This is a bit specific but I'd love a mod that makes regi-gigas huge, It's a bit weird how most alphas are bigger than him. Maybe some other legendaries could be bigger too, like palkia/dialga/arceus etc

Yes! I like the idea of a central area you operate out of rather than a series of towns, but there are definitely times I'd love to just jump from one area straight to another without having to to cut back through town!
@@Gone4Everx I suspect the same. That's when it "rolls" for outbreaks and satchels and that sort of thing. Still, there are times when it would be nice to allow you to jump one area to another directly, even if that skips some of that (outbreaks won't spawn until you go back through town or whatever).
1:56 My least favorite part about sprinting with Wyrdeer and Basculegion is the fact that the camera decides to go on an adventure.
Literally, trying to do a balloon race and having the camera go all "look at this cool scenery" when I'm trying to look where I'm going is an absolute pain. Moving sprint to L3 at least would free up the thumb to move the camera back into place

@@Rohebat i have one of those controllers with buttons on the back and i put the spint button for them on that and it helps but even being free to use the stick to fight the camera its still annoying
Now all we need in this is a mod that allows you to throw items while riding either Wyrdeer or Ursaluna. Seriously, they had no reason to make Basculegion the only mount to allow you to do that.

I just want a way to sort Pokémon in pastures. It’s such a pain right now to go through and release duplicates, especially considering how incentivized you are to catch a ton of each Pokémon. Let me sort them by species, type, number etc
I know it's not the same, but using the search function on occasion has helped me clear out and organize dupes
Fill 4 pastures and go to the lady by the pastures. You can individually select pokemon with X and then mass release them.

@@gstellar96 The original looks prettier. Same for the textures. Sure, the number indicating the texture resolution might be lower on he original but that does not equal better looking. All the graphics mods here look horrid except the draw distance.
The wydeer one could really be nice. I hate switching to sneasler and back again just to climb a small hill was having trouble with the deer on lol

@@Pulliii I was breaking some of the early game by spamming the the + button to dismount an mount during jumps. It allowed me to pop above ledges Wyrdeer was not able to with a normal jump. lol

Mmm.. Now that you mention ursaluna this was a missed opportunity to use basculegion as a wisp detector since he is a ghost type made out of souls
Honestly those mount mods are a must have, love those changes to the mobility in this game
Seeing these mods makes me sad that some of the basic quality of life improvements and other things such as the fix for weird reflections, aren't in the game as-is.
Modders generally add QOL features to a lot of games that the devs themselves didn't think of. It's nothing really new.

Better Braviary is a very good mod, but....when you throw a pokemon on a tree or a rock with a pokemon hiding in it, and call Braviary before tbe fight, it is gonna despawn midair and you will die from fall damage

The sky is the one thing i like the most with the game. The mod just makes it look like normal clouds. If ppl are gonna “improve” the graphics with mods they should take the intentional artistic style into account. Otherwise youre just turning the game into looking like any other landscape.
Gonna be honest some of the first couple graphic mods shown weren't all that better. Like the water one, i liked the original better, and the sky one didn't really look like it changed anything for me aside from adding so much more stars in the sky.
Okay can I paint a picture for a moment? Modders have had around 2 weeks to develop these graphical mods, Nintendo has been working on arceus for years. For their visual mod to be just as good if not slightly better in a two week span and Nintendo can’t even make arceus as graphically sound as the game they literally built the world off of (breath of the wild) is saying a lot bud.
Agreed, the first two were unimpressive. If they hadn't been labeled, I wouldn't have known which was vanilla and which was modded

@SnapClap Even so, the quality is still meh, regardless of any of that. That’s not to say the modders are incompetent, just that the quality isn’t the best.
@@SnackClip It's always easier to make modifications to something than building it from the ground up. But I do commend the modders and am happy everyone can appreciate this game the way they want.

yes was going to say this, i want a mod wher the pokemon follo you, cant be that damn hard right? And, it could also auto trigger battle with pokemon, so you wouldnt have to worry about getting obliterated from an off-screene pokemon that just hates your entire bloodline, instead, the pokemon thats following you around, will engage in battle to defend you. That would be nice.
@@Kugrox thats..incredibly hard. Youd need to reverse engineer how battles start, models work, how walking and positions work, timings, its a mess
@@xpok3947 not when gamefreak already has all of the animations done, wouldn't be the first time a Pokémon game has reused animation literally just need to port walking animations from swsh and the auto battle would actually work better because it would skip the throw animation

A mod that means you can throw a pokeball or a Pokémon out whilst on a ride Pokémon would be ideal. Pressing the plus button constantly is a pain.

omg...all i want is the ursaluna one. i do love the wyrdeer one tho cuz he feels way more like one of them mountain goats that stand on impossible looking vertical walls. But yeah, Ursaluna? I love him so much i wish he were fast all the time.

I really wonder if the poke crew will bring those pokemon to a newer generation game would be fun i understand that some of them might have change location but i'm sure really big bears still exist and there are still wooden balls in the making so yeah i can see the old pokemon in the next generation.

It is annoying how janky slopes tend to be with Wyrdeer.
I think it would be really cool if we got a mod that expands upon wild Pokémon behavior. Imagine seeing wild Pokémon battle or attack berry trees for food, or go to a water source to drink.
Mine and a ton of other people's biggest issue with the game is the graphics so all these graphical update mods are exactly what I've wanted

I don’t mind the graphics personally. I know it looks like I booted up a GameCube, but it’s the Nintendo Switch we are talking about. It can’t even run MarioKart 64 Online properly. Honestly makes me worry about Bayonetta 3 on the harsh FPS drops like Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.

@@denrise3113 ….. the hell you talking about, Zelda is it’s own thing that took over 10 years to make and is more an art style thing rather than graphics. Monster hunter rise is more so just high bloom, rise will like incredibly better on pc. That’s not to say the graphics aren’t bad here because they are (you can literally see them rush the graphics for all diamond clan outfits.)
I don't think the current mods enhance it that much beside the removal of weird reflection, the texture are a big issue but it is not the only problem. There is core issues that no amount of layered painting can hide.
Just going to coastal map, at the tip of the cliff thing that separate the two beaches, the edge of it that has holes, plus the caves entrances, are a different type of rocks/model. This is probably what the cliff in its entierety was supposed to look like, but they instead had to rush it and just keep the uggly mountain mess with seam textures that you can even see it connect with the ground, because they got crunched.
I like to show botw screenshot to remind people that nice visual are possible and the switch might not be a pc or a ps5, but it can hold itself, games that get rushed cut corners, including optimisation, instead they will remove stuff to balance the issues because they don't have time. Even without grass/vegetation or physic , botw looks better than arceus. The map itself has better structure and is not just one plane with different elevation. Steep mountains like in arceus are usually, in other games, modelled apart of the ground , since they are so vertical. There is so many mountains and such in arceus you would have thought it would have been a priority visually. Its a shame they didnt give them more time, because gameplay wise the game is fun

Cyrus: Legend tells of a boy with a Louis Vuitton saddle bag catching ancient pokemon with modern day pokeballs. Everywhere he went, the scenery looks more crisp, except the water, which only looks crisp some of the time. Every time he caught a pokemon, some strange voice would echo across the land, signifying his victory over the pokemon, and all of this led me to capturing Dialga just so I could travel back in time and meet that kid!
People keep saying Legends is lazy cause of the visuals which…There is more to a game than visuals and this game went for more of the gotta catch ‘em all phrase then MAKE EVERYTHING LIKE NEW POKÉMON SNAP! It’s not MEANT to always look like mesmerizing
It doesn't have to look mesmerizing. I don't think it's too much to ask for it to not look like a cheap Gamecube game.

and the Pink one was Dialga .. cuz in my head that's just how it went and I didn't look it up either
so fir many years I always got the names mixed up until I finally played a poke.... the pixelmon mod in minecraft cuz I don't have consoles ..

This just makes me sad that the actual game doesn't have these improvements. Ursaluna is straight up useless in the game, but seeing it zoom around in the last mod is amazing. All the noble Pokemon are soooo much better with the mods, and they should be that way, or upgradable to that way or something

I like the Traverse Town background theme
The enhanced throwing is helpful, but after a while playing, before knowing about the mod, I noticed that I can just catch the Pokémon with a wing ball and it still goes far when I throw it after catching, so like, if I need to get to a tree or a rock and there’s a wild Pokémon near by, my chance of getting the materials without being spotted is higher.

Love the background music and video, Kingdom Hearts music is top tier and all the mods are cool
I think a good mod for the game would be some form of ability to increase gathering, e.g. instead of 1 iron chunk you pick up 3-4, instead of a few apricorns you can pick up 15 or so a tree... or have different versions from a slight increase... to a huge increase like 100 per tree, etc
