Thank You Eilleen for your Videos, I am now 54 and I am getting all the Menapause systems that you talk about, from cramps in my knees & feet, going to the washroom, Sleeping, and the worst is Acid reflex, hot flashes 🤯 So with Gratitude I Thank You from me thinking I'm going Crazy. ❤❤❤
Thank you Eileen, again a great video with helpful tips. I find I am having a lot of wind at night time, especially when going to bed, sometimes it is embarrassing. I was beginning to contemplate sleeping in the spare bedroom, but my longsuffering husband won't have non of it😊
For several years I only had one to three BMs a week. No doctors helped me, other than tell me it must be normal for me if it has always been this way for me. WoW! So glad when I decided to do my own research, and found out magnesium citrate has me going every day now.
I went to the Drugstore and asked for magnesium and he gave me Liquid magnesium that you take with a spoon, it taste like cherries 😋 and also powder Magnesium to put in my smoothies.
Very important topic, menopause, loss of my Son and high stress has screwed me up, Big time! I believe the combination has landed me with a leaky gut, histamine intolerance & allergies. I'm reducing the stress but for the leaky gut and allergies, skin rash on my stomach. I'm a little lost on where to begin healing because I'm miserable
Hi Lady Virgo I am so sorry to hear about your son, it must be such a distressing time for you and your family. We do know that both physical and emotional distress can have a huge impact on the hormones and digestion so this situation is not unusual! Trying to sort this yourself can be really difficult so I would suggest seeking the advice of a Nutritional Therapist; they can formulate a personalised treatment plan for you with support. Best Wishes Eileen
Hi Eileen I don't have an apetite hardly. I feel full and bloated most of the time. I have terrible headaches ALL THE TIME!! every thing has slowed down so much, this is really helpful I feel so tired too, how can I help this?? yes its like the food does not shift like it used to. Ive tried so much I eat really healthy !! and drink lots of water and herbal tea. But I feel so full when I drink or eat I dont want to do it. I have to force my self to eat or drink. I am not hungry. can you help please thanks
Hi Have you had this checked by your doctor? Other health issues can often creep in at the menopause and loss of appetite and fatigue could be caused by an underactive thyroid. Your doctor can test for this just to rule it out. If all is well then it may be a good idea to see a Nutritional Therapist. They can formulate an individual treatment plan for you, making sure that you get enough nutrition and also improve your general digestion. In the meantime you may find a Bitter remedy such as Centaurium can help to ease the stomach discomfort. If you don't live in the UK or Ireland just ask at your health store for a 'Digestive Bitter' and they will know what you mean. Best Wishes Eileen
Thank you for these tips. I have tried for years to solve my constipation . I exercize, drink water, eat lots of root veg , fruit, etc. Recently I have found Aloe crystals have helped but am concerned I wont have access to them in Holland where I am relocating to. What are considered the bitter salad leaves?
Hi Linda Bitters would include peppermint, fennel, parsley, endive, dandelion, kale. A small portion of these as a starter can often work well for digestion! Best Wishes Eileen
Hi Anita We would recommend plenty of fresh vegetables, a little fresh fruit and protein either as meant/fish or beans/pulses/curd cheeses etc and reduce carbs such as rice and breads as these can often cause bloating and constipation in the menopause Best Wishes Eileen
How long do fibroids last before menapause come I’m 49 yrs old I’ll be 50 in August hopefully I won’t have to deal with the horrible fibroids thanks in advance for your response
Hi Tiffany Unfortunately, this is a very difficult question to answer, as it is different for every woman and can depend on the size of the fibroids, how many there are and how long they have been present. Sorry, I can be more specific. Best Wishes Eileen

You're welcome, Marina!
How does Ca2+ help ones digestion. I thought it constipated and that Mg was associated with aiding movement through the GIT.
She's too good
Thanks!
