According to Wowhead Blizzard removed their post about removing the "Insane in the Membrane" achievement, so it probably means they will keep it in the game.

SoD is just not it. Ive been looking forward to Cata but it feels like blizzard is just kinda pushing it out the door.

@chandlermidkiff2028 how you work that out? Everyone gets the same amount of lock outs. Playing 4 or 50 hours a week makes no difference to getting bis. Just raid log.

As much as I'll get shit on for this, MoP was the first version of WoW that I played since I was too young to play the first 3 expansions. I'm considering playing Cata classic just because that's the world that I grew up in and I want to play it for the first time again
I think regardless of how Cata and the MoP remix do, MoP classic will come out. Honestly, the idea that they’ll do some time running style instead makes no sense.

as someone who played the beta for WoW: remix, i can say it has little to nothing to do with their plans for Classic. Their not the same team, and i don't see any overlap. the reasons i see that Cata has a faster pace is for Classic+. SoD was their test and it was a big hit. Ive taken 3 Classic surveys in the last 2 years that hinted at Classic+. it felt like to me that MoP, WoD and so on might just be side thoughts and that Classic+ is their next move. they just havent let anyone know
SoD is not a big hit. Among all the people I physically know, roughly 60 in real life, only two play SoD, most play retail at around 40
I have in fact been balls deep in SoD!
I really hope they make it to Classic MoP. Those were the good old days

@@arthurvyrin3431 You can be nice and critical. In fact, being critical is essential in being nice as no one (company) is perfect, and critics are what keeps you in check to do better. Being blindly supportive is being mean because you're condemning the company to failure in the long run - and that's what fanboys have done.

For some reason they put all the man power on dog shit sod. I dont get how people enjoy that slow ass vanilla gameplay. i really dont. All hail cata
the way in which blizzard releases expansions is abusive, they make all your gear and char useless resetting progression completely. why are greens better than epics, why do you have no transferrable honour with a faction, how much more do i need to grind to satisfy blizzard so i can play a dungeon sim or just run open world?
we dont want to be abused anymore, thats why classic will always work and they should have a server for each expansion that isnt progressive
what evidence is there that people want Mists over Cata...? Mists is when it became more like retail with the talent system overhaul...

Thunking that the mop remix will replace classic nop is just pure delusion. The remix is only going to be there untill the war within comes out and it has almost nothing to do with mop except were it takes place. Most raids are on lrf difficulty and everyone is just overpowered as shit. It has almost nothing to do with how mop acually played back in the day.
Give us Mop server and call it good.
Come back in a year and this will also last about a year.
I’m not happy with the sped up cadence of this release…I understand why, still don’t like it. I have a suspicion that they will slow it down a bit once people start playing this again.
At this point I would rather see another fresh classic server cluster. It progresses to TBC -> WotLK at about a 1.5yr per xpac cadence. Or maybe two server clusters, one with each expansion progressing 2yrs per xpac and another at 1yr per xpac. Idk

Well, it's up to everybody for sure. I just think that if people enjoyed Wotlk, then they're gonna love Cata as it is far superior in literally every single aspect there is.
