Is it worth the price difference getting a post-2019 TTS for the 7 speed DSG? I’ve heard post-2019 the exhaust is also quieter
7 speed:
Better fuel eco at highway speeds (70mph) (+)
No dsg farts when shifting (-)
Much quieter exhaust because of the gasoline particulate filter (---)
So, the 2019 TTS is only worth it if you like the updated looks and you need the extra fuel economy on the highway.
DSG7 (DQ381) is stronger and less highway rpm = more efficient

can the DSG gear change 'burp' be dialed down so that it is similar at larger throttle openings to lower? -Assuming it isnt ant-lag - even if it is , I could do without that tedious boy racer ' sound effect

@@spolo123 ..not yet, got a Zoe R135Gt for a yr - shall investigate the TT to see if I can still get through restricted height doorway soon (arthritic neck)

3:06 please stop the car first, then put it in reverse, then stop it and put in in drive. That was painful to watch.
The dsg transmission isn't that dumb, you can also put it in reverse while you driving 200 kmh on the Autobahn, it won't put the gear in until you stand still.
I prefer TT RS but this is still nice
