    I love programming and coaching, but what I love even more is seeing the changes (inside and out) from the awesome clients I’m coaching.
    As I’ve said before, people overestimate what they can do in the short term and drastically underestimate what they can do in the long-term.
    The progress these ladies have made over the years is 🤯
