Bought our RV slightly used, so all markings on the buttons and stove are long gone. THANK YOU for this very informative vid - it brings years of me burning my fingers with matches to a swift end! 😊

      Hi There!
I'd recommend contacting the parts department at your local Camping World. They made need the exact model number off your unit, but should be able to help you locate those parts. Here's where you can find the location closest to you: rv.campingworld.com/locations

Ok good job on the video... My two things are; that oven door closes completely mine does not, I didn't think it was an issue till I seen the video. Ok number two; my sparker doesn't work all the time and it's clean with no build up. So what say you on this? Thanks in advance.

Hi there! Sorry it took us a while to get back to you. We were waiting on some feedback from our technical institute. Here's some more info:
Oven doors can be adjusted, but the process is difficult and should be done by qualified technicians to avoid destroying the door.
If the piezo striker is intermittent or inoperative, check the ignitor tip and burner, burnish with steel wool or scotch brite if necessary. Inspect the ceramic base of the ignitor for cracks. Inspect the wires from the striker to the ignitors for damage to the insulation. If all of these check out, the striker itself may be bad.
Hope this helps, and please let us know if you have any follow up questions.

Without seeing it, I don't want to guess and tell you the wrong thing. Best bet is to take it in to your local Camping World, better safe than sorry with any appliance! - Chris Young

The ignition spark does not work, what should i look for

      Hi!
Are you certain that you have sufficient propane supply?
That's where I'd start. And you can test that by attempting to light your cooktop using a BBQ lighter.
With the propane supply off, you can also attempt to operate the ignition spark and look for a visible spark at the burner. If you're not seeing a spark and you can light your burner using a BBQ lighter but not the built-in igniter, it's possible that igniter needs to be replaced.
However, your best resource for operating and troubleshooting instructions will always be the owner's manual for the cooktop, as provided by its manufacturer.
Please let us know if you have any follow up questions!

Yes, checked propane and checked with a lighter. It works. It’s the ignition switch or wires coming from it ?
      Where could I get one?
      Thanks a lot

Is the pilot light out in your oven?
If so, this video may be helpful: ruclips.net/video/31jfb81j65g/видео.html
