The blood slowly oozing across the table was a nice touch. They did a good job setting that up so that it slowly reached him right at the end of the scene when he has to make his choice.
It never ceases to bug me how a guy who caused the deaths of dozens of innocents could react with rage when his own (equally guilty) wife was shot. I know it's just a script, but it so clearly mimics real-life bullies who get outraged when they experience the same turmoil they give others, as though it never crossed their minds that it could come back full circle.
So glad John made it out alive and got his sons back. Poor guy was a victim of these assholes and had already lost his wife, dying alone in the middle of a trailerpark in NYC was undeserved all the way.

Punisher never moves against low life, let's say "everyday" common criminals. He's not patrolling the streets killing someone stealing a car, for example.
