@@TheWayToWinBut he kind of disproves your whole thesis... Tebogo got out faster than anyone else, then fell back a little because his top speed is lower than Noah's, but ultimately had better speed maintenance despite supposedly wasting all that energy in the first 10m...
@@TheWayToWin so you mean if Tebogo ran as Lyles. he could have ran 19.3 yesterday? Have to remember as well that Tebogo also normally has better start than Noah. I also dont think this is Noah in prime shape. He recently got covid. This is his normal level. Maybe that also counts for Tebogo.
I don’t think his start is him conserving energy I think it’s just cause he has a bad start compared to others pros, he is probably trying just as hard as them but his top speed is superior.
different body’s. Everyone is different. while usain got out aggressively, you can also tell he is really relaxed nd doesn’t burn energy out( because of how fast he finishes). It’s not that he doesn’t get out smooth nd relaxed or patient, it’s just that he is doing what lyles is doing, at a faster pace. Usain is know for his long strides nd how much force he put into the ground compared to the average sprinter(that and his WR’s obviously)

Well Lyles split 1.94 in a balls out 100m and "2.05" (bs) in his 6.51 60m pb. Meanwhile Tebogo split 1.86 in the same 100m race. So Lyle's, despite what he might say is absolutely accelerating as fast as he can (relaxed or not) and at the very least Tebogo and Lyles, if they WERE holding back were holding back to the identical degree based on their individual starting capabilities. I.E IF Lyles was holding back then Tebogo was to the exact same extent.🤷
The purpose of relaxed acceleration is to save energy and achieve higher precision in force application, resulting in a faster top-end speed. Ben Johnson did the same thing in the first 10 meters, and his acceleration remains one of the fastest in history.
@@TheWayToWinBen Johnson?! In the 100m? I don't understand what you're referring to. You're indicating that slower initial acceleration is beneficial. They aren't accelerating more slowly. And Ben Johnson barely ever ran 200m?

I think it’s super important to understand that you are talking about smooth, patient and even acceleration not “slow” acceleration, great video
thank you very much!
I think you should make a video about letsile tebogo s technique to how he runs so fast, I mean his only 20
I will
@@TheWayToWin yay he is my fav
So what happened to Erithion he is better

I love the breakdown of Noah Lyles race, very good information
thank you!
Can you analyse letsile tebogo ? He has such a smooth technique and fast op end speed its insane
This only works if your top end speed is like Noah's. If you have a slower top end speed your faster start is your best only hope to beat him.
True
it works even better for slower guys
In that case is actually all the way around
Are we not gonna talk about the way tobogo was chasing noah
That's not essential to this video. He din't surprise at all; he always ran very smart and relaxed. Well deserved rusult.

Also noticeable that Tebogo dont even focus on his own racexD he is sprinting like its a 1500 meter. Running tacticallyxD

@@DominicR-y5dye he is bc in the vid Noah start was still in the blocks while others where pushing out

Noah has the slowest drive phrase out of the sprinters. He even acknowledges it. He is not holding back at all. He just hasnt masted his drive starts.
Yes, it was just a slip of the tongue in the video.
Does lyles work on gradual acceleration during practice too?
why is no-one talking about how taboo almost ate him up

Да, бежать она стала очень круто, выше похвал.
Great strategy to win 200m races but I don't think it is to break the WR of which he has made it well known is his goal.
Wow...Didn't realize he won so many 200 meter races. So, by chance he gets the record he will become the greatest 200m sprinter of all time...
How did he almost get ran down tho?
almost is the key word
Noah had an uncharacteristically bad final 20 meters
tebogo shall break the 200m WR before lyles
Absolutely not
