Hard not to like this show, but there are way too many scenes like this one where Reacher doesn’t exert ANY force to keep the bad guy at bay. He’s a big guy, but it’s often just NOT believable.
The average american cop cant tell you the oath her swore to the constitution. They are trained to see citizens as enemies or chumps to be taxed by petty motor vehicle infractions. Now you even have the 'thin blue line'...theyre not even hiding the fact too many cops are just gang members. When a good cop stands back and takes no action against a bad cop you now have two bad cops.
