I really thank God for your awesome videos, tips, and advice. Going through perimenopause and experiencing doctors who know NOTHING about this, is both scary and frustrating. I've gone through multiple invasive tests on my heart, and thankfully results have come back fine. But not ONE doctor ever mentioned that my heart issues may be related to perimenopause, even when i mentioned that my blood pressure would spike every time i got my period. I'm so grateful that there are wise women, such as yourself, out there, bringing us hope - and calm. 😘🙏

Ladies I suffer from major gas (mostly burping) and major heartburn, the kind that radiates to my back and it feels like I’m ready to quit at everything!!!! It gets so bad that I can’t even think straight and I forget what I do naturally to ease and heal this horrible pain!!! The answer for me is a really good hearty bone broth. I add chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon. I sip it twice a day and I swear the next day I am 80% better. I keep drinking this for about a week or so and it works so well!!! I drink about a cup more or less depends on how I feel, I’m very intuitive with my eating and healing. This helps the gut and immune system as well. I hope this can help someone ❤

I just hold on tight. I'm getting good at this now, but there isn't one day that I don't pray to God to never get another period ever again. Hi Aideen, Falling oestrogen can have an effect on the digestive system and many women do get heartburn. Make sure that you eat really slowly; eating too quick or on the run can be a contributory factor. Drink plenty of plain water every day too. @navbharat1443 Hi, yes, I am now fine. I first off, had to stop drinking coconut milk. My system couldn't take it anymore after 10 yrs. 2nd, I was in the end phase of perimenopause. Oddly enough, I normally don't eat wheat bc I am intolerant, but I started craving it. So I ate wheat products for about 8 months or so, not having any issues. It actually brought my personal system into balance. Having said that, I eventually needed to stop again back to a gluten-free diet. I believe having known my body, I eventually figured my situation out. I have no more issues. So, for me it was maneuvering my diet & finally reaching full menopause allowing my body to finally calm. Not sure if this helps any.🙏
