Ms. Carrie i went through 4or 5 recipe for cooking chicken and rice. and i saw you, i just orderedy groceries over the weekend, and have everything that you are showing. i normally buy ether thighs or wings, but I'm going to add broccoli to my casserole dish. this video was made a year ago. but i wanted to make this dish. that will last for a few days. and what ever i have left over, i just put in large zip lock bag and freeze until i rewarm up again. and my side dish is a cranberry salad. 😊

Hey Carrie! Can you believe it is cold here in Texas? My grandmother had an old roasting pan like yours and hers was bigger! My mother would use it all the time! When I started the cooking, I went out and bought one of the speckled roasters and it was a forest green one! My mother had a fit! She told me that I better not touch my grandmother's roaster, because no one told me to go and buy that pot anyway 😆 So that roaster is still here, even though my mother is not! Funny thing is that when my father or brother used to use it for BBQ! 🤔🤨🧐😗✌️💙🙏

Ms,Carrie my mom always made coconut cake especially on Thanksgiving, and she made it on my 16th birthday, I'm 69 years, and it's my favorite cake when i think about her.
