I simply don't understand this generation and the hatred they have for everything. Look at this case: if what you claim is true, him announcing this and receiving something from sales of the product won't affect anything and won't fool anyone. If anything, if you were at least a decent person without this rotten cancel culture, you would have said something like this: "the product is always 15% off, but buy with the streamer's recommendation and help support the channel." But no, so what's your intention, young man full of anger? Their intention is just to bother; this shows very well what this generation is made of-a bunch of idiots who have nothing to do other than invade other people's space and exude hate. As I said before, if your intention was to alert people, there are mature ways to do this without embarrassing anyone. I recommend that you don't watch this channel anymore; you don't deserve it. And yes, I'm embarrassing you so you know what the poison you distill tastes like.
My best guess is that there will be an idris you can walk around during fleet week, so that everyone can get a chance to see inside it, but it wont be flyable
You don’t have many options in space boarding. Unless you punch a hole through the hull you have to go through a hatch or airlock. I don’t see them implementing that. In my opinion boarding a ship and defenders having heavy advantage seems realistic. The only thing coming to my mind as far as balance would be a handheld “boarding” shield but there’s nothing stopping the defenders having them too.
Would be impressive for RSI to release both Zeus and Polaris together, but no, I don’t think they will release two flagship models at the same time even if they were ready for release.
ther is a german youtuber that has he's little grubs in cig that said the polaris will be in invictus 99.9999% and some other things he can't speak of we will have to see.
Not only is it exciting to see the Zeus come along so quickly (relative to ship builds of this size in the past), but it makes me hopeful that this is the new development velocity we'll see on ships in that size/complexity moving forward. It's very encouraging to see process in general get better. Personally, my heart is set on seeing my RSI Polaris finally come in game; but I'm happy to see there's progress being made all over.
Idea: For the scanner gameplay (exploration career) in the scanner seat , the devs can hire an astronomer to reference with to implement emission and absorption spectrum scanners. This allows a exploration ship to gather data about stars like the size category of star (supergiant, dwarf, etc.; can have how many planets orbiting; likely hood of going supernova), surface temperature, energy radiation (support life?), age of system, distance to that star, star system moving closer or farther away from our system (Stanton). Pretty much giving more gameplay to dedicated roles and adds more playability and usefulness to ship equipment (loadout/setup). Better scanners allow for more range & detail (accuracy & precision) of data gathered. This knowledge about how the scanners work can be added to the Star Citizen wikipedia.
Had my first taste of 3.23 on the EPTU and it really impressed me. Glad to see a 2 week Invictus planned as i'm trying to introduce more friends SC. Thanks for the update mate o7
There is zero reason to expect the Polaris to be released at ILW. Nothing in the monthly reports suggests it is that far along. It's exterior art complete at best with the interior in a mix of greybox and early art.
For the Legionnaire and boarding, IMO it should be very risky and difficult. Holding an airlock should be *very* in favor of the defenders, as you're talking about a very very high potential reward, with you taking an enemy Cap ship. Real life boarding actions (when those were common) have very high casualty rates.
It's gonna be mostly Military Ships, and the new Retaliator with it's new modules. I can't see the Zeuss or Arrastra making an appearance. Invictus is Military after all, bring on Defense Con!! Drake Rulz!!
...last patch till 4.0? They have literally referenced .24 for other things to release/update. Also the legion boarding is supposed to be through the docking collar/air locks of ships... or am I wrong and they are just gonna damage the hull of any ship it boards? Doubt it.
I think boarding should be a very hazardous action. I think it's natural that the defending ship would have a HUGE advantage. I don't want boarding to be an easy option for pirates. I want them to really have to risk losing everyone in the attemp. As it is, the murder hobos often makes me hate playing as they always have the advantage.
im patiently waiting for the Legionnaire, although i see myself using it more for boarding NPC ships, rather than player ships, so cover is a bit less needed there given....you know....the Ai as it is
No mention - at all - of the Polaris for the last two monthly reports and another month nearly to work on it, when it sounded like it was almost done in February. I'm sticking with my CitizenCon prediction of an ILW release.
So i've been following this game in a long time now but i need to ask the one and only question. Should i finally buy this game ? It looks amazing but the monetization kind of scares me a bit and im worried about the emptyness or just not being able to play and have fun without having to spend money in the game. So should i get this game and just launch myself into this what seems to be amazing adventure ?
They're def not gonna want to drag their feet on the polaris, its a good testbed for engineering gameplay, but CIG is quite obsessed with holding off on shit until x or y event.
I cant say im too hyped about a medical Ursa. After all, unless CIG decided to surprise us with a big expansion of medical and vehicle gameplay, those things would only spend their existences in cargo holds to create improvised medical ships for a long, long time
I wish cig put more thought into ship design for medical stuff like all industrial ships and long range exploration should have small medbays in case of accidents.
Please stop using the Polaris as a Thumbnail picture to clickbait, thx! I rly like your content but every SC RUclips uses the Polaris as a clickbait...
From what I gather, we have no proof of it being anywhere close to release - people hoping for its arrival at ILW, as much as I can relate to them, are speculating at best. With the absence of any Polaris info in the recent few monthly reports, I think it‘s a fair demand to not use it as thumbnail. Much higher chance we‘ll see the RSI Zeus Mk2 and it was also in the report, why not use that :)
@@antoniovinciguerra8982 100%! I love the polaris, i want a release myself but i click on the video and hope for new news and there is only speculation….

The date for Invictus just dropped it will be from 17 May through 29 May. They said the Polaris will be in a "flyby" and in my opinion will not be released. Although there is hope as RSI is on the first days of the event.
I would be very surprised if they managed to squeeze out the Polaris at Invictus. With all the new devs moved over I think there's a possibility of it but it seems unlikely. I'm still guessing Citcon at the earliest as the Polaris is still a pretty big ship. I'm betting Invictus will see the hover bikes, Retaliator rework, and possibly a concept for one of the ships that was teased last citcon. Still leaves plenty of stuff for Citcon and IAE I hopium guess is the Zeus will come with cargo elevators.
I think they will hold off the big ships until server meshing is in but is the Polaris a big ship or a small enough crew to let it be released we will just have to see. Galaxy next for base building then the best Perseus 😁
I think the Zeus CL would be a smart addition for the cargo update, but I more lean towards them working on having the MR variant done for ILW. I think that goal for them makes more sense since that is a set date, where as cargo got pushed back so I assume they knew that as a possibility and put their focus elsewhere. All speculation of course! Love your super chill gameplay content!
Looking forward to seeing what is new for sale soon. Very curious what 323 will be like live. Also the event coming very soon has me excited, but cautious too.
I had initially seen the zeus as being in the same class with a freelancer, but seeing more of it now it seems that it may be more closely a connie competitor. Either way i'm looking forward to its release. I see that size of ship as the sweet spot between solo and multicrew, bet you can get a lot of use out of them

Not understanding why they can’t sim shaped charges. In the year 2024 we can line four strips on detcord on a five foot strip of duct tape, slap it on a door and if you stand right in front of it nearly, it will cut right through the door without hurting you. But in 2749 we don’t have night vision and have to put our drinks on the ground before we can pick them up 😂😂😂
Highly unlikely, or if there is, it'll be a single display ship only and not spawnable. The servers can't take multiple ships of that size until we get server meshing, and that isn't until 4.0

Question 🙋♂️? Why are they working on the legionnaire? Isn’t the focus RSI family ships……regardless I am happy they are working on backlog ships 😅
Their primary focus is on ships needed for SQ42. Not sure how the Legionnaire fits into the story though.
Second priority is RSI
It was one of the ships teased in the citizen con ships they want to release in the next 12 months
