I'm a 18 year old white belt. Started doing MMA at 12 and I focused on BJJ, then I ACTUALLY started BJJ at 15. Watched this video along with a omoplata crucifix choke video before I went in. Took me a week to start rolling (gym rule) but I was drilling this move. When I was allowed to roll, I hit this move a few times. I still hit this move to this day.

it should be berimbolo omoplata rather than omoplata berimbolo. its a bit deceiving that way coz the techniques are normally verb + noun. Same like saying a heel hook inverted :D
