Man this moments are the ones that make this version of Frank likeable and give him personality. In the comics usually (at least for me) they represent frank as a man with no feelings that kills without any kind of fallout of his actions. but Bernthal's version has this moments that make you want for him a normal life and it hurts that he just cannot have one
Absolutely, while I love Punisher in the comics...well, depending on a writer of course, he just wouldn't work in a TV show. Seeing a 13 episode show with a emotionless robot would me just tiresome. You need a dynamic character to keep the story fresh.
The scene where Curtis is talking about being Frank's only one legged black friend and Frank's like "gotta tell u something..." Is probably the funniest scene in the season

This show was phenomenal from start to end. I really hate how we ly wont get a season 3 and if we do it wont be for a hot minute thanks to Disney and their BS

Without a doubt the funniest part from this season is the girl killing the guy and frank coming barreling up the stairs and she looks scared saying “I killed him” and franks way to comfort her was to turn around and put two bullets in the guy finishing him off and says “you didn’t kill him I did”... frank castle. Man who finds the best way to comfort someone is to murder a person right in front of their eyes😂😂😂
This is the type of comedy I like in the MCU. Slight visual gags, occasional levity, but not constant annoying and grating quips every few seconds. Jon Bernthal’s amazing in this role.
