Fruits not to be consumed after 5 pm that is after sun set even Dr and nutrients say? Please confirm whether we can take fruits, if so what fruits can be safely taken and what fruits to be avoided. Also confirm whether we can drink milk. It would be best what menu you follow three times, every day, to maintain a nice personality like you. Before what time should we finish dinner? அருமை ஐயா...நான் காலையில் வேலைக்கு போனால் இரவு 10 மணிக்கு தான் வீட்டிற்கு வருவேன்.காலையில் சமைத்த சப்பாத்தி ஏதாவது கிரேவி இரவு 8 மணிக்கு வேலை செய்யும் இடத்திலேயே சாப்பிடுவேன்.அவ்வாறு காலையில் சமைத்த உணவை இரவு சாப்பிடலாமா ஐயா...
ஐயா, வெளியில் வாங்கி சாப்பிடும் உணவை விட நம் வீட்டிலேயே காலையில் செய்த உணவை இரவில் சாப்பிடுவது எவ்வளவோ மேல்.
