I watched your video on making gnocchi an then yesterday I made it with leftover mashed potatoes. It was so easy to do! I froze them like you did too. I’m thinking now I will make the sauce and give this bake a try. It looks really good! Thanks Becky! Terri 😊

I LOVE your videos!! I get so excited when I see a new notification 😊 I am a very busy working mom of 4 children. I love casserole dishes for those busy days, and even for not so busy days. These new videos you've been making showing making casseroles and one pot meals are great!!! I seriously plan my weekly meals around your videos for some new delicious meals. Everyone is always happy!! Thank you so much!!
I’ve always loved your gardening and cooking videos. But these 5 dinner meals you’ve been doing are great for me. I’m loving all the new ideas for dinner. Thank you!

Thank you for soupless casserole recipe! I love watching your channel seeing young people living clean wholesome lives successfully. My greatest admiration is how you keep Baby Acre protected from the camera. While I'd love to see how cute he is and how he's growing out of natural curiosity, I'm happy to leave it to imagination. Especially in this day, children need protection by wise parents. Good job Becky and Josh!
Having a blessed day doing the things I love. Having my grown children over for Sunday dinner all pre- prepped and cooked earlier this week ..skills I learned from you Becky. Now just crocheting and listening to James Taylor til kids arrive at 4pm. and you and your video just makes it all that much better.
FYI; I have been making the taco bake for years; I let my kids pick out their birthday dinners and my middle son had picked this one. I write the dates in my recipe books and who picked it. That way I know if its extra special for that child and sometimes the recipe becomes a family favorite letting the kids be involved. Tip: I don’t add the chips because they get soggy and don’t make good leftovers. I just bake the meat & cheese mixture adding the mixture over the chips after. Another advantage to that is if you have to much leftover it freezes well without the chips… by the way we like Frito’s, Sour Cream and Black Olives…it is a versatile recipe.
I had to tell you I tried your double wrap on my casseroles for freezing. Two layers of foil and 2 layers of plastic wrap. I froze a stuffed shell bake 3 months ago. Thawed it today...it was as good as the day I made it originally. Great technique Becky. Thanks
Becky, I just wanted you to know how much you inspire me. I have a disabling neurologic condition where my body doesn't always want to cooperate, so good days have to be really productive. I gotta get stuff done while I'm able because I don't know when my next bad day will be. Today on a really good day, I made half batch recipes of your salsa verde chicken and chicken soup base that you made with your sweet MIL in an earlier video. And whilst busying myself, I am watching this video and quite literally made Renee's chicken and rice with you for dinner! It feels nice to know I can still have nutritious food prepared ahead of time for my son for when those not so good days inevitably come. Thanks so much for the canning (and dinner) inspiration!

Just made the chicken and stuffing casserole and it is amazing! I will definitely be making this all winter. Like Becky was saying ” it’s like a warm hug on a cold winters day!” Served it with some cranberry sauce. Delicious!
I hope you do more of these. I absolutely love them. You planned my entire weeks worth of dinners for me with leftovers I can put in the freezer for another time. The crock pot meals you did, I haven't done all of those yet but, the ones that I did make, I made 2 and put one in the freezer for a freezer meal. I have to have 5 surgeries pretty soon and you don't know how much this helps. Thanks friend.

So thoughtful to your sister for making her life easier. Add in some of your fresh fruit, sauteed zucchini, yellow squash, and carrot pennies and you have my favorite Italian meal!
I make a similar casserole to the chicken and stuffing but just use thanksgiving leftovers, whatever veggies I have and leftover gravy and stuffing, sometimes I change it up and use leftover mash on the top. Always good.
I love watching your videos, your garden, your scratch pantry, your recipes, your newsletter, your mom, and your dogs in the background 🙂 Putting all this together must take an extraordinary amount of time but please know that it is SOOO appreciated! Please never stop! For Thanksgiving, I'm making the entire menu out of your recipes. A scratch pantry holiday!
I make a taco bake with the meat cooked like you did, but put in picante sauce in the meat and put cheddar cheese and Monterey jack cheese then cover with cornbread on top and bake until golden brown. It is also a good casserole to go into the freezer.
Oh Becky it really does make my day when I see your videos. It’s so lovely that you share everything with everyone including your fans - you are a perfect example of kindness and giving - I hope your wee family are well too. 🇬🇧☘️💐💐💐🎉🎉🥰🥰🥰
All of these look delicious- you have inspired me this Fall. Just want to say how very thoughtful you are making supper for your sister! I'm sure she appreciated & loved it! Thanks Becky!!
May we all show up for the pregnant and postpartum mamas in our life like you’ve done for your sister. Thank you for being a good example of this, Becky. 🙏🤍
Oh Becky your timing is perfect! We actually had rain today in Northern California! 🎉 nothing like some much needed comfort food casserole recipes! Chicken and rice is for tomorrow night! Thanks friend! Blessings to you and your sweet family!
So happy I found you. I am an American living in Egypt. No canned soup here, which I do not like to use anyway. I love how you cook and I am going to be making these things and enjoying them.
Good on you for making something for your sister. When I lived near my sister, we would do things like this for each other. Watching this, I really miss her! My freezer is about to get very busy with me storing prepped ingredients and leftovers!
All these recipes looked amazing. You have inspired me once again to cook something new! The chicken Parmesan and the stuffing bake are speaking to me from afar. 😊 You’re so thoughtful making your sister and her family dinner. 🍁🌻

LOVED this series, Becky. It makes me realize that Fall is here and the holiday seasons are about to arrive. This time of year is so warm and comforting in the kitchen.
The days have been quite cool this week here in central Alberta, Canada. It actually dropped to and below 0C, which is freezing 32F, the last couple of nights. If we had a garden we would have needed to harvest most of it by now. These meals sound delicious.
Oh my gosh! It's so good to see a young cook like yourself using enough ingredients so it doesn't look like you've just made an hors d'oeuvres!! You cook for the real person!! All of your recipes here look so good. Thank you for sharing! 💕💕👍👏
I make a really similar casserole to your taco bake too and I can do it three ways! Use the chips as you did for one. Another way is to put the filling in a pan and top with cornbread mix, bake, and top with cheddar cheese., the third way is to add a cup of rice and extra liquid. Keep the tomato juice and add about a cup of another liquid. They are all so different, yet similar and a good change.
Becky, many times we just do not even eat our Parmigiano with pasta. Just a good Italian bread toasted is amazing as well! The bread dipped into the sauce is so delicious as well. With the leftover Italian bread, just make a Parma sandwich
You're amazing! I'm making the chicken bake for the second time this weekend. Obviously, this was a big hit with my family. My son said, "This is the best dish I have ever eaten!" I think it is the nutmeg that puts it OTT.
Becky….there is only one thing better than watching your videos…watching with the view out your kitchen window!!!!..can’t wait to see more especially when snow is falling !!!😊🤗☺️
Hi Becky, thank you for the great ideas! The family thanks you in advance for the yummy supper. Just a suggestion for your parmesan cheese, I personally use a microplane to shred it. It makes the texture more suitable for breading. 😊
I’ve been making the chicken and rice meal for the last year, and it’s become a family favorite. The rice is so tasty, and the chicken stays very tender.
Around mid-September I start to really want a slow cooked casserole, my goto for the first of the year is always oxtail. Then around mid-March I start craving a fresh salad :) I will try some of these over the coming weeks for sure. Thanks Becky!

This is the first video of casserole meals that i have to say all looked really good and i will be making. I recently made breaded chicken but i used crushed up pretzels and it was sooooo good. You need to try.
I love how you grow and can your own stuff to use in making everything from scratch. I work 40 hours a week and don't have time or energy to cook that much never mind grow my own stuff. I'm interested in your canning too!
Wow! Thanks for sharing. So great to see casseroles without processed ingredients. Can't wait to make the gnocchi.
Your recipes are healthier than most - not a lot of processed food added. Love your channel. Thanks Becky.
I finally made a pie crust that I can proudly say I made
