemic index is 40 and glycemic load is 4.4, guava glycemic index is 32 and glycemic load is 5. Don't check the glycemic index, check the glycemic load. Less than 10 is low glycemic load. 🙏 Please remember
