I watched your video on making gnocchi an then yesterday I made it with leftover mashed potatoes. It was so easy to do! I froze them like you did too. I’m thinking now I will make the sauce and give this bake a try. It looks really good! Thanks Becky! Terri 😊
I love watching your videos, your garden, your scratch pantry, your recipes, your newsletter, your mom, and your dogs in the background 🙂 Putting all this together must take an extraordinary amount of time but please know that it is SOOO appreciated! Please never stop! For Thanksgiving, I'm making the entire menu out of your recipes. A scratch pantry holiday!
Having a blessed day doing the things I love. Having my grown children over for Sunday dinner all pre- prepped and cooked earlier this week ..skills I learned from you Becky. Now just crocheting and listening to James Taylor til kids arrive at 4pm. and you and your video just makes it all that much better.
So thoughtful to your sister for making her life easier. Add in some of your fresh fruit, sauteed zucchini, yellow squash, and carrot pennies and you have my favorite Italian meal!
Becky….there is only one thing better than watching your videos…watching with the view out your kitchen window!!!!..can’t wait to see more especially when snow is falling !!!😊🤗☺️
Hi ! I love your videos !! Im from Quebec, Canada and I like to make a lot of prep just like you do, even if i'm alone !! When you're dredging (good word ? 🤔) your chicken, use your left hand for the flour and the eggs then use your right hand for the breadcrumb... that way only your left hand will be totally "glued" !!! Sorry my english is not perfect...
Becky you need to get a food processor for all the cheese you grate or a grater attachment to add to your blender. They are just wonderful to use and soooo fast. Maybe you have one, but I loved mine for 30 years or more and now that’s it’s broken, I miss it so much and time to buy another one. Mine was a Cuisinart. It was a work horse. Best machine I ever had.
I love the fact that you use a paper towel to get the grease from your meat. I have been using this method for years. Thank you for all the delicious recipes.
New subscriber! Thank-you so much! Everything looked delicious! We have items on hand to make the chicken & stuffing bake, so I think that will be first! I love your personality. The dishes are simple, yet yummy and I always like new ideas!
I just watched your channel and don't know how it popped up but I'm so glad it did. I am so impressed on how you grow all your veggies, all the canning you do. Do you ever take a day off? sometimes I get exhausted after you've done five different recipes. Everything you make looks so good. I've been cooking practically my whole life but I'm always looking at different recipes and I'm going to make your chicken parm because I've never made it. I make spaghetti and lasagne, which everyone loves, so now I'll add that chicken parm. Can't wait to make it. Also, why haven't I ever dice my onions and put them in the freezer? Thank you for a great show watching you cook.
Thank you thank you thank you for all of these amazing recipes with the different kitchen appliances you can use to make them! I also love the one pan recipes because doing dishes causes all types of sensory issues in me so thank you!
Becky, I just love your expressions when you take that first bite. It makes me smile and have a little giggle! You can tell you are enjoying what you are accomplishing. Thank you for sharing your videos. We are so blessed to learn from your talents, knowledge and hard work!😊
I use a pinch of baking soda in my red sauce to cut the acid, instead of sugar. Otherwise we all get heartburn from the acid in the tomatoes. . All of these are so good, thanks! I did cut back on the cheese as we are carb and cal conscience.
Not sure if you wear one or not , but you may want to consider using a wireless lapel mic. It will lessen the echo from the kitchen as well allow us to hear you speak when you turn away from the camera or have your head in the oven. lol I have had to rewind a couple times and turn up the volume because there was information I missed because your voice wasnt picked up.
Thanks for sharing recipes without can soup. I just found you and I like your easy- peasy style. I always tell people cooking is easy, especially if you love it! I'm going to try the 1st recipe. I wish there was such a thing as smell-o-vision bc the aromas must have been off the chart 😂
Aaaand (third: Chicken & Stuffing Bake) if you don't have stuffing in your house, but still want that comforting dish - try serving the "sauce" you made over rice! And maybe just cook it down a little longer for it to thicken up more! It seems to be very similar to a german dish I know and I agree wholeheartedly - it is one of the most comforting dishes!
Still waiting for you to start a delivery service ❤😂 I wanna be on the list, I'm in central Illinois. And if you need a helper or taste tester..... I volunteer as tribute 😊 seriously these all look delicious and amazing ❤
I'm new here and have watched a few videos. You are so talented! You mentioned linking the recipes. Can someone point me to where I can find them? Thank you!
These all sound delicious! They should have allowed you 5 like buttons for this post! I'm looking forward to trying them all. I took the time to copy them down. Thank you!
First time here--first off, you are adorable! Second--any thoughts about subbing brown rice instead of white? It would require some time shuffling bc brown rice takes almost twice as long.
When I do taco bakes I use Doritos nach chesse flavor and I crush them in the bag and it makes a wonderful crunchy crust. Just a tip to try next time I have found the Doritos add an depth of flavor and they also have spicy nacho for spicy lovers.
Hello, I promise I will make some of your casseroles. I love the gnocchi dish, but I can't see myself making the gnocchi. Could I just use any pasta to substitute? Thank you, Sherry
I’m new to wine in cooking. Like on the bruschetta recipe I was totally lost on what kind of wine is good to use. I used “cooking wine” but think there are some other ways to go about it
Hi Becky 🥰 I would love to know about your meat tenderizer, and also about those lids you have on your spice jars on your counter. Are those regular Ball jars? I love your videos and your cooking style is so much like mine. Thank you for all of the helpful time saving hacks😉
Why is there a skillet in the bottom of the oven? These recipes look amazing but I haven’t cooked much since my husband passed away last June. I may try the taco one and freeze leftovers.
Hi Becky, I have a couple of questions for you. Do you make your own paprika? And what do you do with the leftover oil when you make fried food?🤗 Abrazos😋
I make a very similar bolognese sauce and use it for so many different meals. I would just say don’t take off the meat fat. I use 12% fat mince and I always add quite a lot of olive oil. My sister in law uses the same recipe but uses low fat mince and doesn’t add olive oil and always prefers my bolognese! When you look at the quantity of sauce a little extra healthy fat is just fine.

What did you do with your peaches and plums? I have a bunch of peaches to process today? I love your organizational skills!

@AcreHomestead Thank you! I had already started that episode but had not watched that far into it.
I love your cooking and baking. I am starting to wrap my head around the fact that not everyone soak their meat in lemon or vinegar before seasoning.
I watched your video on making gnocchi an then yesterday I made it with leftover mashed potatoes. It was so easy to do! I froze them like you did too. I’m thinking now I will make the sauce and give this bake a try. It looks really good! Thanks Becky!

but doesn't she also have a kid?
@@BrianProulx-x8p Yes. They're doing what good parents do, not filming and exposing their child :D

Becky I am Italian. Try making gnocchi with ricotta cheese instead of potatoes. The gnocchi come out much lighter. No doughy at all and much easier.
So thoughtful to your sister for making her life easier. Add in some of your fresh fruit, sauteed zucchini, yellow squash, and carrot pennies and you have my favorite Italian meal!
I absolutely love the fact that you don't use canned soups!!!! Bravo!!!!!!
Gnocchi bolognese bake would’ve been my favorite too! ❤
I LOVE that you show us multiple meal preps! So many fantastic recipes!!!💖💖💖 Thank you Becky! 🥰
Becky….there is only one thing better than watching your videos…watching with the view out your kitchen window!!!!..can’t wait to see more especially when snow is falling !!!😊🤗☺️
The paper towel to absorb the grease is new to me. What a great idea! 💜😎

I really like your style of cooking and thanks for taking the time to share!
Wow... all 5 recipes look absolutely scrumptious 😋😋😋, especially the chicken parmesan!!! Your sister is so blessed to have you💕💕💕
I love the fact that you use a paper towel to get the grease from your meat. I have been using this method for years. Thank you for all the delicious recipes.
I love this time of year- a fellow Washingtonian
I’ve also used leftover yellow rice instead if corn chips for the taco bake, and it was delicious!
Amazing recipes! Becky you inspire me and I have been batch cooking for myself
Not a whole year… just weekly recipes 😂😂😂
New subscriber! Thank-you so much! Everything looked delicious! We have items on hand to make the chicken & stuffing bake, so I think that will be first!

Hello Becky 👋I absolutely love all your videos ❤️
I love videos like this :-D Lots of yummy recipes I can look forward to trying this fall/winter. Thanks!
I love how you store your spices. Do you have them labeled in some way?
I hope you come out with a homesteading book or cookbook or both one day
Add cheese to the chicken and stuffing bake. I made that one for my kids when they were growing up.
Thank you!❤️
Oh my word, these recipes are so yummy! I'm making the chicken and stuffing recipe for dinner now!
That is the CUTEST apron!
I make this a lot and I always add dried cranberries instead of carrots. It’s very good with the cranberries.
She is adorable!!
You make it all looks so delicious and also easy to make!
Luv the idea of freezing onions, that's will be a great time saver. How long do you cook the onions for the chicken dinner?
Thank you for sharing these lovely casserole meals

The Pyrex baking dish you use for the taco bake is unusual. Never seen handles like that.

Yes! No can slime! Exactly what I’ve been looking for!
Can’t wait to try these recipes. I needed something new. I was running out of ideas
Love the chicken and stuffing recipe!
You should try to cook the greenbean with chicken broth. It's amazing.

Absolutely wonderful video. Each dish looked delicious.
That chicken and stuffing! So, Jess at Roots and Refuge did a gf corn stuffing, I wonder if she posted her recipe? That would make this work for us!
The Parmesan dinner looked so good, I need to learn how to make GNOCCHI, thank you
So creative Becky. I’m hungry. 😂
Still waiting for you to start a delivery service ❤😂 I wanna be on the list, I'm in central Illinois. And if you need a helper or taste tester..... I volunteer as tribute 😊 seriously these all look delicious and amazing ❤

Becky I liked them all they looked yummy 😋 thank you how's the little guy doing ???
I'm new here and have watched a few videos. You are so talented! You mentioned linking the recipes. Can someone point me to where I can find them? Thank you!
TFS ❤ I see a big pan already at the very bottom of the oven may I please ask what do you have that in there for😊
Greasy paper towels are perfect fire starters!! 9:56
Hi Becky, This forst casserole sounds yummy. What is in the skillet that is on the bottom rack of your oven? Is it water for steam? ❤
I want to make all these recipes! Love this video!!
You may have mentioned this previously, but I'm wondering what is the purpose of the skillet/pan on the bottom rack? 😊
These all sound delicious! They should have allowed you 5 like buttons for this post! I'm looking forward to trying them all. I took the time to copy them down. Thank you!

I just found your channel/ Love your recipes!!
Love watching you cook! ❤️🙏🏻🇺🇸🇦🇷
I think I would also add some peas.
The title alone made me like this video immediately!
I’m a new sub. I love your channel.
God bless you and your family.
Good morning! I am wondering where you purchased your lids for your “spice jars”. ❤️

I’ve never had gnocchi!! Are these like potato dumplings??!!Where do you get “Freshly made Gnocchi?”..🙌🥰
Hello, I promise I will make some of your casseroles. I love the gnocchi dish, but I can't see myself making the gnocchi. Could I just use any pasta to substitute? Thank you, Sherry
Great ideas.....you needed more water because you put more than 1 1/2 Cups of rice. Can't wait to try these.
Yummy yummy
Do they have covers for pans that can be baked with instead of aluminum foil?
Loved all the bakes!!💕
I’m new to wine in cooking. Like on the bruschetta recipe I was totally lost on what kind of wine is good to use. I used “cooking wine” but think there are some other ways to go about it
Hi Becky 🥰 I would love to know about your meat tenderizer, and also about those lids you have on your spice jars on your counter. Are those regular Ball jars?
I love your videos and your cooking style is so much like mine. Thank you for all of the helpful time saving hacks😉
Yummy!
Why is there a skillet in the bottom of the oven? These recipes look amazing but I haven’t cooked much since my husband passed away last June. I may try the taco one and freeze leftovers.
Fantastic job Becky 🥰
Wonderful! Thank you 😊 New sub from 🇨🇦 🍂🍁🌾🌻🥂👍
Becky, do you use kosher salt? I find I have to use much less than regular salt.
Good ideas! Thanks! :)
How do you stay so organized?
What is the reason for letting the chicken rest before cooking Becky?
Hi Becky, I have a couple of questions for you. Do you make your own paprika? And what do you do with the leftover oil when you make fried food?🤗 Abrazos😋

Leaving a comment to keep the algorithms
What can you use instead of aluminum foil?
YUMMO!!!! Definetly going to try all these. For your gnocchi did you thaw them out first or put them in the boiling water frozen?
can't wait to try these recipes ❤😊
Just found your channel new subscriber ❤❤❤❤❤
Thankyou,but not sure those onions are cooked . . . ?
That looks soooooo good
What is that thing called that you we’re separating the ground beef with?
